Was told that they took my childs insurance when I scheduled the appointment. But when it was said and done I had to pay out of pocket because I was misinformed by the woman who scheduled me but thats not their problem.Eye DR was was nice but Im left feeling like the victim of a bait and switch and out a $100.00 (which is just great for a parent on a fixed income already.)Be very careful with them and apparently call your insurance just to make sure they (Walmart vision) arent lying about taking your insurance just to fill a chair.....

I had a horrible experience with once of the girls in there, almost did not come back. I called back on another day and got the pleasure to work with an employee named Ashley. She is the only reason I am giving them 5 stars. Not only was she pleasant to deal with but she got me exactly what I needed and found out that my broken glasses were under warranty. She went above and beyond to correct the other employees mistake. She is a keeper and needs a raise.

The doctor really cares about his patients. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and professional. The prices are great. I was very satisfied with my visit . I will definately come back again. I highly recommend it !

Fast and great prices for good frames. Very accommodating and billing has never been an issue. Whole family uses the local WM for glasses/contacts.

Worst service ever the lady was very rude was put on hold for 20 minutes had to call back no answer its a shame

Visited this eye center 4 yrs. ago and was diagnosed with an eye condition that restricts blood flow to the eye. I was told the conditon would not get any worse. A year later when my vision did get worse i visited a REAL doctor and recived a new perscription. The REAL doctor suggested I have my eyes examed every couple years. Hey and guess what my glasses get stonger every time. They also sent me to collectoins because they were to lazy to bill my insurance. Word to the wise if you care about your eyes go to a REAL doctor.
