I go to this little convenience store almost daily for gas, food, and drinks. Love this store and its courteous staff. Sometimes it gets very busy but the convenience and the cool staff makes it worth the stop. Make sure you get their Rewards card because the points add up fast and can be used to purchase pretty much any products they sell. Just a great little store if you need gas or just a refreshment. I recommend highly.

Customer service is top notch. Staff is very cooperative. I tried french vanilla coffee in touch screen newly installed coffee unit, and it taste delicious. Super clean store & gas station, they recently renovated entire store.

This is my second complaint about the SAME employee.... Extremely rude and sarcastic cashier. Each time I come in, he is there and never has once said hi or acknowledged me. But I notice hes super Friendly to everyone else that comes in the store. I am fed up with his attitude towards me. Dont think I will be coming back to this location ever again. I cant remember his name but hes really tall, African American with long hair (dreadlocks)he wears in a ponytail. Ive worked retail for 12 years and thats not acceptable. He should be talked to or even better, terminated. My stepdad shops there also and hes never had a problem with this guy. I feel targeted and judged every single time I have to deal with him.Youve lost yet another loyal customer all thanks to him. Nobody should have to feel that way.

I am so happy that Country Villa became a FastBreak. I loved Country Villa; it was a Klamath Falls classic, and I was worried when I had found out that they sold. You guys could not have done a better job transitioning. The store is so much better now. The store has so many new options, is cleaner than ever, and the team members are THE BEST. Great Job!

Will never get fuel at this station again!!! My diesel pickup has a flatbed and is hard to fill without making a mess. I am used to it and can fill it no problem. I told the guy I would do it myself. But their nozzles dont have a swivel on them so the dont turn. The worker grabbed it out of my hands and proceeded to spill diesel all over my flatbed! I told him this then he flips diesel all over me!! Not to mention it is almost impossible to fet into with a full sized pickup! I will drive out of my way to fuel anywhere else from now on!

Living with Crapafornia gas prices I drive 20 minutes out of my way to fuel up at FastBreak. It saves me $50.00.MikeRed Bluff, CA
