Pretty grossed out. Halfway through my sundae I find a long hair. Will not return. Too bad the owners do not read the reviews and try to remedy this problem.

Pretty nasty 😷 I love ice cream 🍦 yet I love happy friendly people more. Was very disappointed with the vibe, attitude that the girls working had. Don’t think I’ll be back. Which is sad that there’s only two ice cream shops in the sunniest city in all of Oregon 🤔

I went to Baskin Robbins tonight to get a brownie sundae banana Royale and a scoop of ice cream for my daughter I was told by the employees that they could not do the banana Royale and the brownie sundae because they were running out of cups not out of cups but running out of cups I asked to speak to the manager because I found it funny that there were actually cups available to use But not for what ice cream Or item I wanted to purchase while waiting to speak with the manager another customer came in ordered two scoops of ice cream and they gave her the same cup for her two scoops that they said I couldn’t use for either one of the desserts I wanted to purchase it is mine boggling to me after waiting 20 minutes the manager Renee still did not come out Then plays at the counter very nice and pleasant but I do not understand the managements decision to tell some customers you can have this and be selective of which customers can buy what item I will never be back to your Baskin Robbins whatsoever unbelievable

Totally love the variety of flavors was better prices then other places on town. Will return again

The customer service was great this afternoon and the ice cream was of course perfect for this hot day.

House of lies! They do not carry 31 flavors... but the service is always fast and friendly and theres a nice variety plus ice cream cakes to order or buy a pint fresher packed

Kid working had greasy long unkept hair no hat no hair net 3 colors n his hair wasted 6 minutes flirting with some girls ignoring us so we left but not going back

My friend, boyfriend, 5 month old and I came in yesterday to buy some ice cream. A girl named Kylee Rose was working she rushed us the whole time. We told her we were looking to see what we wanted. My friend then chose to get two scoops in a cup and Kylee carelessly put her ice cream next to the register. My friend noticed this and due to Covid-19 my friend nicely asked her if she could make her another. Kylee was calling her liar, even though there was ice cream on the register. Kylee decided she would make her another and did it with attitude and threw it on the counter and said “there!” She then asks my boyfriend and I what we want with the worst attitude waking up my 5month old from her nap. I picked what I wanted and she did it with attitude and asked my boyfriend he wanted again being so rude. My friend was getting annoyed, because the way she was acting was uncalled for. My friend decided to pay and the girl was still giving her dirty looks and talking so disrespectfully. I decided that it wasn’t worth dealing with a childish girl and we left. Every time I come in when Kylee Rose works she has an attitude.

Always friendly girls. They know my kids and know my daughters favorite. Very flavorful ice cream.

My gf suggests that you make a tiger flavor ice cream and name it Carol Baskin Robbins

The servers arent exactly excelling in customer service. Our milkshakes were mostly milk. 🤷‍♂️ Probably going to avoid coming back.

For the 3rd time now, I have been extremely disappointed in the service and quality of the Sunday’s as well as the false advertising. Paying over 7$ for a 3 scoop Sunday and only receiving 2 half scoops is very disappointing.

Today I went into Baskins to get a simple small mint chocolate chip shake but then they were completely out of mint chocolate chip ice cream. Then when I picked out a different kind I received my milkshake and it tasted like all milk and no ice cream. There was no thickness to my milkshake at all and I was extremely disappointed and it was $5 wasted.

I wanted to order my dad his favorite ice cream cake for his birthday but I was out of town, even though they couldn’t process a credit card over the phone they trusted me to send a check! Have to say that was very refreshing these days, thank you Shannon @ Baskin-Robbins for making my dad’s day special

The ice cream is really good but sometimes the customer service is not good. Some of the girls working there they dont care about the customers.

As much as you may love ice cream, Carissa and the other employees at our Klamath Falls Baskin Robbins will make you loath the though of ever having that sweet treat again. When the employees arent laughing at their own jokes and dancing around the counter doing everything in their power to ignore you, they will be scowling at you and getting your order wrong. I dont know what that manager was thinking during their interviews but it must have been something along the lines of how can I really make people hate us?

My husband likes this place very much, but I thought I liked the yogurt place better until I just read another review here. Ill have to check that out. thank you for mentioning.

Came here with my wife and kids. Our 9 year old daughter had won a $5 gift card, though we all were going to get ice cream. Our daughter chose a waffle cone and single scoop, which came to $3.82. The remainder ($1.18) worked in perfectly with what the overhead menu read with toppings - 59 cents each, so she could get two. I said that to my daughter and the lady behind the counter gave me a glance and said she could have one. She proceeded to the toppings that were 79 cents and asked which one she wanted. My daughter chose one, with the total being $4.61, leaving 39 cents. The lady then said to my wife that we should just leave the card because it had so little on it. I didnt make a scene, and I know its just sweets and a few cents, but its also ripping off a little girl in an ice cream shop; and out of principle, we wont be back.

How can you pay the place that has so many different ice cream they have an ice cream called Daiquiri almost take that taste like the the Macarena Daiquiri or the strawberry daiquiri no one beats Baskin and Robbins it has been a store of delight I love their cakes because you dont have to buy the ice cream separate from the cake you buy them both and let your kids just munch out and have a ball and you have one thing to clean up a Baskin and Robbins is a place where you cant resist having something different something unusual something delicious thats why I gave it a five-star

Very friendly staff. Ice cream wasnt as good as I remembered. But I had an electronic fist card and was told I cannot use it as their system isnt set up for it, so that was a real bummer.
