Leased to own a couple twin bed mattresses and frames yesterday. Just got done building them. It was a complete P.I.T.A. for the process. Its like my 8th lease to own acquisition. Youd think the process would be streamlined by now. One nut that came with the hardware.... it didnt work... it was stripped and did not come with an extra just in case... so.....had to go to my tool room and hunt for a 10MM nut that would suffice.

I shop there once or twice a week. I can always find what I need. If I feel lost someone is easy to find to help me put. I absolutely love the house decor! Theres biglots in every room in my house.

Most of the time everything is perfect. Mistakes happen. Its pretty good prices

I love Big Lots but because of the COVID issues, there isnt any furniture available in stock, we cant order any furniture and if buying, it can take up to 6 weeks to get it. Wit options so limited, it really changes the dynamic of convenience and buying furniture.

Not my favorite place, always feels dirty, half empty, low inventory, lots of empty shelves, etc. The staff not very welcoming, helpful or friendly. My guess? Must not be a good place to work when no one working there seems happy

Its hit and miss to get what is advertised. I think its because they sell out fast. Theres not big crowds though. The staff is always poilte and helpful. Nice store well managed and maintained.

Had to deal with Chris for offloading on this visit from United (Lane Furniture). Highly effective one man team with a great attitude, very efficient “go-to” guy in the entire store.

Very rude and unfriendly checkers. Store is very unorganized and not welcoming.

They had hardly nothing there, the only thing that I admired was the furniture they didnt even have any birthday things not even bags for sale. Maybe if I go back again they so, yeahhhhh....

Store was very cluttered. Bathroom were a little dirty. It seemed to me that it was a hardship for the employee to ring us up with two other employees standing right behind him. I must have interrupted their conversation.

This Big Lots has nice prices and offers a surprisingly large selection of furniture. The couches are extremely comfortable and in the summertime they have patio furniture. I would definitely make a couple purchases here.

Literally one of my favorite stores to go to. They have all the best simple housekeeping and self care products for cheap. I love you big lots.

That was one of the staff today as we were roaming around looking for special stuff her name was Victoria she was amazing and helpful. A lot of times you get people who barely talk to you in the super stores or discount stores dont really make a connection and she really went out of her way to help us and talk to us about things that were on the Shelf thank you Victoria we really appreciate your personal attention to your customers!!!!

I had not been in Big Lots for 2 years. It is located behind Harbor Freight, so its out of sight out of mind. The store was very clean. The staff were very helpful. One gentleman who was stocking shelves stopped to help me search for cupcake papers. The cashier was very nice and checkout was quick. Thank you Big Lots employees.

Love the leasing option! We have done it several times and always enjoy the experience. Make sure you pay it off in time or you will owe almost double what you paid. We love the quality of the furniture and the prices are ok. Customer service is really Awsome here

Worst store ever! People are very rude and wont help customers. Never willing to help out a customer. Once I went in for a $5 return but the girl refused my return and I had a receipt.

Well I was excited to purchase a living room set but thanks to honest workers we didnt sign the contract after we were told in detail how much we would be paying for it in the end.

I like big lots. They offer some great deals and items.

Theres a good selection of groceries at reasonable prices. A gallon of milk is $2.49. Thats .30 less than Sherms Thunderbird and Walmart. Theres frozen items and dry goods. Also, a huge furniture department. We will start shopping here more often.

Used to love going to Big Lots at least 3 times a week but their prices have went up I can spend as much at Big Lot as I can at Walmart and I can get everything I need at Walmart so why go to Big Lots now
