They have REALLY good doughnuts and pastries. The problem I have is, more often than not, they are either out of donuts and have closed, or their selection is extremely limited. Go there after 9:00 am expecting doughnuts? Forget it. If demand is so high that they are running out so early, why dont they make more? Very discouraging to go there looking forward to one of their donuts and find them sold out. Because of this, I cant recommend them and I am only giving them 1 star.
The pastries and doughnuts were so delicious. They were heavenly tasting. I highly recommend them to everyone.🤩😍👍
Ordered a mixed dozen. Asked specifically for no plain. Received 2. Only received 2 filled. Great doughnuts. Seems to be a recurring issue. Check your doughnuts before you go.
Awesome people, awesome donuts!
Maple bacon fritter. Enough said.
Really like what we get from here. They have some of the best tasting apple fritters there are. My granddaughter and I also really like the reindeer doughnuts, they taste great and are just fun to look at.
My husband just went and got us donuts. Best damn donuts in town.Still warm and sooo good.Thank you 😊
Great donuts, so soft and tasty.
WOW!! The prices are VERY reasonable for the quality and variety! The staff are personable and friendly. Ill absolutely be back!
Best donuts in town but, a great place to catch cv-19. No masks on employees. What a bummer! I cant risk my familys life over something so STUPID as a friggen mask.
Like the drive thru
Great testing donuts
The bear claw donut is amazing, a new favorite for sure.
Super awesome place, the staff are super nice . The donuts melt in your mouth
Best donuts in town.
Best donuts ever! Fresh and delicious. I will definitely be back!
Great donuts! Friendly service! Best donuts in town!
A welcome reprieve to the Klamath Falls hospitality market. Friendly staff and interesting array of vintage decor. For the yeasted bread products, the nation appears to be fascinated with the donut, and The Doughnut House is truly amongst the best for the category with a wide variety to choose from. The fresh fruit fritter was not something I have commonly seen and they appear to strive to offer local and fresh ingredients in these masses of deliciousness. The cream filling is above par as well and worth the stop to try. Welcome The Doughnut House to Klamath Falls as a new small business doing it right, and finding their niche into the community with candor.
Cutest place ever good coffee and great doughnuts awesome staff loved this place
The best stop of the day. When the world is going nuts over politics and viruses. Go get a coffee and donut. Share a laugh and a kind word with the Doughnut House Drive Thru. The world takes a backseat to simple goodness.
This place is awesome. I love the vibe and all the donuts we have tried are very good and more like donuts should be!!!! LOVE IT!
We think these doughnuts are very good. And each time weve visited, the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Please decide for yourself as many reviews may not be very helpful. They are a great new treat in our town!!
My favorite doughnuts are here! The raised ones remind me of my childhood favorite in the south. Hand made with grid marks and icing that’s thin and perfect. The maple bar is very similar and is my go to when the raised ones are sold out. If they’re still open in the afternoon you may can get a deal on a dozen!
EXCELLENT 🍓🍩DONUTS
It was soooo delicious! Its definitely a must try Doughnut place.
Best hot fresh donuts Ive ever had and I have had a lot😁
Doughnuts are amazing, Americano tasted like water. Repeat customer just never getting coffee again
My husband had bought a dozen and while yes they are decent they weren’t anything special not worth the money absolutely not. 17 freaking dollars for 12 no thank you would much rather go to Fred Meyer or something. Not worth our hard earned money and definitely not after reading other review. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. Probably won’t last to long.
While I do enjoy the donuts for the most part, (considering I very rarely eat baked treats such as those) I do believe that there should be a better way to go about handling criticism. Ive spent a few months trying to get into cooking and what not, and have used whatever issues with my food as a way to improve the next time. Im sure you will figure it out, just please treat others with respect if they are giving you friendly criticism. Also, while I do know you guys use fresh ingredients, the prices can be dwindled down just a bit. This town isnt meant for insanely high prices when it comes to food, which is why food trucks tend to do super well nowadays. Things happen, and I know that you will improve as a business owner as time progresses. Much love.
Awesome Doughnuts, Great Service
Loved working here and cant wait to come back in July to learn even more! All of you who worked with me last wednesday to show me how everything worked it was awesome, and i hope you guys keep it up! Definitely Loving the atmosphere and the food 😊💖😀
Best donuts in town!
They run out of donuts before noon. Get there early. Also, have awesome brownies.
Who knows what the donuts taste like since there only open for part of their hours with their sold out sign up all the time. I wish that there was an actual donut place in klamath that had donuts past noon.
Yum yum yum...easily rivals the other place in town AND has a drivethrough!
Mmmm Donuts So Yummy and everyone i have ever talked to has been super helpful with any questions.
Donuts are okay, not a great selection, and always running out. They closed early 3 days in a row. I am now motivated to make my own donuts.
Love this place best donuts in town and so friendly going inside is cozy too with a fireplace and even a cute friendly dog. Highly recommend.
Quite quaint inside. Fireplace was going and enjoyed talking to the owner Dan, while eating a delicious donut and sipping on some hot coffee.
Amazing donuts and the “finger” ones looked amazing and i will be placing my order tomorrow... i have a few peeps to give them too... 35.70/24= 1.50 for hand picking your donuts... premium donuts at that.
Had them a couple times and they are really good doughnuts! You may pay a little more but the quality you can taste! Them and Terrys are both awesome!
Get there assoon as you hear the rooster crow
Doughnuts were good but half dozen assorted was more than $15....a half dozen
I have yet to try the donuts. Someday I will get to try them! I have 2 young children and run my own business so getting there before sell out is difficult! But the fact that people in this town are literally losing their mind over a donut shops is hilarious.I am so glad that an owner in this town has the balls to stand up to the HORRIBLE comments and flak hat they have recieved in the less than month that they have been open!!!I proudly support this business and the owner for defending himself and his business!!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
This place is amazing! REAL doughnuts made with creative flair by super friendly staff. This is our go to place for treats.
Donuts are always great!
This small little business is the best donut shop in town. I’d go everyday if I could! Sweet ladies who work the counter, doughnuts are worth every penny in my book. They are delicious! I LOVE the middle finger doughnuts! 😂
Good donuts and polite service
Love the doughnuts. Great little place. Theyre always fresh and yummy. I do agree they are a little expensive. The ladies working the front are usually always friendly and helpful. However. The different rude responses Ive seen from reviews and such, makes me shy away from giving the doughnut house my business. If you arent satisfied, it seems you get attacked. Which isnt okay. That isnt how you run a business and get good reoccurring customers. Unsure if Ill be going back..
Absolutely not worth the price, no matter how hand crafted they are. You can go to amazing places in Portland or Seattle and pay way lass for the same quality product. Also the childishness of the owner is a huge drawback., If you cant handle criticism, maybe they shouldnt be in business. Being aggressive and just plain rude to customers, regardless of the review they give, is not the way to run a business.
We tried there donuts they were good but not anything special. And after how unprofessional the owner is acting we wont be going back. There prices are a bit high for a small town like this. I wish them the best of luck.
The donuts are wonderful, and I think fairly priced. I was there last week and someone was being rude to the staff and I was angry and embarrassed for the person who was trying to help the customer. Today I read a post about the owner sending flipping the bird donuts to a customer who claims he gave a fair review but who comes across as a whiny self entitled brat. I think what the owner did was a bit unprofessional but after the way I saw the staff being treated I understand and think its funny! Ill continue going there, the owner has humor and is refreshingly honest.
Delicious, gorgeous donuts and AMAZING service! Yum!!
Delish donuts. Its awsome that it has a drive through. Wish it was open on mondays and Tuesdays
Their advertising sure works. Boyfriend slammed on the breaks. Apple fritters were I cant stop eating it good.
The donuts are great and of artisan quality. Dont listen to all the busy bodies and wusses in here that cant take a joke. Mostly a collection of vapid single moms, REEEEtieries and NIMBY PTA types. If you want to support good food in Klamath, support this business. At least it stays open longer than an hour, unlike Terrys.
Love it! These donuts make me so happy being a Portlander. Klamath Falls style Voodoo 🍩 please get lavender syrup for chais! Ill be there every morning if they do 💜🍵
Donuts are way too expensive and for a town like Klamath Falls that is pushing the envelope. The product is good, but not worth the price. I will enjoy my grocery store donuts and save my money. Ridiculous!
I will gladly pay $13 for a dozen maple bars from the donut house any day, they are melt in your mouth perfection. Never in my life had I tasted a donut so good, and the staff have been friendly every time Ive been in.
Deer in headlights
Bough my first doughnut here today! absolutely loved every bite of it. I had a maple bacon bar. I recommend it to everyone!!
Where as I initially gave this place 1 star for horrible customer service consistantly noted by other reviewers, Im updating it to 4 stars; I get good service and great donuts.
LOVE THE DONUTS!!!! The service was great as well. Didnt have to wait a long time in the drive thru
Been multiple times never had a bad experience. Most of the reviews on here are biased and the people have never even been. The doughnuts are by far the best in town no ones close, and the customer service is amazing. Owner seems real and down to earth. Will continue to support The doughnut house.
Best doughnuts in town! Fast friendly service!
Excellent service...
Good. After 9am selection is limited.
Fantastic place and great Doughnuts
Great doughnuts. bought a bakers choice dozen reasonably priced. Will be back to try that apple fritter. But to leave a bad review when you havent been there is idiotic.P.S. do you make the shocker doughnuts?
I tried this place today. I tried an old fashion, glazed, chocolate raised, and a buttermilk. The old fashion had no flavor. Just a thick doughnut. The glazed was okay. The chocolate raised, again, not much flavor. Same with the buttermilk. The doughnuts they had on display looked good, but I dont think Ill go back again. I miss Pucks in Phoenix. But if I am going that way, I would stop in at Panaderia Del Pueblo on Central. Her breads remind me of what we use to get when I was a kid.
Great doughnuts, but the Owner and staff make this place a 10 star...
This place should definitely be 5 stars. I am not sure how so many people judged this awesome place based off of something that didnt even happen to them! Every time I have been, the doughnuts have been outstanding. They jumped at the chance to help me to my car with the 4 dozen doughnuts that I ordered only 2 hours previous. Very nice people, I will only be buying doughnuts from them! The price is very fair, I would even pay more.
Good doughnuts and selection. Good coffee. A little steep on the pricing. Drive thru is nice.
Best donuts in town,!!!
Love this place! Great customer service 😊
Love the variety! It was hard to limit myself I wanted to try them all! They didnt last long at home!
Absolutely love this little shop. The doughnuts are amazing! Tad spendy, but you get what you pay for. And these are worth every penny!
Doughnuts were very good. The service was just as good, and the price was beyond fair. We went in at 7pm and there was plenty to choose from and still fresh. Sometimes people only choose to point out the negative, well I choose to see the positive. Have no problem paying $12.45 for 6 hand picked, 2 milks and a coffee. The convinence of being able to go in at 7pm and still have a selection of doughnuts and 3 people that I could see working has its cost. Everything is going up in price, down to the fuel that it cost to deliver the ingredients to the store, wages to keep good employees, electricity to run the ovens/fryers etc..... Be happy we have another choice, one that has decided to try and please people with hours and inventory.
Wonderful donuts! I brought a dozen home for my family, we all loved them.
The doughnuts where good but it makes no sense on how the drive through people just wait longer and how four people off the street can walk in walk out before you move a inch in line
I decided to give it a second try. Second visit was just as bad as first. Donuts were greasy while being dry and crunchy. Not worth a third try.
Very good doughnuts!Went in this Saturday (May 19th) at 6:30 am and they were closed. Very disappointed as to why they wouldn’t be open.Would be nice if the business hours were updated also.
We made the drive in from Merrill today early to try house of doughnuts . I have zero complaints . We bought 10 doughnuts and it cost just over $13 but we didnt get just the plain ones . The bearclaw with the almond slices, deer in the headlights (so freaking cute), the homer Simpson, maple bars, m&m covered ones, and the classic cake doughnuts . So worth the drive ! I really expected to pay more for what they are offering . The woman at the window was super nice while my kids decided and while we asked 100 questions and the man who peeked his head out to say hello and sorry they ran out of bacon was very polite and I just wanted to say thankyou for a wonderful experiance here . My family and I will definitely be back .
The doughnuts were fairly good and I was very happy that they had the kind that are my favorite (I havent had them in years because no one in town carries them), my only mild grievance was that they were pretty expensive for doughnuts and I dont think Ill be able to afford to go there very often.
Love the Doughnut House and the people in it.Great Place for Great Doughnuts and Cappuccino. 🥞🥞I have had Doughnuts from a lot of different places... But these Doughnuts beat all of them Hands Down !If you have not tried them, you need to Run on down and stop depriving yourself of some of the Best Doughnuts Around !Enjoy.... Gene S. Roy
Best donuts ever. Always so fresh
Friendly staff, great doughnuts! Highly recommend checking it out.
Donuts tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Did not enjoy
Nothing special. Ill continue to buy my donuts from a gas station, theyre just as good and you pay less.
Absolutely love this place. Excellent donuts!
I drove up and it was SOLD OUT?! The only Sunday morning I agreed to pick up doughnuts for the fam and its sold out at 6:35 AM in the morning? Whats up? ITS THE NEW DOUGHNUT SHOP IN KFALLS? I GUESS THATS WHATS UP!
Delicious donuts but very little to choose from for 9am
Took my mother and my son Friday morning around 10 and they still had tons of donuts which you never see in klamath falls at that time. My son loved them so much he wanted more monday morning before school!!!!
I cant believe the audacity of this owner. How are you going to come to our little town, and bash like youre too good for us? Go back to bend with that funky attitude. You come here with prices through the roof, then talk down to people that think your prices are just that, through the roof. Common denominator. You keep being told that they are not worth $9 for 4 doughnuts, but instead of attempting to work your prices, you send vulgar doughnut TO SOMEONES WORKPLACE?!?!?! You sir lost mine and my friends business, and seems like the rest of Klamath is tired of your disgusting attitude.
