Great to meet the people there. All very polite. Went to look at Polaris ATVs. Salesman very informative and not at all pushy. Price was fair... Soon well have a Polaris. Yay! Great place.

Dont buy equipment here. Not ever. Bought a quad from them not long ago. I bought it from KBE because I was told the model I selected was in stock, it needed to be assembled, but it would be ready for pick up in 2 weeks or less. 6 weeks later, no quad. Made the first payment on the thing before Id even seen it. Had to threaten to get my down payment back and refund my first payment for them to deliver the quad. 6 months later, and its due for service that must be preformed by Polaris or the extended warranty is void. Made 4 phone calls to set up a service appointment before I just gave up and took it to Medford. Apparently, this place changed ownership recently and has really gone down the tubes ...

Had some initial issues with an item that did not come in and in getting my refund back with the accounting department. I would have rated a 5 had the above not taken place.However, once I was working with Chris (parts) he took care of it immediately. I was apparently not speaking to the right person. Jake (salesman) was also great to work with. We love our Polaris General.

Absolutely great experience. We had to buy a 4 wheeler for a non profit that we are affiliated with. They gave us an absolutely wonderful price, and threw in a new battery and hitch for free

I love the friendly service we get in this area! I was just there with my friend.. this is what he posted on Facebook.. I took my quad in for service this morning, at the Polaris Dealer in Klamath Falls....The service writer said it would be about week and half . I said okay no problem.So I get back home and the phone rings its Mike from the service department .....Hi Hugo this Mike your quad is ready to go....he said when he saw it was my quad knowing I use it for training he got right on it.....Yes Im picking the quad up in the morning.......and thats why I take my quads the Klamath Falls for service....

Yesterday the crew at KBE Central Point dropped off my new NH disc mower and Baler. They have been absolutely amazing to work with!

The paint I needed on Friday night to get the tractor into a show was out of stock so the sales person went into the mechanic shop and gave me a partial can to finish my project for Saturday morning.

They charged us for thirty hours of labour for a six hour job! That’s crazy! My husband was a mechanic before he got sick and that job would have taken between four and six hours
