Better prices even than the one in my town. Large store just super low on staff.

I used to give co-workers and friends a hard time for buying tools here. Now I have quite a collection including sockets, hand tools, and a great rotary hammer. The quality on the tools I have purchased is very good and the prices were impossible to beat.

The lady Danielle was very rude and told me that the 10 x 17 car ports were all defective and the boss said they couldnt sell them. I went home and about an hour later called to see if there were any available and the same lady says oh yes they have plenty in stock. I went back in and was able to purchase one. Got home and it was missing pieces. Went back and a nice young man helped me out. His name is Jason. He told me that I would get a 20 0/0 discount but never gave it to me. Horrible experience!

Ive been trying to find a certain allen wrench on the internet for a few months, and then I visited Harbor Freight Tools with my daughter and there it was. I was also amazed by how helpful and friendly the staff was.

Harbor freight in Klamath falls Oregon is one of the few with knowledgeable employees that are friendly and helpful. I love this store and stop there every time Im in town just to see what kind of good deals they have.

Nice staff, but usually out of the stuff I need so I resort to online suppliers. If they have it they are good. I have really cut back my shopping here since they got rid of their coupon system.

Called prior to coming and spoke to Danielle. Gave sku numbers for specific tile saw that was in-stock. She confirmed it was there and I asked to hold. She informed me it would be held for the day. I informed her Id be there in 1.5 hrs. Show up 1.5 hrs later to be told they didnt have one. Infuriating 1.5 HR drive back home.

Great Inventory only issue is you can never find an associate to help find what you are looking for and many of them are not knowledgeable about the product they sell.

Always pleasant, the workers are always nice and try to do right by the customer.

Staff are friendly and informative. Lots of items out of stock but hey thats just Klamath Falls for you.

Harbor Frieght is having difficulty keeping necessary tools stocked. Its sad that I had to buy jack stands at Bi mart because they dont have them.

Its smaller than some of their sister stores, but its well organized and pretty well stocked. The staff is nice and theyre helpful but occasionally I get the feeling Im being talked down to. Really like to shop there. I go at least five or six times a month. If youre a track club member and you want something in the monthly ad dont hesitate get to the store quickly to assure you will get what you need.

Pretty good selection of tools. You will find good bargains here. For example, I bought a machete/saw combination for $6. Many tools you need at whokesale price. Good staff. You get what you pay for when you shop here.

Was able to buy my new tile saw. However, I was also in the market for a Ramset concrete nailer. Seems, employees, when asked where I can find the Ranset... they send me to an aisle that has stuff that is hydraulic, and has the word ram on the packaging. Finally, I had to Google Ranset, just to show them what I needed. Apparently, concrete nailers are not sold here. Had to go to Home Depot to buy one for my project.

For a budget mechanic like me they got a good selection in stock the store is organized in a user friendly mannor and the staff/employees are very courteous and knowledgeable in product they carry . Dont know the name but one of the team members went out of his way to research and find a speciality tool at a competitive price and save me a bunch on my project.. THANKS Harbor team

The hand tools (wrenches and such) are great as are the cordless impact wrenches (Bauer and up) and the store itself is easy to navigate with friendly staff. Harbor is very under rated place. Just dont buy air drills etc (central pneumatic)

Made the mistake of buying one of their house brand power tools. Thing was broken out of the box and wouldnt even turn on. Returned the tool and tried to get a refund or exchange ( I didnt have the receipt but I had the card on which it was purchased) and they refused to do anything. Horrible customer service, all my future business will go to Diamond, Home Depot, and Groover.

Generally s good place to buy tools that will last you for a time, best not to go to flat out with anything. If you are trying to get something with precision and consistency I would go somewhere else. But for most of us it gets the job done. I have no other problem with their products in that sense. It is for sure a good place to buy abrasive disks for cheap and light duty tools. Ive always loved this store every time I drive by I want to stop in.

Get what you need then just say no all the way out. So tempting. Need and want becomes blurry. You can buy this and make it cheaper. Or better. You wont know if you have a devil whispering in your ear unless you go here.

I called and the Bene said he would hold the generator I was looking for. Even though i had no clue what I was doing, he helped me get the right generator and even explained that I needed to fill it with oil before I started it. He brought it to the car and helped me load that monster in my little car as well. Service here was some of the best of any Harbor Freight I have shopped at.Give this man a raise!

If you want something to do the job and dont mind using items straight from China. They are good about honoring their service contracts and will usually give you a brand new replacement for broken hardware. Cheap and you can build your very own car garage right of their shelves.

I love this store. They have allot of tools and other gadgets you would need to fix around the house or if you can work on vehicles they have all the tools you would need. They even have generators power tools clear down to gardening tools. They are very friendly and helpful.

Nice tool selection and they have a very nice return policy just in case you product is definitive or your just not satisfied with it.

They had everything I needed excellent customer service and quick carry outs. I definitely recommend the membership program it’s worth the money in savings.

I was made to feel very uncomfortable. My car was being worked on the the Midas shop next door so I went there to look around and found 2 items to purchase and several products that I can use in the future but I was consistently followed throughout the store as if I was a thief. I dont know if I will ever go back.

This is a tool candy store for adults. The store is clean, bright, and uncluttered. You can find pretty much all of your tool needs here. There is a small hobby section. The folks who work there are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are quite reasonable.
