The my Hearing Centers was very acomadating and service orienting. I left with a very pleasing experience. The people in that office showed that they cared and went beyond any experience I have ever had and made sure that I understood and communicated to assure that the product they provided was exactly what fit me best. Thank them dearly and would never go to anyone else.

I was interested in upgrading my hearing aids to hear conversation more clearly and looking for information, guidance and honesty from My Hearing Center. I got it all along with obvious expertise from them.I was shown different brands, types and models so the decision will take a brief time to make. I was struggling with my current in-ear type and demo’d a behind the ear model and was able to hear what was I’d been missing. Wow!Can’t wait to get them. So happy that they took the time to explain the new technology and top brands that will allow easy service if needed.Go see them for yourself.

I was impressed with the staff and technicians right off the bat. Their equipment/testing seemed updated and they showed me my results in a way I could understand. Cost of prosthetics and support services was honestly explained and there was no pressure to upgrade to a better lvl of equipment than what I needed or afford. Thank you to Jenessa for her patience and willingness to answer my questions so I felt comfortable with my decision.

The staff is always friendly, helpful and thoughtful! They have helped me fix my hearing aids every time Ive gone in and in a timely fashion, which is even more important now that I cant read lips anymore due to masks.

Tony is very knowledgeable about hearing aids. Prior experience was not so good with last provider, but life is great now. I enjoy my new hearing aids so much I wear them all day every day. No pain, no irritation, no issues at all. I love the Bluetooth capabilities I can make phone calls or listen to my music in perfect clarity. Battery life is awsome 5-7 days. Service is awsome, scheduled cleanings and adjustments for free. Great company, great people, highly recommend. Even got rid of my tinnitus, not really, but masks it so well I never notice it anymore and it is bad. Dont hesitate to upgrade to new devices, money well spent.

Aaron Bolenbaugh, NBC-HIS, is knowledgeable and easy to work with. He has worked with Menieres patients and knew what I needed and also why other options wouldnt work for me. I walked out of the office with two hearing aids that help me now and can be adjusted to help me as the Menieres Disease progresses. The Signia Pure Charge&Go NX hearing aids are making my quality of life better every day.
