Shane installed 4 Pioneer mini spit inverters for me and he is definitely the most professional, honest, qualified person I have work at my house. One thing that drives me and others crazy is to not have your calls answered. Shane always answered my calls! Plus he had to travel a good distance to get to my house but he was always here and on time. Plus, I am old, a senior on a fixed income. He always gave me a discount but even if he didnt his rates are so much better than any of the other companies I contacted.Shane is the only one I have referred to others.He kept my house clean and I have had no problems with his work or the mini splits.

Bliss Heating & A/C carries the best ducted central heat pump sold in the US the Bosch Inverter. Our trusty old unit sadly gave up the ghost after over 10 years of service, sometimes buried in snow and sometimes in the parching sun. We desired the same technology as in the new mini-splits but we have a ducted system. We found that Bosch meets this expectation as we have been waiting years for one of these that is not prohibitively expensive. Why the US manufacturers can’t get with it is beyond me. The Bosch unit actually virtually changes size based on heating or cooling requirement, so it’s like having a smaller unit on not so warm or cold days and a larger on colder or hotter, hence very efficient. Most important around here is the Bosch pulls heat out of the air at much lower temps than the conventional units so that the lower cost heat pump heat will be useful at lower temps before the expensive resistive heat strips kick in. We called Bosch and asked for a company in Southern Oregon and they gave us the number to Bliss. Shane does amazing work at an exceptional price and to top it off is a super nice guy. When I asked some of the other companies, they seemed to know little to nothing about these inverter central air units and insisted I buy older technology GE, Goodman, Rheem etc. Shane knew more than the people at Bosch I spoke with and has been installing them since they came out a few years back. Cheers for a company that thinks outside of the box and goes the extra mile, literally!

I recently had issues with our HVAC unit. I was very appreciative to the Tech that worked on the Unit and his dedication to finding the issue which there was more then one. I would recommend Bliss to anyone one that needs good honest and hardworking people to service or repair their HVAC unit.

We recently had an air conditioning unit installed by Shane. He made sure everything happened as quickly as possible since it was warming up outside. The quote he gave for it was very reasonable. A couple weeks later we had an issue and I had emailed him on a Sunday, which is the day they are closed, he emailed back immediatly letting me know he would be out the same afternoon to fix it. He went so far above and beyond my expectations. I will never go to anyone else for heating and air conditioning. I have also referred my sister in law to Shane for the services she will be needing done. Would definitely recommend contacting Shane to anyone, he is amazing.

Two of our rooms were extremely cold. After having Bliss come take a look, it was recommended that all of our duct work be replaced and redesigned to be more efficient. The day our ducting was replaced we noticed a difference in those two rooms. I highly recommend calling Bliss for all of your heating and air needs.

Called because our air conditioner was not blowing cold air. Shane was out within the hour and got the issue fixed (turned out to be a problem with our Nest thermostat). We needed our ducts cleaned out and our unit serviced. Price was very reasonable, arrived a few minutes early, and also was able to change a part on our a/c unit that needed replaced without having to make another appointment and come back. Very friendly and answered every question I had without me feeling rushed. Will definitely use in the future!

Called Shane last night with a problem had to leave message but he called back in a short period of time, which seems rare lately from service people. Talked to him about my problem and we made an appointment for the next morning. Shane showed up early and we talked about the issue again to clarify what was going on. He checked the system out and explained everything clearly as to what he was doing and what he thought was the problem. When he was done we had a system working like it suppose to again. Shane will be back in the spring to make sure everything is working correctly still and we will also be signing up for his service contract. I feel I got more than I paid for.
