We found the customer service to be the worst we have ever had. Took 4 months to get a part and they never called us when it came in. Finally made an appointment but then never showed up. We had t call several times .Tub was finally fixed but he was to come back that day to bring another part. Owner promised he would be out after they closed at 3 but of course he never came
Weve been pretty displeased. following some routine maintenance, Relax Spas indicated they were interested in purchasing our hot tub, and they just needed to send someone out to value it to make an offer. A guy came out to look at it, charged us a $85 service fee, and then when we called the office to follow up, all of a sudden they werent interested in purchasing it any longer.Once they had our $85, the deal changed. We think it was highly unprofessional, unethical, and that theyre unlikely to ever get more of our business!
Relax Hot Tub is fraudulent as far as I am concerned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! When we thought they were running our credit little did we know that they submitted a loan document. We did not purchase the hot tub, yet they submitted the loan and took the money from the lending institution. We began getting statements and requests for payment on a loan for a hot tub that we didnt purchase. For several months were were promised that it would be taken care of. That was in March. We are now in October, run our credit and see that someone (Mike and Katie, Relax Hot Tubs) is making our loan payment. Once again, for a loan that we did not take out! Do not trust them. We will be filing suit against this business.
I ordered a mega-monster of a spa from Relax Hot Tubs with all the bells and whistles, including a tv and surround sound with a sub woofer, etc. It took a little longer than expected for all the bells and whistles to arrive, but that was not due to fault of the business, but of the manufacturer, which is not uncommon. Installation was easy (for me especially) but Mike and his team easily managed to unload and deliver a 9.5’x11’ spa very quickly and efficiently, ensuring care for both the spa and my property.That said, Mike and Katie and their great staff checked on me regularly (and still follow up) to ensure I have been happy and satisfied with my purchase. I definitely am, and appreciate the benefits of their great service and offering the best prices available to the public. If something goes wrong, they either know what to do, or find out quickly.Gary, the technical service and installation representative is very friendly, diligent and easy to work with. I appreciate his honesty and his customer-centric approach. He is an asset to Relax Hot Tubs, as he strives to ensure complete customer satisfaction as well.Collectively, Relax Hot Tubs is an outstanding business, whom I feel happy to support and recommend to my friends and family.....because they have treated me like a friend/family member, themselves, but I get the added benefit of relaxing in one of the nicest spas in the county at a price I could afford and the support from a team, who can help me keep it in tip-top condition for years to come.
I did work for Mike Voight, owner of Relax Hot Tubs. Spent 3 hours driving in a winter storm and a hotel stay to perform work for his business and personal residence, and he has yet to pay me for services rendered. I have my own business and do excellent work. Takes a lot of nerve to hire someone who lives far away to make a personal trip to provide service and then to just decide not to pay them?! Do you not have a conscience? Be professional and do the right thing and pay me for the work I provided.

We bought our spa with promises of customer service even though we live 90 miles from Klamath Falls.We had nothing but trouble from the time we walked out of the door and they had our money. Took over a month to delivery it, then we started having trouble with the heater in the spa and from the first time we called (in August 2017) to date they still havent come and fixed it.I finally called the manufacture of the spa and they took care of me right away. They also informed me that Relax is no more a dealer for Clear Water Spas.They talk a good talk but they sure dont walk the walk. Maybe they do great for the local customer base, but they sure dont care about the non local, we found that out the hard way.
