Great business! A true gem in Klamath. Jennifer always takes awesome care of us when we come in, and after shopping all of the stores in Klamath, I believe they have the best healthiest plants. Couldnt recommend highly enough.

Great resource for the local gardening community. They have everything you need and can help you pick out selections that will work in our temperamental climate. What I most like though are their bulk materials. Everything from a truck load of potting to a bucket of gravel. They can meet the big demands, but are willing to work with us little gardeners too.

Mountain Valley Gardens is a great place to get plants and landscaping materials. Whether its loads of bark, topsoil, or plants they are very helpful and they have a lot of good stuff.

ZERO STARS! Found a used syringe in my soil! Picked up 4.5 yards of soil and it was .9 yards short. Picked up another 5 yards and it was .5 yards short. Called to let them know about the syringe for quality control/ Safety (not to complain) but never received a call back after leaving 3 voice-mails and calling several times. DO NOT RECOMMEND

90% of the time it’s a great experience here, I made a mistake of buying a tree without really combing over it. I Bought a dwarf citrus from here, got it home and about a week later discovered it was covered in scale and spider mites. After weeks of trying to save it by applying insecticide soap and having it under a grow light it still slowly lost all of its leaves and now I will have to toss it in the trash.

I was in the store yesterday, a saturday around noonish. And was looking for house plants and had a few questions about outdoor plants. The guy that worked there, a tall bearded man seemed totally bothered by me needing his help. He seemed more interested in dealing with the dogs that were running around there, than customers. Would yell at dogs and shake a can that was noisy right in the middle of converstion . My daughter was with me and she finally just walked away and went to car. I gave another try to get him to help me, before giving up. He was annoying and actually rude. I wont go back. And I will share my experience with others. They need to hire some polite and descent workers in tbere!

I have purchased $169 dollars worth of flowers of different varieties. They have all died even though I had followed the direction of the manager for location, sun, and water. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend to any other customers.
