I cant say enough about Tread and TrackThe staff is friendly and spot on. I was traveling through town on my bike and had a breakdown. Taylor was great and took great care of me.
Dave and staff were amazing. They got my daughter on a new Kawasaki 90 to replace one lost in a fire that destroyed our house. We drove from Medford and i realized, once we got there, that all my rope and straps were gone in the fire as well. Dave set us up and put us on the road. A great experience all around.
The staff here was awesome! I highly recommend seeing them for all your motorcycle gear. Dave the finance guy was exceptional. Brandon as well very knowledgeable and helped me out a great deal. Now its time to ride!
Dave was great to deal with, knows is stuff when it comes to financing. The rest of the staff where all friendly as well. This was one of the easiest purchases I have made. Will definitely buy all my machines and parts from tread and track. Thanks Dave
Dave was amazing!! He was able to show me the correct size for my helmet. And had wonderful customer service!! Definitely will be back!
Awesome guys to deal with. Will definately be buying my next bike from Here! Thanks for the great service guys.
Picked up some good hats! Nice bikes too!
Friendly, professional, knowledgeable; staff and mechanic. Quickly helped me on 500.
I took my boyfriend’s bike in for a service to make sure everything was good with it before he started riding after the winter. They fixed the broken mirror and supposedly checked everything else. After I paid for it and brought it home, my boyfriend went to start it, and the battery was dead! You would think that would’ve been one of the things that they would have checked in their routine servicing. So I took it back to have the battery replaced and a new chain put on as well. They had it for about a week and kept telling me they were waiting on a battery to arrive. Finally after my boyfriend called, they magically got a battery in. Go figure. We get it home and the new chain was not only loose, but hitting the plastic piece covering when you back up. After spending about $600 in total, this was unacceptable service!
Waited 4 weeks for brake pads turned out theyve had them for two weeks! and nobody called. When me or my girlfriend would call they would be rude and tell us they would call us! not very happy could have got them at OReillys parts store 2 days later. And they charged the $60 when OReillys had them for 30! Never shopping there again
Dave always goes the extra mile to keep a customer happy. Good people, good products!
These guys are always super nice and helpful!!
Fast, friendly customer service! Knowledgeable staff with an awesome selection of recreational motor vehicles. Not the best selection of protective equipment, but I came before they ordered the new years equipment, so regular times may be different.
Very friendly service! All the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable about finding and ordering products. I love shopping local!
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and Ive been a happy customer for a few years now. However, I recently bought some tires online (Id rather buy local, but just dont have the money), and was told they have an in-house tire only policy when I asked for a mount and balance. I get it, they want to make sure they get the profit margin from the tire sale, and they would probably use an in-house warranty as another excuse, but Im not looking for a warranty. I simply wanted to give them my already removed wheels, and pay them for a mount and balance. They do less work, I pay less money. To Tread and Track: I seriously suggest you change this policy. Charge a little more for mounting third party tires if you must, but dont refuse to take my money for a service you could easily perform.
We drove over to Tread and Track Motorsports during our visit to La Pine from Kelso, WA to purchase a new quad that they had in stock. The entire experience was excellent from the initial phone call to when we drove away with the new quad. David, the GM, was excellent and a lot of fun to do business with! He was friendly and upbeat and we laughed the whole way through. We appreciated the quick and timely transaction and the thoughtful overview of the quad with the service team as well. Thank you all for your upbeat attitude and friendly sales and service! We look forward to doing business with you again in the future!Sincerely,Adam & Katie Neuhalfen
They honor our servicemen and women and their families with a military discount! I highly recommend them
The general manager, Dave, is a shady guy!!! I wouldnt purchase a bike from him if it was my last option. His staff was very nice over the phone but he was not, and to top it off he went back on his offer that he gave us for a motorcycle the day before we were going to drive over from Medford!! WHAT BAD SALES SKILLS!! You should NEVER go back on what you originally offered someone, it makes for bad reviews like this one.
Good little place to order stuff, but they dont carry much in the way of tools or lubricants, etc. I wish they did, cuz itd be a good little one-stop kinda place. Good service, though!
The guys there were so helpful did not work on my particular brand of quad but still gave me some great suggestions even went to my vehicle with me and suggested what the problem might be and yes it worked and no charge save me a lot of money other than taking it back to the Arctic Cat dealer who would not even take the time to talk to me
Low pressure, high level of service. Not much more you can ask for.
They let me wander around looking at bikes before asking if they could help me, no pouncing like a lion on an antelope. Right when you walk in, the aroma of rubber makes ya wanna hop on ride.
Awesome place to go, knowledgeable staff great family ran business.
Good service, good prices
Broke down in the middle of a 2 week trip on my EX500. They didnt have parts in stock but were more than happy to help us find salvage yards, a lock shop for my broken key, and let us borrow jumper cables and tools while we worked on the bike in the parking lot. Really great guys.
Went into Tread and Track in Klamath Falls today with my 7 month old son and had one of the worst customer service experiences. Upon pulling in the parking lot, the bigger, older guy that worked there was BS ing in the parking lot with someone as I walked in, I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes until he came in with the guy he was talking to, he walked right past me, not saying a word, they then walked in the service area and BS d back there for a while then went back out to the parking lot and continued to talk. Stood around another 10 minutes until my son started to cry and then we left. I thought small town businesses were suppose to have great customer service? This business is worthless and I would recommend you order your parts online like I will be from now on, what a disappointment.
Went into tread and track today to buy a 1100 Honda motorcycle for myselfWas unprofessionally greeted by a big man who was loud and rude.My husband stated several times to the man that I (the little wife) was buying a new bike, after several minutes of this man ONLY talking to my husband, my husband reiterated to him AGAIN that I was the one buying a bike, not him. This man than proceeded to throw out information on all the bikes in the shop even after I stated to him I was looking for a 1100. He finally stated that Honda quit making 1100s 5 years or so ago because everyone was looking for 800, 850,900,950 etc so Honda went to 1300 and discontinued the 1100. Anyways after about 10 minutes in the store, he gave us two Honda catalogs, told us to go study motorcycles and maybe we would get lucky finding a used 1100 in the newspaper/craigslist since we probably could not afford a 1300 so we left disgusted with his attitude and will go to Medford. He also had the audacity to suggest I take my husbands old bike and let my husband get the 1300!Last dealings with them I ordered a battery which they sold to another rider, than made me wait another 3 days for a battery, missed out on my trip. Than they also ordered the wrong turn light for my bike and would not replace the order light with the right one. I had to buy another turn light. I would not recommend this place to anyone! They talk about keeping money in the basin (buy in the basin) Well get professional nice people so we will spend locally....
If I could rate lower than 1 I would. This establishment is the biggest joke in Klamath falls, and lucky for them not a ton of their customers know they’re getting screwed. I went into this place possibly once or twice a week, and was convinced they were genuine people in spite of what everyone in town had told me. So when it came time to have my bike fixed I brought it to them, this is where the mistakes begin. My bike had a seriously bad popping, so I went through the carb (and bought everything I needed from them). After a few months of tinkering, I figured it was something else. They suggested shimming, and after finding out shimming wasn’t completely necessary they suggested getting into the top end. I received a call a week or so later saying I had extremely low compression. After they spent a few hours pulling the top end apart, they literally told me, word for word, they had no idea what was wrong. They had to call another local mechanic to get advice. They came to the conclusion that I needed a new piston. So they sprung for the new top end kit, and when I came to get it, not only was I greeted with a $1000 bill. But also a bike that was literally in the same running condition. Not to mention they lost my sub frame bolt, and screwed up a bunch of other bolts. Oh, and roached my brand new seat cover due to being left in the sun for god knows how long. I tried reasoning with the manager, Brian. He wouldn’t help me out whatsoever, and told me his hands were tied. Also offered to look into the carb for another 2-300 dollars. I obviously declined. A few weeks after I picked it up I tried to start it. It started and then cut off and started to rattle when I tried to kick it over. Took it to the only good mechanic in this town (Walter at action motorsports aka the guy they called when they didn’t know what was wrong). Turns out a valve was most likely the issue. He thinks it got stuck and caused the valve to break, screwing the cylinder head up along with the new top end kit I got from tread and track. I tried to call tread and track to see if they had a warranty on the kit, but was told the manager Brian was busy! Lol. These guys are the biggest jokes. Please, for the love of god DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS.
Easy to get to.They are always eager to help you with what you need.
Drove 100 miles to have them mount and balance my tires for my GL 1800 and because I didnt buy them from them they would not do them . Spent a lot of money in that store, but I will spend no more, I will go even further out of town from now on!!
Reasonable prices with great customer service and a timely shop.
Nobody was there to attend
***UPDATE***Waterworld in Medford is now a certified Yamaha powersports dealer!!! If you live in Medford don’t bother with trekking it out to KFalls, just head there! Believe me!!***Great service right up until you sign all the paperwork and they have your money. Then they drop the facade and youre left wondering why you ever bought anything from these chumps.Unless you need Yamaha and can’t make it to Medford, do yourself a favor and stay away. You’ll thank me, I promise.
I liked the customer service
Didn’t have a good experience there, a bit snobby in my opinion. They won’t work on older bikes.
There ok they try to hard to sell you there stuff they dont really try to help find the parts you need 👽
