Horrible customer service. Even worse at getting supplies when told they would be delivered.
Actually got through to someone who could help me and made a very good recommendation for me that made good sense. Very nice person took my call.
- Bad Customer Service- Will Not give you straight answers- Does Not carry all sizes for oxygen masks (small) for adults and will Not release Pediatric sizes to adults. This there of, endangered patients lives who need oxygen and has NO access to proper sizes- Refuses patients to have access to their own health records despite a hand written release letter and declares it needs to be mailed to them and processed through their legal department- Is Not in Compliance of patients medical care or needs- Drivers are very unaware about paying attention to the surroundings as we had safety concerns via front access despite a sign posted to go wait at the gate to get back access ; it doesnt take brains to see caution tape and a sign saying back door by gate
I was very impressed with the quality of help I got and still get from this place!! Highly recommend this place for medical supplies.
If you are thinking about getting some equipment or supplies from this Lincare outlet,, DONT EVEN START. They are the worst retail outlet that I have ever encountered in my life. They are rude, have no business courtesy nor any idea about how to conduct it. After a month of trying to get a medical devise I am done. I will switch it or go without. (might as well as I have being going without anyway) I have called over 6 or 8 times, been to the store and all I get is excuses. I have been told that they would be here on a certain day and they dont show up. They dont even call when they dont show up. Now this is the second day they are not showing up. And not calling either. I have wasted two days waiting for someone that doesnt even care enough about the business to call. If I could post this with 5 negative stars I would.Robert SmithKlamath Falls OR
Customer service is odd. They apparently dont have enough service drivers and there doesnt seem to be anyone in charge. Several times people havent shown up when they said they would, or left a missed you card when I wasnt home and had no idea anyone was coming.I dont need much and Im not (so far) home-bound, so I am able to drive to their office to pick up supplies. One issue that was puzzling: my doc ordered a small travel-size concentrator for me. The local Lincare had to get it Medicare-approved, then order it, which I was told would take about a couple of months altogether. They would then call me. About four months later I dropped by there and asked what the status was. Then...one of the service guys bought it out to me from the back room. I wondered, having past experience with warehousing and shipping/receiving, if anyone was curious about why a stray, tiny concentrator had shown up and, if so, was there any system to find out?Having said all that, I havent had anyone be rude to me, just the opposite. Its just that there isnt much structure. I mean, these are medical supplies that people need!
Horrible customer care. Shortly after getting the CPAP, I was having trouble with face mask. Was told someone would be out to help. No call back. No one showed up. Doctor called to up my p.s.i. 2/27/19.....nothing done. I called Lincare twice, was told they would take care of it. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Is this incompetence or sheer dont give a damn?? I think both. Very unresponsive. No customer care.
Literally the worst customer service Ive encountered from the medical field! You name any discourtesy and they hit it out of the park!!
