From the beginning all the way through Al was honest and upfront about everything. As for pricing, I traveled from FL to TN to get a deal! The vehicle I bought didnt have a title at the time of purchasing but Al said it would be taken care of (not easy at all from only having an SF97) as a part of our deal. I purchased the vehicle after inspecting it and went back to FL to wait for the tilework to be done. Al kept me informed and up to date on the entire process. I really have to emphasize honesty and integrity here, it wouldve been easy for him to not follow through on the title or worse, keep the vehicle and the money. His word holds a lot of weight and it is clear that he values the reputation of himself and his company. About one month later I received word that the title arrived in the mail and I arranged for shipping of the vehicle. A few days later I received it exactly how I had seen it when I inspected it. Al even made sure to fix a number of things before I received it which I greatly appreciate. Overall, he went above and beyond for this sale and I greatly appreciate everything. I would do business again and would absolutely recommend his business.
Was very happy with my experience at Moto4us. Al was great, and he sold me an awesome Rubicon at a very good price. Would highly reccomend to anyone.
Bad customer service, terrible. The person who work in this place is mentally unstable, everything he buy online, especially on eBay, he leave bad review for the Sellers in order to get money and service out of them. And I mean everyone. Just look at these screen images of his review on eBay. It is all bad reviews. What goes around, comes around. From now on, every time you leave a bad review on other Sellers, you will get 5 bad reviews here. That is called KARMA, what goes around, comes around.

Moto4US is amaaaazing! The owner gives excellent customer service and I bought the most beautiful car I’ve ever owned in my whole life there. It is perfection and I got an awesome deal! I have had 10 BMWs and this is the best one I’ve ever had and I bought another one at Grayson BMW that was not as awesome as this one! The owner was very helpful looking at another one of my BMWs as well. I absolutely recommend him 100%! 1 million stars!
Really cool guy at this place. Very helpful and will give you a good deal. Would purchase from here again.
Honestly theyre a bunch of disrespectful clowns. Id heard bad things before but I figured Id try to deal with them and see myself and its just all snark. He thinks his bikes are the only ones in Tennessee and theyre really not maintained like they should be. Definitely avoid moto4us
Got a what I believe to be a fair deal on a Yamaha R1. I got the bike home and the next day had a issue with a wiring harness and bike had to be put in shop to get fixed. I called The shop and spoke with the owner asked him if they do service on bikes. Al said yes he did and I told him what had happened I explained that I knew that I bought the bike as an as is deal and I am willing to pay to have it fixed just needed to have it fixed. Al agreed to look at the bike and told me that he would have his technician look at it. A few days went by and I called the shop to see where they were with the repairs Al had informed me that they were in the process of working there the wiring and testing a few components and that he would call me back when the bike was ready. A few hours later Al had called me to come pick my bike up said it was ready to go all fixed. The following day I picked my bike up let me tell you guys something when I bought this bike it was used, that was made clear to me, I was not forced to buy the bike nor was I mis lead to believe anything about this bike. When I signed the papers on the bike I was told it has a rebuilt title and it is as is. In saying this my bill from Al for the repairs was 340.00 and most of this bills was for a curved license plate holder I asked to have put on and a set of new grips that I wanted for the bike. I believe I got a fair and just deal for a USED bike. Thanks a lot guys for great service and your honesty. I will for sure buy our second bike for the wife next from you all.
Owner is not friendly and not a good salesman. High prices and average finds in below average condition, and the bikes havent even been detailed. I dont see how anyone would want to buy a bike from this guy.
Al is great. I would gladly purchase from him again.
Wanted to say thanks for fixing my flat tire yesterday. I appreciate it since I was from Ohio just trying to get home. Harley wouldnt even help me out at all since they were the only ones open and didnt know you were. I recommend this guy he was more than willing to help me out!
I was searching for a motorcycle, i had called moto4us on three occasions. The first time i had inquired about a cbr600rr i offered an amount that was still reasonable that offer was rejected. Which i understand, however i expressed my interest in purchasing and was serious. No tire kicker here! . I attempted to give my number to i suspect was the owner, but, was given an excuse that the person didnt have anything to write with. I asked that at the end of the call he save it and get back to me if he found anything close to what i was looking for. So he told me he would. A week went by and i had managed to save a little more leaving me with 3000 to purchase. I read their website and read the requirements to go about requesting. I did just that. I made the request to possibly have moto4us get one through auction. There was a response back through email and i was informed they had one thats arriving in stock and they would let me know. I replied back to verify for three thousand and that i would pay half upfront to secure it when it arrives. No reply. In fact three days later he sold the bike for that amount then when questioned by me about it he told me it was sold as an as is. That was not the point. I didnt care of the condition. I cared that i offered the same amount and tried to secure it prior to him selling it eapecially since the ask us to set up contact because of the epidemic
Deceitful business practices. Beware. Dealership tried to finance a customer with a lender after failing to disclose the motorcycle was a rebuilt unit, as evidenced by its title. Loan package was rejected by the lender because this violated the lenders dealer agreement. Dealership wanted lender to explain to the buyer why the loan was not going to be honored. Dealer was subsequently terminated from the lenders network. Owner lacks integrity and uses his Google account to trash any business or individual who is educated to his deceitful ways (including the insurance auction where he no doubt purchased branded bikes and a local tow company). He trashed me and my company for the incident above. In the end, he was notified by certified mail that his relationship with the lender had been terminated for violations of the agreement. He also stated customer would be financed in house. Not sure the dealer is licensed for buy here, pay here, as most states have laws on this type of financing arrangement. Never took responsibility for his attempt to scam a rider or an ethical company.
Bought a 08 WRX. So far the car is Kicking but. Al worked with me through the whole purchase process and even went out of his way to make sure his customer was satisfied. He is honest and Trustworthy. Would recommend himUpdate Since Aug 2018 to May 2019: Car is Still Running Awesome. Thanks Al. I hope we may do business again soon. Put almost 6k Miles on the car. I love it. :D
Great place to buy a bike and they do service to.I got me a great bike at good price.Guys are realy knowledgeable about bikes. No pressure purchase and easy to deal with. Thanks
He held a bike with just a promise to drive from out of state to see it. TYVM
Took a major risk buying a rebuilt bike but happy I did. They were very open, honest, and welcoming. Al Man was awesome as was the rest of the staff. Will do business with again.
Al gives me great deals, only place i buy my bikes from.
Came in and saw some bikes, looked around and the guy at the shop was nice and willing to work with you on bikes, I found a couple I liked and will be coming back in a few weeks to complete purchase
This shop lists postings in the For sale by Owner section of Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace. Its free advertising, trust me, I get it. The issue is they DONT respond to inquiries or give any further details when you contact them. I was interested in a bike and considered going to the shop, but when I asked for more information... crickets. Its this simple: DONT POST IN THE FOR SALE BY OWNER SECTION IF YOU ARENT GOING TO RESPOND TO INQUIRIES.P.S. I was going to leave 3 stars feedback, but I had to subtract another star because I know the owner will reply with some ignorant accusations and rant, which is just bad business in general.
Wow what a bunch of whiners! I bought my 07 gsxr 600 from Al and both the service and price were fair and honest. My friends have bought several bikes there with not one single issue. I take offense when people drag businesses through the mud like has been done here as I myself am a business owner. Keep up the good work Al. You sell quality merchandise at reasonable prices
I know this place and Al for soo many years, since they opened in that small shop down the road. You can waste years trying to find a better shop, or a man with such integrity, trust me I did that. I bought so many bikes and cars here that I lost count. What many dont understand is that not supporting a place like this will be a huge loss for biker community in this area (good luck dealing with big dealer stealer). Way over half of the used bikes I see on streets are sold by them, and I never heard a major problem. I dont write reviews but cannot stand losers trying to back stab a good person...like that illiterate who has only two reviews against two local bike shops, and he worked for another one (happily to report they are out of business, like many others who dont have the knowledge or character ! ).
Great business. Good deals. Highly recommend.
Easy to deal with made purchase first trip
I have been to shop and this is funny stuff laughing hard obviously owners due no quality checks compression check, electrical, etc. other than he starts them and makes sure tires have air dont except a good experience when dealer that offers no 30 day warranty with purchase any reputable Shop would do quick 15 point inspection takes about that long (15min.) and they would offer 30-90 day warranty depending on bike and shop when its AS IS Buyer Be Where!! And to owner seems like youre defending bad deals more than good deals maybe a quick quality check thats not gonna cost you any money on these bikes looks like its all profit except few hundred you have in them and customers quality should be improved on then youll be on side of the race track.
So, I brought my bike in a couple months ago for some maintenance. It had some problems, l the engine wouldn’t run right with the mufflers I had put on it, and so I sent it to get tuned. It was intermittently dropping a cylinder. They couldn’t get it tuned right, but it is probably because the too-open system I was trying to run.I am just reviewing what I perceived as some work quality issues. The tank wasn’t hooked back up correctly, and the lines for the overflow never hooked back up, so it drained gas all over the battery and wiring harness. Glad it didn’t catch fire. The fuel lines are held on with a mix of zip ties and actual fuel hose clamps, and though they said they adjusted carb bowl fuel level and replaced the needle valves I still have carbs that leak out the back. They had the bike for 2.5+ weeks, I had to go out of town for work and when they finished it took me a couple days to come get it, in that amount of time I was emailed and called about how the shop ‘isn’t a storage unit’ and that I need to get the bike ASAP or get charged rent. When I went to pick it up, it didn’t have enough gas in the tank for me to ride it out of the parking lot (he did put about .5 gals in it when I ran out in front of the shop, but I just didn’t like that I had to ask)Carb tuning aside, I expect a little more out of folks. He told me I could bring it back in, but I am worried that with the problems I’ve encountered so far it might not do me any good.I think They did do a good job with readjusting the valve tolerances, but I have no way of checking their accuracy without taking the thing apart again and I don’t want to deal with that. I wonder if I was paying for someone’s training or something.I’m sure I will get a scathing response to this review, but I promise it is a fully honest review of my experience. After $1050 in maintenance on my bike I would like for there to be some closer attention to detail.Thank you
Keeps spamming the by owner section on Craigslist with overpriced bikes (some that have obviously been wrecked/dropped). Reeks of desperation and dishonesty. Would definitely not buy anything from them as-is, even if their prices were reasonable.
Thanks Al. Purchased a Suzuki Hayabusa in december my second suzuki from Al always a great experience dealing with him and his guys could not be happier with my new toy. Thanks again Al.
Do not go here! They took weeks more than I was quoted, left broken bolts in my side cover and didnt even seal the cover. It was leaking oil a few miles after I left. They even lost some bolts to my tank and to my airbox. Didnt even fix my issue I came in for! Still had the exact noise from when I came in. Charged me over $350 for all new timing chains for my noise, ended up being a cct that was $60 new and took 30 min to install.
Got a good bike at a good price
What up Al, (Jeff); let me say i hardly knew anything about bikes b4 i got my 03 gsxr600. i took my issues to Al, with a frame and a couple boxes of damn parts. I have nothing bad to say about Moto4us in fact ive gotten more info and learned more about this hobby that i love. BIG S/O to moto4us and thanks for the gr8 service. John S.
If you want dishonestly, sub-par machines, insulting service and non-negoitable pricing, this is the place to go! When I arrived, I immediately noticed that the bike had been laid down. I had asked over the phone and the guy indicated that it was in great condition. With a rear fairing that was chipping, had stickers (most likely covering damage) all over it and had obviously been repainted, a frame sleeve adjuster (which holds your engine in the frame) that had been damaged and a nose fairing that had been cut and modified, I would hardly call his implication honest. Additionally, when I made him an offer which was marginally less than asking price, his response was Well, good for you, but Im going to get (full asking price) for this bike. There was evidence that the motorcycles engine had been replaced as well and there had been no mention of this either. Please, for your own safety, do not buy anything from these guys.RESPONSE: Im not sure how an internet review could be construed as behind the back as it is there for everyone (including the business owner) to see. In todays internet age, customer reviews are a valid method of research. Your statement of Honesty is a rare thing makes it sound like you consider dishonesty to be okay. Scary. As for my offer, I offered what I felt the bike was worth. Turning down a potential customers offer isnt a problem, but the ill-mannered salespeople were downright offensive.
They have awful customer service, within 5 messages they are calling their potential customers dumb.
The list is too long and I dont have the time.
Cool place
Owner is a ripoff, used junk for sale.
