The ordering process was so easy. As I had questions, I was able to reach out to someone directly. The help was so great and answered all my questions. The unit came in several boxes which we unboxed in the garage to help get into the house. It was an extremely easy setup with two people. The unit itself provides great sound isolation and allows for solid recordings without outside noise. The air unit is a must-have. It allows me hours of recording time without getting warm in the unit. Such a fantastic investment and well worth it!!

Awesome product!!! We went with the 5x7 standard room with an additional window and studio lighting. My son absolutely loves his Studio. He is a jazz student in college so a saxophone is a very loud instrument. It took us about 6 hours to assemble and once we finished, he said Im just going to chill out in here for a moment. Solid packaging, clear install instructions and high quality parts. if you have a sensitive nose there is some break-in time (1 week) due to new product odors from the sound proofing materials and manufacturing - expected and does dissipate. Ive had a WhisperRoom (7x7) up and running for about a year now. It easily contains my drums and a mixing rack (single bass, double pedal, 7-piece). It reduces the sound enough to prevent disturbing everyone in the house and at my neighbors house (only a few feet away). It is not soundproof, so interior doors should be closed. But if they are, no one has to turn up the TV. The experience with the company was wonderful, as Jill managed everything patiently as I juggled the sizes and options and asked crazy questions (like, can I put it outside? No. ). Its nice to go into a dedicated, professional space and practice or record almost any time of the day or night.

We have two WhisperRooms! KEOM is in a transitional rebuild of two production rooms. We had to have a means to continue audio production. They work great! The station will utilize them after the rebuild as additional training stations for our student program!

As a voice over artist, working from home, the WhisperRoom 4242 has been an inspiration to work in. I never thought a fuzzy big box could be sexy, but it is. It truly cuts out all of the ambient noise that is a must for clean, studio quality vocals. This is truly the #GoldBar standard in audio recordings. Extremely well built (like a tank) and with the wheel package, Im able to easily move it around. I also received the deluxe ventilation system, which provides silent comfort when spending a lot of time in the aforementioned fuzzy sexy box. I love my whisper room, it is truly an excellent purchase with high-quality components and acoustical grade material to dampen sound - I love the blue foam also, and it was relatively easy to follow the instructions to assemble it (however it is a long process, so make sure you set aside a day and seek a friend or family member’s help)!Also, from my very first contact with WhisperRoom, I was greeted on the phone by Jill Holdway, who was very warm, caring, and professional over the phone. Im a narrator and voice actress, and I needed something to help me produce better sound quality for my recordings. I live on a street that can have a lot of traffic noise during certain parts of the day, and I went to Whisperroom to see if they had something that could help the problem. Im happy to say that the product is exactly what I wanted and needed. I got the single wall and it makes a huge difference though I might upgrade to the double wall eventually. Everyone at Whisperroom was a joy to work with. They were friendly and helpful at every step of the process. Lastly the quality of the Whisperroom is much better than what Id expected. Very high quality with easy instructions. Others in the VO industry told me that Whisperrooms were great if you could afford them. Id recommend finding a way to afford one. We operate a physical therapy clinic and recently added a speech-language pathologist. In treating patients with vocal issues, some therapy includes loud speaking, approaching 85 decibels. We needed a room that would serve this function without disrupting our normal PT patients. After a great deal of research, I found the Whisper Room! Our staff loves it! It looks great in our clinic, and the sound reduction is better than I anticipated. My Whisper room has been really amazing, once the shipping and setup was done, this thing has been on auto pilot. Can’t make it sound tubby or reflective even if I try, and I have!!! Do all my promo and narration work in it, looks great, got the lighting package too which is fun. Only regret was paying more for the air circulation, haven’t used it once and it was 120 degrees a few days last summer where I live, could be the placement of it in my office that keeps it cool but there it is.

I purchased a 4872 In 2018. It was a significant investment but, in the end, it was well worth it. I can finally cut vocals without fear of disturbing anyone which actually has a huge impact on how I sing. It also virtually eliminates problems caused by neighbors using outdoor power equipment. It was also nice to make this investment with a company located in Tennessee. Great folks who make a great product.

My experience with sales, with delivery, with assembly and with the sound booth itself were all uniformly positive. The design of the booth is ingenious, allowing assembly from the inside, so the booth can be assembled in a very small, tight and confined location. I just opened my practice and wanted a good reliable room for audiologic testing.It came on a palette and with a friend’s help, we moved it from the palette to my clinic space. Everything thing from working with Jill over the phone and multiple emails exchanged, to delivery was EXCEPTIONAL! Hello, my name is Garrett Smith, Owner / Music Director for IMI. A bit of background info about myself: I have a Bachelors in guitar performance from Berklee College of Music, and a Masters in Music Education from Boston University.Ive recorded guitar tracks in WhisperRoom isolation booths multiple times. They are bad to the bone for multiple reasons. 1st, there is zero audible bleed from outside sources. Put a condenser mic inside the booth and you will not hear anything from outside the booth (e.g. talking, traffic if you live near a road, etc.). 2nd, your neighbors wont hear a thing during recording. For Instance, I remember recording guitar tracks for a singer / songwriter who lived in a duplex (in a neighborhood outside of Boston, MA). We put a Mesa Boogie Mark IV 100 watt amp with 4, 12 speaker cabinet in this WhisperRoom isolation booth and cranked it! Nobody (including the neighbors sharing the living space, or next door neighbor / across the street, etc.) complained about recording during the early morning hrs, we pushed the limits. This recording process went on for about a week.Every home studio needs a WhisperRoom isolation booth, hands down. Ive witness raw recorded tracks of vocals, horns, reed instruments, strings, you name it, recorded from these booths ready for editing in the truest rawest forms with zero bleed through from outside sources. Im at a situation to were my companys revenue is able to offer recording opportunities for my students, and I cant think of any better option other than WhisperRoom isolation booth. From my experience. Ive recorded in these booths and help with the construction of these booths. It is an exciting process to construct these booths (youll need 2 people to successfully put it together). The booth is delivered in a professional / secured demeanor, which is what you should except with such an important article added to your studio / home studio.If youre serious about recording music, get one. Youll negate having to pay endless dollars on recording costs.

We purchased a WhisperRoom for our librarys MakerSpace. The MakerSpace is an open-access creative lab for our community, and our patrons have loved having access to a high-quality recording booth. Patrons have used it to record auditions, record music, and make podcasts. The WhisperRoom has been great addition to our space, and allows patrons to record audio free from outside noise, as well as keeping our library quiet. The folks at WhisperRoom were great to work with as well. They were helpful in the ordering process, made things easy, and answered all our questions.
