This place doesnt know which way its going. I dropped my truck off at 11a.m. and never received a call. They close at 3p.m. after waiting hours Im told they cant even do what I wanted which was a simple muffler change with the 2 exhaust tips coming out the back at a angle. Definitely will find a professional shop.

Took my old truck here to get an exhaust put on, lots of friends recommended them and they did not disappoint, my truck sounds great the price was way less than I anticipated. I will definitely be a repeat customer

Never thought quick-O would be like this but guess I was wrong. I pulled up to Quick-O today to get a muffler, I walk in and check in with Robert and inform him I need a muffler and even let him hear my car running. He tells me as soon as he gets a car off the machine he will look at mine. Well a car is finished up and nobody comes to get my car, other people are pulling up and they just start pulling other people cars in to be serviced! I had been sitting there for 30 minutes now, then Robert comes to me car asking me what I need. I tell him I’ve been waiting to get a muffler. He proceeds to tell me I’m suppose to check in in the office. I tell him I did! I talked to him and he said he would look at my car! He tells me oh his brain been everywhere for 2 days and even after that he walks off and instead of looking at my car they proceed to start working on other vehicles that came after me! Very unprofessional, time wasted, and super disappointing! I have always recommended Quick-O to folks but never again.

My brother in law recommend Quick-O, he has had several of his cars worked on there. Gave them a try this morning. Robert is GREAT! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He is very fair and their work is top notch. They got my challenger fixed up and sounds great! I will be back once I finish my other project.

Excellent people and very fair and reasonable. Had to wait as 2 people were before me. However once my turn came, they were very fast and efficient and repairs done in less than an hour. The cost charged was also very reasonable and almost half of quotes given by some competitive vendors.

Walked in a couple weeks ago to get a pipe replaced on my Saturn. Nice girl in the office wrote down my issue and said I would be helped. Waited 90 minutes in the super hot waiting area (with black drapes) and finally got tired of being ignored. So, I left and went home to patch the pipe myself. Maybe Ill go back when the patch gives way. 🙄

Great place for custom or standard exhaust systems or parts

Dropped my car off 3 times they done nothing to it and consistently gave me the run around instead of telling me they didn’t know how to fix my car. Cost me a lot of time and money and further damage to my vehicle taking it there. Their specialty should be can fix only the cars without air suspension. Very unsatisfactory and aggravating. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star but i had to give something.

Went in to get my car looked at because a coworker recommend me to this place. Talked to the lady at the front and she put my car on the list. When I go to get a car worked on I never expect to be in and out quickly, so I was prepared to wait and they looked busy. No big deal. I figured I would wait there and about 30 minutes or so, they would take a quick look at my car to see what needed to be done. I waited for an hour. Nobody checked in on me. Nobody even acknowledged I was there. A quick Hey have you been helped or no worries well be getting to you next or theres this many cars ahead of you would have sufficed as decent customer service. The owner came in to check and see whose vehicle was next I looked up at him and he immediately looked away from me, maybe that wasnt intentional but I just did not feel welcome there at all. He talked to others in the shop and it just seemed like you had to be part of the good ol boy club in order to get helped. Just terrible customer service, so bad that I just ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I went to kar kare and wow Im glad I did they were excellent and had me in and out. To sum it up the person that recommended me this place said they did excellent work and Im sure they do but their customer service was so bad that it ran me out of there before I could find out.

This place is awesome. They are honest and work very quickly on the repair. I have used them for over a decade on maintenance on over 4 cars. They never fail to do the job right. I just recently did a manifold converter on my Jeep and it was no problem for them. Got it back within half a day. If you are looking for a good repair shop then this is it. They are also open on the weekends so that is a plus. I would recommend getting there early because they fill up pretty quickly which is expected from the quality of work they provide.

Recommended by my next door neighbor. Got a quick and very reasonable quote on the phone. One shop quoted $2,000 to replace the exhaust pipe assembly on my Toyota MR2. Other option was a $500 aftermarket assembly. Quick O Muffler cut and welded replacement flex pipes for just $200 – an operation that, according to MR2 websites, many muffler shops won’t attempt.Arrived less than 2 hours before closing time and expected to have to come back the next day but they finished while we waited.Asked some questions and was not bullshitted.Highly recommended. Reward them with your business.

This shop did an awesome job on my Volkswagen! German cars are so expensive to maintain even for simple brakes and rotors. They scheduled me into their busy day and had me back on the road with safe brakes and rotors! I always recommend them to anyone I hear that needs work done on their vehicles.

These guys are awsome. I took my car to kar kare the other day and they tryed real hard to rip me off. My car was making a terrible noise and come to find out there were a couple rocks stuck in the under carriage that were causing it. Took two minutes to figure out and left there with no noise and not having to replace converter like kar kare said I would have to do. This company is super honest . I would recommend taking your vehicle here isf you need any muffler work done. Thank you guys for being real and honest.
