Shop owner was nice and knowledgeable. (Her shop assistant is also very friendly and adorable!) She has a great selection of beads, in lots of colors, shapes, and sizes. I look forward to my next visit :)

A lovely shop! I took a class here before the virus, peyote beading. It was a great experience and affordable to do so. I adore the shop cat too. The selection they have as well as expertise advice makes a trip here pure delight. Even if you dont bead, they have some beautiful finished pieces for sale too. Or just walk around and look at all the beautiful colors, sizes and shapes.

I love this shop!! I have been shopping and attending classes at White Fox for approximately 3 years or so. The expansive selection of materials, the willingness to assist you, the knowledge Gail and her staff have is amazing. She even has a resident cat, Gypsy, who loves to be petted and loved on who is willing to help as well. She is very open for business and applies all the COVID-19 precautions to keep her customers safe while shopping. I highly recommend White Fox and Gail and we need to keep all the small local businesses open during this time.

This shop is THE BEST place in East Tennessee to shop for beads and jewelry-making supplies. I feel like a kid in a candy store whenever I go in. Their prices are reasonable, and the selection is dazzling. And the owner and staff are so friendly and helpful. Can’t forget Gypsy, their shop kitty!

Traveled over an hour to find beads for a knitted shawl. Staff was friendly and helpful. I couldnt decide on a color and they opened up each color and put them on the yarn that I brought with me to match. What a difference that made. I would definitely return and would be interested in taking beading classes.

Great stock selection of a wide variety of beads, chain and other materials. Terrific place to work on your project and meet new people.

My mom took me to make a necklace for my birthday. I had the best experience! The owner walked around and helped me pick out beads and gave me feedback on what worked well together. She even helped me learn the techniques to put my necklace together. She didnt charge me any extra for her to spend one-on-one time teaching me how to use the tools and wires. I am a professional artist and have my degree in teaching. She has all the qualities of a wonderful teacher; patient, passionate, and very knowledgeable! What a wonderful way to spend my birthday! In a word: Amazing! The ladies here are extremely helpful. I am not an avid beader and my knowledge is minimal at best, but I decided I wanted to hand bead my wedding dress and veil. I have been to the store no less than four times in two weeks with questions and requests. Each time I have been helped quickly and graciously. When I couldnt find exactly what I envisioned, I explained it to them and they found me the perfect product! In addition, they saved me money by suggesting a different option/brand that looks just as good! I cant say enough about this shop and its fabulous staff!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Make sure to plan a chunk of time to explore all of the corners! I see something new I didnt see before every time I go. Everyone working there also makes jewelry so they are always helpful if you get stuck. Informative classes as well. Open beading social on Fridays is a chance to hang out with other creative people. Overall its a great community feeling. This is one of my favorite places to shop.

This is a wonderful place for beads and classes. Everyone here is super nice. They have good quality beads, soutache, cord, Swarovski rivolis, and so much more. And Gypsy the store cat is just an amazing little helper. Prices are comparable to many of the big box craft stores but they carry much better quality items.
