Dont go there if you cant arrive on time, regardless of the reason. They wont work you in. I will not ever take another load to them. Lot is small but getting to the dock is manageable.

Quick unloading. First went to shipping, was sent around the side of the building to receiving. Then send back to shipping to unload. But once started it was a quick unload.

Well as of 7/22/2021 I was told they only go by appointments now. I was an hour late. So don’t miss your appointment time. Because even though there was a dock available when I got there. They will take a driver who is three hours early for their appointment and tell you to reschedule.

Turn onto Miller Main Circle you’ll see a sign that says Renaissance Business Center . Then you’ll see a sign that says receiving. Small place I arrived about 45 minutes b4 my appointment and had to wait on a dock to open. No overnight parking even tho I did see on truck parked behind some businesses.

Somewhat easy to back depending on which door you get. The workers are friendly and fast.

Ok just make sure you follow your GPS. Very tight turn. They don’t have overnight parking but if you came early you can squeeze your truck somewhere. I’ve been there at night along with 5 other trucks!

Exit#383, head south on Papermill, immediately grab left lane to T/L @ next lite onto Northshore, 1 mile, T/R @ lite onto Baum, 1 mile, T/R @ big Cherokee Dist. sign, follow receiving signs to rear, gate opens @ 0430, proceed thru gate, bear left, nose-in park & walk to receiving door by docks, pleasant & quick👍

Let me tell you about this place man, I was about a hour and a half late for my appt at 4am got here at 530 unloaded me in about 20 min! This place is great to deliver too.

Very easy to back in ..got here at 8am .appointment was 930am ..took me early and unloaded before 930am ..

Very nice people it appears there’s parking if you have to wait for a break… Use the GPS coordinates to get to receiving (35.9276571, -84.0097566)... you can deliver at 5 AM my appointment was at 10:30 they got me in early and I was out quick

Slow slow slow.Only truck in the door and 1 1/2 hours to unload.

This is a great place to drop off or pick up and the people that work here are a pleasure to deal with! Not only are they fun to hang out with but they get you loaded up really really quickly!

It doesnt take them very long to unload. The route is tight before you get here.

Please look for signs when coming in. GreatService. Got door easy to bacc in. Follow white line with outside trlr tire. Come on time. I came an hour early.

Cranky old man marked me as missed appointment because he late. They start receiving at 4am supposed but didnt open until 4:30... If you hear a car alarm going off, its their so called horn letting you theyre open. Unload was quick.

My husband works here and they are amazing to him. Very kind and respectful to their employees.

They have the worst customer service out of any distribution company I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been in retail for 15+ years. They’re consistently out of product both routine and special order and will go out of their way to not give credit for a perishable item. Avoid dealing with them by any means Neccesary .

Location is a bit squirrelly and things a bit tight but people nice and quick in and out.

OTR drivers, receiving is on the west side of the building. Plenty of room to maneuver. Folks are pretty nice here
