Bookstore is always helpful

The book for my class was out of stock until 3 and a half weeks into the semester. My class is only 10 weeks so I missed over 30% of my assignments. Rarely does anyone answer the phone, and then youll walk in to find 3-4 employees standing around chatting. Wildly unorganized.Edit: 1 year later and theyve done it again. Sold me an online code for a book that they had already sold to someone else. The code did not work and I was told I couldnt be issued a refund until the issue was resolved. This was also the last issue of the book so now Ive missed another week waiting for stock. Im finally here to get the book and Ive waited 30 minutes for the manager to bring me an envelope. I really wish zero stars was an option.

Not the best, but not the worst either. The staff are usually pretty helpful.

This post is not a reflection of the people trying to assist me but a direct reflection on how terrible PSTCCs system is. I ordered my books online along with some school supplies for math and engineering classes. Confirmation email on both orders I placed “item is ready for pickup” I headed down to the main campus to get them because that’s where I had them shipped to. Stood in a huge line for longer than necessary only to be told it wasn’t necessary for online orders.Cashier gets my first order but can’t find my second order, the most important, my books.They search their database and said it’s coming from another bookstore at another campus.. well whatever I left. As soon as I turned onto Hardin valley road they called me back and said “the truck just arrived with your order.” Take it as you see it but I didn’t pass any vehicles on my way out.. it’s awful ironic that it just arrived with my order. Non-the-less their system is ridiculous

College bookstore so not very low prices. Staff is very knowledgable about what books are required for what classes. Get there early during the start of the semester because the lines are horrible.
