A few years ago, I didn’t know much about the 5.11 brand. I drove by it a few times and finally decided to stop in. I was greeted by friendly employees and an awesome manager, Ryan. He educated me on any product I asked about. I ended up getting a backpack, range bag, and some accessories. I got the patch of the month for spending over $125. Now I am addicted to patches. I love the brand and what it stands for. I also love how knowledgeable each employee is at this location. Even if I’m not buying anything, I’ll stop by from time to time to shoot the s**t with the guys. The quality of their products is also amazing. The lifetime warranty is worth the premium you pay. I have personally used it on a pair of shorts, no questions asked.

Great place indeed. Been shopping 5.11 for years now. And when this store opened in 2020 I have taken and went there every month. Highest quality of clothing and gear for any duty or every day occasion. Great service and people.

Had no idea you had a store in Knoxville. Great shopping experience. Staff was excellent and knowledgeable. Daughter enjoyed the ring toss game while we waited.

This was the first time I have ever been into a 5.11 store and Ill have to say the selection was AWESOME. I couldnt believe how much stuff they had. Even odd size pants that are hard to find. They even had some medical stuff from North American Rescue which I was so happy to see. Customer service was outstanding. Ill be back. Really great experience.

First time shopping at 5.11. My partner and I are super into tactical gear and they had absolutely everything we were looking for and for a great price! The men here were extremely helpful but were never hovering. Before we knew it we had spent 2+ hours in there enjoying everything 5.11 had to offer! We went home with some awesome deals and items we know well have forever. Five out of Five from us! Great company to give your business to!! Employees really care about the customers and have genuine personal interest of tactical items.

John was the BEST! Ton of knowledge about everything! Started build a plate carrier set up and he was so helpful, even sized my carrier for me and explained a ton! Will definitely be back, so happy with the whole experience there. You guys rock!

The ABR Pro pants ate not a joke. Sturdy as hell, sweet price, flexible and good-looking. Will be going back to this company.

This was the great store I have ever shopped at. The customer service was excellent. We was greeted when we walked in the door. The knowledge of the staff on all the products was outstanding. Nice to visit brick and mortar store. Generally buy on line. Now branded as tactical sometimes overlooked for original designs for rock climbing and hiking. Superior line of pants for hiking and outdoor work. Nice store with great selection of sizes.

I can’t express how well the customer service was for me today. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and treated very well by the very knowledgeable employees. The service to myself and surrounding customers make me want to come back and shop again. Thank you 5.11!

The staff here are on point. They helped me with finding what I needed, and were accommodating. They offered the fastest option available, and where understand when I asked for help.On top of that, I observed staff taking care of other customers, taking the time to ensure that things were well taken care of in the shop, cleaned and orderly. All in all, I was impressed. I will return.

1st time there yesterday. Limited number of people allowed in the store at one time for right now. Will give a give 5 star once we go back to make a purchase and everything goes good like I think it will customer service wise. Nice layout, quality products, clean and inviting atmosphere. Customer service! These guys know what it takes. I had a bag that was 12 years old from an early 511 purchase.The wheel had broken on a recent trip. This company stood behind the product. They gave me excellent service and a quality product in its place. Thats why I am comfortable paying extra for quality up front. Thank you, 511, for this and I will be back.

It was my first visit and the gentleman greeted us as we entered the store and was very friendly. Lots of cool stuff in there for sure. Its a store Ill definitely be revisiting in the future Im sure 👍

Good selection. My husband got some nice outfits for work and I saw a couple of things that the rest of my family would like. Very friendly staff and clean. Store. Little on the pricey side but worth it.

If I could put less than one star I would. I purchased tactical boots here for $150. They didnt work out so I went the store to return these where John told me he couldnt help me. I then left the store and was sitting in the parking lot calling 5.11 and then calling my bank to see if they can help and 5.11 called the police on me for sitting in my car in the parking lot. This was unprofessional and made me feel unsafe. Thanks 5.11, Ill never be shopping with you again.

New store in Knoxville, TN. Went in just to look around and I was able to find everything with ease. Great selection of clothing and accessories. Staff was knowledgeable about the products. Customer service was outstanding. I would rather go here than any other place for 5.11 gear. They are a welcomed addition to the Knoxville area.

Call ahead first, I drove out from Townsend (45 mins) to buy some new boots and a couple pairs of hiking pants unfortunately they are not open to the public right now only first responders. Store looked cool and I would have liked to have spent some money there but oh well. A quick trip to Academy sports I was able to buy what I needed and it cost less.

Just went there on 01/18/2020, selection of apparel was awesome even though there were a lot of people attending their Grand Opening. Found my wife an great wet weather jacket and got myself two pairs of slacks and a great flashlight and with 20% off all purchases it was a no brainier. Thanks to the staff for being helpful and informative, great people and service. Plan on being there again soon.

I visited 5.11 today around 2 oclock. I was looking to get some new footwear. The gentlemen that greeted me was very helpful with answering my questions about the different boots. There was no pressure to buy and I felt like I learned a thing or two about 5.11 boots. I told him I would think about what I wanted and left the store. Later today, I decided to get a pair of boots, but I would not get to the store until 10 minutes before close. I called and asked if that would be a problem. The gentlemen informed me that as long as I got there before 6 there wouldnt be any issues. I arrived at precisely 5:50 p.m. To my surprise the store was packed. I quickly made my way to the boot section of the store to try on the boots that I wanted. The pair I tried on were a bit snug and a little uncomfortable. By the time I was about to give up, the gentlemen greeted me again and asked if I found everything okay. I told him the boots I tried on were a bit snug and uncomfortable. He then picked up the box and said you have the regular fit, you may need the wide. So he quickly look for the wide pair in his inventory. Brought them to me. I tried them on. Perfect fit! I bought them and wore them out of the store to not hold the gentlemen up from closing no more then I had to. The gentlemen was very professional and helped me with my boots! I definitely recommend this store for all your tatical gear needs! Thanks 5.11 and the gentlemen that helped me!

My husband was in desperate need of some work boots. So I stopped in and asked if they had a pair he found online. Ryan helped me check to see if they had his size. He couldnt find any on the shelf but they had just gotten a shipment in that had a pair in his size but he had to find them. He took my phone number and said he would call when he found them. He stayed at work until he found them and then he personally delivered them to me all the way in Dandridge. I have never been to a store that is this nice and would do something like that. My husband and I are so impressed and very thankful for Ryan!

5.11 love the quality of the clothing. Pricey but Worth it.

Opening day crowded. Talked with an employee and they will not be carrying the professional line aka police gear, duty gear, etc. This is for the weekend warrior type that like the tacticool clothes at a range. I will go again after the grand opening rush and take another look.

Super clean and in order.... product very reputable....but very expressive...no doubt worth the money....but we have three kids....inlaws.... grandbabies...and a son recovering from cancer....I am very Greatful....just low on cash....

Dont expect them to order what they say they will. I ordered two pair of pants they dont carry in the store opening weekend. Two weeks later theyre not here. It doesnt take that long. They were never ordered.
