I have used them twice now on different vehicles. They did exhaust work on both, very good quality work, and even stayed past closing time to finish my truck. The employees are friendly and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to other people.

Took my Ford F350 in to have a complete exhaust system installed. Dropped it off right before closing so they would have it first thing the next day. They did the install and was ready that afternoon. It sounds great and I highly recommend them for all your exhaust needs.

I have been to this business 6 times for the same issue and each time they said certain services were going to be done were not. Have a warranty on part replaced but problem was not fixed. Every time I went back I waited for hours when told I’ll be first customer then the part that was to be replaced was not but told it was. There was a woman there one day (not sure if she works there or not but always there) was out in the bay area cussing up a storm to one of the mechanics while there were customers standing around watching this display of unprofessionalism. Never once did I get to talk to the owner. My check engine light still comes on for the same issue and I am afraid to go there and only get work done professionally when my husband or son show up with me who have to take a day off to stand and babysit and watch they do the work. I was told by my mechanic to put up a bad review with you as they know the situation that I’ve been dealing with and didn’t really want to shell out more money to have them fix the problem when I have a warranty on the parts that are already there.

Mighty Muffler, Best price and Service in the area! I am a repeat customer of Mighty Muffler! I had exhaust issues when out if town on a trip. I stopped at a local muffler shop in the city I was visiting. The estimate was a little over $750. Pushed for time i was not able to have it done there. Once I arrived home in Loudon, Co, Tn., I got a local estimate on repair, It was $1100! I happened to remember Mighty Muffler on Western Ave. In Knoxville. It had been at least two years since I had another vehicle repaired there. I stopped for an estimate and repair today. The estimate was $545. About half of one estimate and $200 less than another. No brainer on who was going to do the work! They were knowledgeable on what was needed and repair person was able to do the work in a.professional manner. Mighty Muffler is a locally family owned business. I prefer to support local family own establishments. Due to their reputation, they are extremely busy and an appointment is suggested. If you need service on Brakes, exhaust, or other mechanical service, take a trip to Mighty Muffler!

Took my truck there and they were going to charge me $1400 for both motor mounts & transmission mount & 3 ball joints & upper & lower control arms & my husband & nephew struggled for 4 hours to get one motor mount out & my truck didnt need any of the mounts. They were going to rip me off. All i needed was a universal joint. Always had good service there But i will NEVER go there again

Stay as far away from this place as you can. They had my car 2 weeks .i paid cash to the high side of their estimate.i drove my car in and had to have it towed to another shop. Two days later I was driving it. They lie constantly.they didnt finish the job and broke things in the process. Not offering any of my money back of course.

Went in to get a quote for my 05 Silverado. I am doing a completely custom exhaust setup with true dual and an H pipe. When I told him he said “the H pipe will do nothing for you because your pipes are too close together you need to do an X pipe” I have prior experience in the industry and know very well that is a lie, that is a common thing to say among exhaust shops as most of the time you have to custom make an H pipe which is more time and money. X pipes are commercially made and much easier to install, which I assume has higher profits as well. But the sound characteristics between the two are drastically different and makes a big difference in the overall sound profile. H pipe is deeper and more controlled, x pipe is higher pitched and raspier, so I would not have been happy at all with an x pipe. And that happens quite often to inexperienced buyers. Now I don’t have a problem with them not wanting to do the work, but do not lie to me and have me pay a good amount of money for something that I will not be happy with. Good thing I know this and was not scammed out of my hard earned money, I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

These guys are my new heroes! Saved me about 600 bucks compared to the other place I went to first. They are honest, fair, quick, cheap, and good from what I have experienced. Usually you get two of the three ( Quick, cheap, Good). Very impressed with Mighty Muffler, and I will be back for my next car service.

They did custom exhaust on my wifes 2017 Ram. Two years later and its still sounds great. Fast, efficient, and good price. On my way this week with my 68 Dodge truck.

I am only giving ONE star because it isnt an option to give zero stars. My husband went to this muffler shop on 3 separate occasions to repair a detached muffler, only to find each time that the issue was unresolved. Finally he went to a different muffler shop in Fountain City where he was told that no repairs or new parts had been done to our muffler at all. This shop will take your money and fix absolutely nothing. I cannot recommend this muffler shop or the service they offer.

I was told 5 months ago that my car had an issue that was going to cost about 500-700, I stressed and worried for months! I called here and they quoted me 375 for the same issue. Finally with a reasonable price, I was able to save the money. I got to my appointment. They were super nice and fast service, checked my car out and was HONEST in telling me that wasnt even an issue at all! They fixed my car for 175 for the real issue! Mighty Muffler has been great and I will come to them for anything I can. Best prices in town and honest workers, which is hard to find in the mechanics world!!! Thanks again!!!

Quick kind and not expensive at all!

Extremely friendly and trustful people. I had my exhaust cut off to drop the shift box in my car and needed to have my exhaust welded back up. Without seeing the car I got a amazing offer to just unbolt the collector clamp. After looking at the car we decided to weld up the part on the car instead. For the price for the work I was given I am very very grateful. I will be back and I will send my friends and family here.

I’ve had a lot of vehicles, and I try to do what I can at home. I don’t have a welder, torches, or decent skills with those tools, so I generally take my vehicle to someone when it comes to exhaust issues. Mighty Muffler was strongly recommended to me by my coworkers, so I gave them a try. Every time I have them work on my vehicles, I’m always rather impressed by the quality of the work and speed of service, not to mention all the employees are courteous and good at what they do. I’m having more work done next week, and I’ll continue to use them for exhaust work. I’m sure their work is top notch when it comes to brakes and other components they are able to work on. Highly recommended.

Got a custom exhaust put on my old Jeep. They got the sound and power i wanted. I liked how they advised me on the look of it. Also, they zip-tied the brake cables and rear light cables so the hot pipes wouldnt mess up the wiring. Lastly, they were timely and were able to get the job done in 3 hours, same day.These guys do an honest job and arent too bad on price. Id recommend and will bring my cars there in the future.

This family ruin business is amazing. I came to them with multiple problems with my vw bug, and they had me good to go same day. The initial inspection was free, and the services were reasonably priced. Once they found the problems, I was walked out to my car and personally shown the issues. They were also able to recommend a good place for me to fix the issues they didnt service there. I cant see myself going anywhere else from now on. I highly recommend you go here. Theyll either fix your car up for you, or send you in the right direction.

Horrible service took car in for diagnostic they did a tune up on the car cost me $175 still couldn’t tell me the problem asked me to leave car so they could replace crank sensor next. They had my car for 3 days couldn’t tell me what actual problem was took car to another mechanic and was told same day the engine was bad. These people are crooks and just want to keep charging you more money for services not trying to find actual problem. Technicians don’t even test drive cars after they do repairs. Worst shop ever don’t waste your time or money with this place they do horrible business.

In and Out!!!!! Everybody was nice. I was waiting and they called and and said you need both rear and front brakes replaced and I told them I can only do one set and they didnt push back. Very understanding and I appreciate that so Im going back next week so they can do the rear brakes.

Mighty Muffler was incredibly nice, the staff were friendly and the service was lightning quick.One tech welded my kickstand back onto my 50cc scooter and It can stand up on its own now!I will definitely take all of my more serious exhaust work there, and I plan on having my personal van done there as well.

Went in for a full replacement of exhaust from the catback. Resonator, hangars, and muffler. Got a free estimate and came back. They did it all in under an hour with friendly service and a walkthrough of what was needed. Will return in the future.

Do Not recommend. Took in and paid over $300 for catalytic converter repair to have car never run right and now say need to pay possibly $75-$100 times 4 to replace oxygen sensors. Stay away!
