10/10. This place is quick and easy.They have fixed my phone twice now.First time they warned me that it might not be possible because of how it was cracked. Came back 45 minutes later to a fixed screen.Recently got the same phone fixed again.Another 45 minutes later and a Starbucks drink down they had it looking brand new.

Had my screen go out on vacation. Called to see if it was in stock. Got the last one.Fantastic service, fast, honest. Great job

My iPhone SE had a broken screen. They said they can easily fix it. When I came back to pick up my phone, my phone became heavier. I first asked why and they said they dont know. Then I asked again if theres something different because I could feel the difference with the screen and they went oh yeah we dont have the SE screen so instead we used an iPhone 8 screen. I find this unprofessional and poor quality. They couldve emailed me warning me about the difference but instead they went ahead and used an iPhone 8 screen (which I wish they didnt do and warned me instead) and now my screen is weird. If I had known I wouldve brought my phone to the Apple Store even though it cost more but at least they wouldve fixed it 100% and I wouldve been happier. Now because of this I plan to get a new phone. Thanks CPR.EDIT (Reply): Nice gaslight. I asked your worker why it was heavy, they first responded that it shouldnt be heavier, I still stood my ground and said that it still feels heavier then they responded back saying they used the iPhone 8 screen. This indicates that you have your workers trying to lie first instead of telling me what was really the cause. When I brought my phone in I wasnt informed that you will be replacing the screen with an iPhone 8 screen until it was already done and that you couldve ordered the OEM original screen (Which I wouldve wanted). You say the screens are the same, actually theyre not. The size and shape are identical, but that doesnt mean theyre the same screens. The weight is different. When my phone is turned off, theres a dark spot on my screen in the corner so therefore it wasnt 100% fixed. Simply bring it back, is a response that will lose you customers.

I came in for a new battery for my iPhone 7, 30 minutes later I was on my way! I was very impressed! I will definitely do business here again!

Although my experience was great and my phone was fixed in a timely matter I feel as though the parts they used we lower quality and my phone is far less sensitive as it used to be.

I took my computer here because it wouldn’t turn on and they were awesome help. Although they couldn’t fix my computer because it was a motherboard issue and they don’t do those repairs the staff was awesome. They got my computer a new battery but didn’t charge me for it because it wasn’t the issue. I would definitely go back there again.

He was just as friendly as he was professional, and he kept me up to date on how long my repairs would take. Got a gaming system u need worked on? The girl that works there is top notch. She really knows her stuff. I have 4 stars because I had to go back twice. The first thing a college kid worked on my note 10+ and needed up my s pen when changing screen. He couldnt fix it and I had to come back the next day and have the girl fix it. She is legit talented. I highly recommend this place, just make sure she works on your stuff. Or at least shes there to supervise. Lol, I knew something was up when I turned my phone.

I took my iPhone 6S in this morning to have my charging port cleaned out.Conner, with his special tool had it cleaned out in minutes. Some small debris wasn’t allowing the charging cable to fully seat into the port. Now my charging cable seats perfectly into the port and charges great again. Great service. Nice employees.

The employees at CPR were so helpful! I thought my laptop was broken but it was actually just the charger and they diagnosed the problem for free! They offered the right charger to me and also helped me pick out a case for my new phone. I would definitely recommend this place!

Chelcie at CPR on Cumberland Avenue was kind, knowledgeable and honest. She was quick to respond and very professional. Unlike most businesses today, a CPR employee (human) answers the phone. My repair cost was very reasonable. They were very quick with the repair. I was able to pick up my phone within hours of when they received the ordered part.

EDIT and UPDATE: Chelsea contacted me and fixed my phone within 30 min. They care about their customers and about delivering a superior product. The first screen was, in fact, defective and they were eager to fix immediately. I will definitely use their services again.Friendly staff but HORRIBLE quality screens. I brought my iPhone 10s max in for a screen repair. The screen that was put on, for 252$ with tax, is very poor quality.The screen is maybe 75% the normal brightness of the original and when it’s turned sideways the screen is purple. Also, the touch sensitivity is laggy when navigating anything.

Wasnt open during normal business hours. So I cant really expand on my experience there.

I just had an EXCELLENT experience here. A friend of mine works with Dwayne a lot and helped me get a phone from him two years ago. Its been great and performed wonderfully. But, it starting acting odd in the past week. I was afraid I would need a new phone. But I took it here, on my friends recommendation after she talked to Dwayne, and I got to meet Chelsie. She took my phone, diagnosed it and fixed it for me. Turns out, it was the charging port. She replaced it, and made sure that was the only problem. There was also a problem with the SIM card tray. She fixed that too. Most importantly, she took the time to explain everything to me and told me how to prevent problems with the charging port in the future. I walked out the door spending less than $100. I am THRILLED with CPR and I will ALWAYS deal with them for phones in the future.

They are extremely disrespectful and will go out of their way to show they do not support our men and women serving us on the front line. After witnessing an event happen at this store first hand, I will not be bringing my business here nor will I be recommending it to anyone looking. I am very disappointed to see people act like this towards anyone, especially towards people who are risking their lives for us.

Explained what was happening in my phone in a clear and understandable manner, even demonstrating with an example phone. Did the work promptly and quickly. Friendly, honest, helpful. I never felt confused or taken advantage of. When the power button stopped working again after the first time they worked on it, they explained why and didnt charge for labor the second time (even though it was a slightly different issue). They are serious about customer satisfaction.

The staff was very kind the two times I have been in the store. I went today because the last month my phone charger wouldnt stay plugged in. I went to the store thinking I would need a new charging port. He looked at it grabbed a small tool cleaning all the lint out and said I am good to go. He wouldnt take any money for it either. I will happily go back for any other phone repair needs I have! I would recommend this store to anyone!

As of now, Im only giving one star. I brought my phone in this past Wednesday for a repair and was told it would be done that Friday. Well, it wasnt until I had to call that Friday and they informed me that the part was not coming in and it wouldnt be in until Monday. I call Monday(today at this point) and am told it would be done by 5 pm. Never received a call back if it were finished or not. Not for nothing, but I wouldnt advertise having a 24-48 hour turnaround for repairs when its been nearly a week.

Probably the best experience I had while fixing my phone.I was on a road trip from IL to FL and had very little time.My phone was giving me issues, and I was on my way to smoky mountains so we stopped Knoxville.I called the manager named Dewayne and he was exceptionally nice, and even offered to pick me up from the place where I parked my RV!He fixed my phone which had a lot of issues in less then an hour and charged only minimum!His staff was super friendly and fast as well and I was in and out in no time!Thank you Dewayne, I hope to see you again someday.Nathan

I went to CPR in Maryville about two weeks ago after purchasing a new iPhone from another supplier. The phone was great but had bad quality when speaking on the phone. I walked into there store explained my issue. They took my phone and it turned out the speaker was dirty. They cleaned the thing right up, and I have perfect clarity when talking. I would recommend them to anyone. In the future I will be doing my shopping with them for good refurbished items! Thanks.

Ive had great experience with the folks at CPR. They quickly replaced my shattered screen, and when I had another, they offered me an updated version of my phone for a better price than repairing mine. If you need a repair, theyre fast, fair and guaranteed.If you need a new device but dont want the carrier store nonsense, CPR is a far more reliable, trustworthy option than buying from a pawn shop or (gag) Craigslist.

I have done business with them three times now and each time the service AND repairs are excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful and reasonable. I priced the needed repairs with the cell service providers themselves also and there was no comparison! CPR is much more reasonable and does BETTER work than the actual service providers without the hassle of jumping through hoops or listening to a service provider telling me I need a brand new phone when I do not.

And then going on an absolute rant and attacking a reviewer regarding parking spaces while claiming to be protecting your business is unacceptable. I took a phone there because the charging port was loose. The young man took it in back was gone less than 5 minutes. It was fixed. There was dust and lint in the port. My daughters Galaxy SIII was having problems charging; some cable would not snap in place which I thought to be the charging port. They confirmed that is was indeed the charging port and replaced same at a reasonable price. Good work and customer service. If I need more cell phone repairs this is where I will and recommend to others.

It was an exceptional experience from the initial phone call to the complete end. I spoke to a wonderful lady that was very knowledgeable about the task. I was concerned about how long it would take for the repair. She assured me of the time, so I went on my lunch break. It took longer to get my food next door at Taco Bell than it took her to completely replace screen on my phone. I suggest if life happens, and it will. Take all your phone repairs to CPR.

Was on vacation here. My daughter dropped her phone again, right on the screen. We called dropped and the phone off . It was done in less than two hours and they called as soon as it was completed. The staff was extremely friendly. Even though there was a line behind us the nice guy at the counter took his time to explain the procedure. When we came back to get the phone in we were helped immediately. The technician came out promptly and helped us.

Ive utilized CPR at UTK twice within the last month and I have received very quality & courteous service. In regards to prices, you pay for what you get, and Ive gotten high quality repairs with very short turnaround times. I highly recommend CPR if you have any phone repairs that need to get done.

I went in with a broken iPhone 6s phone screen, which they fixed for $140, but left me with a broken front facing camera which costs the price of my whole phone, $600.They gave me a refund and pretended the front facing camera was my problem, even though they checked it at the time they took it from me to fix the screen.Dont go here. The phone stores in North Knoxville provide all of the same services for half the price. This place is convenient if you are close to campus, but the convenience just cost me all future snaps.Oh, but of course all this came with a painted on smile.

They just want your money, take their time saying they have to keep your console for a day and wont do free look at it like they say just guess whats wrong with it and wont tell you how long it will take. Didnt listen to the customer but rather pursue you to the spend the most money. Also remember they brag about being the only shop in Knoxville and rude behavior I wont tolerate. Use Google several more shops like yours near me. Note buy a new one for 50 bucks more rather then repair here. 👍

Amazing service! Stopped in tonight around 5:30pm as I had an incident with my iPhone 6s Plus where it got lost under a hood of a vehicle. I assumed I would need a new LCD and a screen. I spoke with Dylan, who assured me he could handle this issue. Before stating he did say he may be able to fix the screen issue to get my phone back to normal instead of replacing the entire thing, which in turn would save me approx. 90.00. I was all up for this idea. Voila! He was able to get my phone screen back to 99% of what it was.Dylan was respectful, exceptional professionalism and was absolutely incredible to deal with. Any more electronic issues in the future, Ill definately be recommending him and CPR! The best around!
