Great shoes at decent prices

Have always loved Journeys, the employees at this location though? meh.No one offered to help while my 5yo was trying on shoes I pulled from the shelf, an employee just stood next to us without saying anything. I turned to her and asked for a size, she gave me a blank stare, took the shoe, and without saying anything, went to the back. Came back, gave me the shoes, still no words. I asked her if the shoes came in half sizes, she shook her head no. Seriously wondered if that employee was mute.At that point, I really wanted to walk out but the kid was excited about the shoes. Got up, walked to the counter- and said employee was chatting it up with another employee behind the counter. They were having a conversation about their showering habits right in front of me. I just sighed and paid.As much as I like this store, will not be returning to this location again.

The store didnt have the shoes I wanted in the color I wanted. They offered to order them and have them shipped to my house free of charge. This worked out great considering I live 65 miles away. When the box arrived, to my disappointment the shoes were not the color that I wanted. The store clerks fix to this problem was for me to drive 65 miles to return the incorrectly colored shoes and order them again.

This was a great shopping experience! Though the mall and store was super packed on 11-22-18 at 6pm I was still helped out and was trying on shoes I ended up buying in under 10 mins. Great job team. I got the Bucktown Adidas skate shoes made from hemp 🌲🌳🌴✌🏻. Such a good deal, under $80 is always a cop for me. Looked online and Journeys is the only place online to buy them. Not even solid on Stock X. Got some unique sneakers 👟 for a steal. Shout out to the guy who I challenged to find some pairs of pizza 🍕 socks 🧦for me when he saw mine and said they had loads of pizza socks 😂. Sorry I didn’t actually buy they ones you found, which were dope, I did end up spending too much on my two sneaker pickups. Though I will remember that and will definitely be back, so keep some fresh deadstock sneakers for me. Size 11 and 10.5 in Converse. Keep up the great work guys and girls 🤙🏻💸👟👟👟💵💵💵😁

This journeys is great its way bigger than the Maryville store in Maryville storage great too but this ones this way bigger you can catch great deals here to sometimes you take the kids there get them some good stuff too sure staff is really friendly theyre there to help check them out
