Compared to Sams Costco seems to have better quality goods. Their check-out system is much better streamlined. First time I went was on a Saturday and it was very busy as expected. Next time I went was a Thursday morning and it was still pretty busy but not weekend busy levels. I think there were several retirement homes in the area that experienced a jailbreak that Thursday, and all the mobile seniors went to Costco.

I was supposed to receive a 60.00 gift card when I signed up for a membership because I upgraded to a gold membership. That was in January 2021 and I have yet to receive it. I have contacted corporate and the location nearest me only to be told every excuse you can think of. Funny I get correspondence in the mail weely and almost daily emails but they cant seem to get that card in the mail ?? I definitely will not renew my membership and personally believe I was just lied to. Costco is a scam.

Even with a busy location the staff is out standing. Store is maintained very well. Self check and self order from the food court is great. Many times staff scan items in the cart at self checkout which is a service.

I love Costco we moved from NJ to Tennessee I was very disappointed that they were no where near us it’s sad that they decide that they won’t build because of demographics we live near Morristown TN there are no sams clubs or BJ even close. I think they would do well because the closest one is in Knoxville over an hour away from us maybe they should rethink it because our area is growing

I love Costco!! I have been a member since they opened. I bought an expensive (900.00) item several months ago. Had to return it because it quit working. Did not have the box or receipt. I was nervous as I was standing in line. They gave me my money back without question. No problem!! So happy. I just purchased a vacation through Costco and am very excited to try their travel out. Friendly staff. Easy to navigate aisles. Certain parts likely need to be rethought out for better flow but all in all for a bulk warehouse, a good place.

Difficult to shop here. Theres no easy way to navigate, and several items are just laid about as demo stations. Luckily, most of the staff are decently knowledgeable and helpful. They wont take you to the product, but most of the time they know where items are. Very busy, best to shop early in the morning, and Mon-Wed.

We use to live in Arlington, TX, Costco employees were much friendlier. The store had more organic products, the Knoxville store has a long wY to go

Crowded this afternoon! Most shelves were well-stocked. I cant believe Costco is already carrying candy and costumes for Halloween, though. Gee whiz, let me enjoy the rest of my summer! The year goes by too quickly as it is!

This Costco is a bit smaller than the Costco’s we have frequented in other states. It has a decent selection. The employees are very helpful & friendly.

Great service except jerk with the beard at the gas pumps. I have had and witnessed several insidences with him. Last one was ridiculous. He told me to turn my car off, which it was...i had the keys....i told him it was but that wasnt good enough. He crawled under the back of my car to look at my exhaust!!! What the actual F!!! Please deal with him!

We actually only purchased a car battery this last Sunday. Interstate Battery at a Costco price. Yes I had to put it in myself but I saved over $40.

Been shopping at Costco for many years.Enjoy everything about the place.Love the products offered and the variety of foods. One product in pharmacy is priced below $7.00 and chain drug store wants $99 for the exact same thing.Thats just one example. The cash back is great, and cant be beat any where else.Heres the rub...i hate to shop !!! LOL !

Love this location! Has some of the best selections compared to other Costcos Ive been to in other states and cities. They have a much bigger selection plus pretty quick gas lines. Love the bigger parking spots as well!

I just love me some Costco. I look to them for the staples like toilet paper (30 rolls for $16.49), paper towels (12 rolls for $14.79), and boted water (40 bottles for $2.99) - seriously, a 40-bottle case of water for two ninety-nine! Dont even get me started on their Kirkland brand vodka (that to me tastes just like Absolute) .. 1.75 liters (thats the big boy) for $12.99...I mean come on lol.I can get in trouble with their seasonal and special-buy products like garden stuff, furniture, etc. Some of my favorite household items I get the most compliments on came from Costco. There arent many floor staff usually available but Ive never found a price not marked or any real reason to need them and when I have, its usually to ask if they have more of an item or for help with a large item etc. and all I have to do is go up front and they get someone to me super promptly. I havent explored their vision dept or automotive but will probably be doing that soon. Im told they have great tire prices. All in all it is WELL worth my membership dollars.

Switching from Sams club. After being a member for a year. Just seeing if its a better fit for us. Nice clean store. Friendly staff. Weve been use to BJs in the northeast. So it may take a few visits to figure out.

My daughter and I went there recently for each of us to purchase a simple $60 membership. The woman behind the desk immediately starting pushing the$120 deal with the 2% cash back, etc. She wouldnt shut up and she wouldnt listen when I continued to say I wanted a simple membership. It was a horrible experience and we left without joining.I have always heard excellent things about Costco but our experience was certainly not. I called a manager from the parking lot and all I got was a weak apology and Ill talk to her.. No offer to help in any way .

You never know what youre gonna leave with! I go in for half and half and come out with new living room furniture. You cant beat the deals! The store is clean and the employees seem to enjoy working there.

Another first time for me! I was a little confused as to which way to go to find something, but I hear thats to be expected as their incoming goods change regularly. Ok, no problem, makes sense. But get this...... THEY HAD NO TOILET PAPER FOR NORMAL HOUSEHOLD USE!!! WHHAAAAT?!?!? All they had was big packs of that one-ply stuff about 10 inches in diameter that go in public restrooms like at Walmart. Dont most people join these big club stores specifically for the lower prices on 317 rolls of toilet paper in one shot? I still had fun roaming around and even purchased a few things. Oh yeah!!! An all beef hot dog WITH a fountain drink? (You may want to sit down for this....) $1.50. Yeah, only $1.50~~ with drink refills! Nice to meet you, Costco!

Ok for big families that can afford better products. Avoid going on weekends is really crowded.

Good service always. Still observing Covid precautions, very thankful:) I completely privacy hedged my entire yard because of their fantastic tree prices. Same trees elsewhere are shorter and dry. Costcos are healthy and at least 6ft tall. Other stores would charge 75 to 100 each.Costco 29.99. Excellent meat cuts and produce too. Check it out!

Costco Optical:I went in as a walk in because my kids broke my glasses. Im a single mom of 3 and had to bring my kids (which is always stressful as they are very young) but the experience was great! It seems to be a family business which was great from the start! They played with my girls while I did the initial exam and everyone was extremely friendly! The optometrist (forgive me, Im terrible with names) was so kind and helpful. She was patient with my questions and helped me pick out what I hope is the right pair of contacts. I actually cant wait to go back! The only thing that would make it better would be if they had a pediatric ophthalmologist... But on that note, the optometrist did give me the name of a pediatric ophthalmologist that she spoke very highly of, so I am looking forward to having a place to start research!The over all experience was so amazing! I 100% will be returning regularly (as needed... ) and will definitely suggest them to anyone who asks! (And probably some who dont!)

They are well stocked,its a place were you can buy inbulk.its a place you would have fun shopping,and they get you out fast for the size of the store.

I had had enough of Sams and their bs so I went on a rainy day to Costco and signed up on the $60 membership. Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different memberships. I shopped nearly every department. I found the layout easy to navigate and the products easily accessible. However there were a few things they could work on: Signage. The prices arent always posted on item shelves and there are no signs/marquee telling you socks this way or dog food that way. Drinks: that store is huge and you can work up a mighty thirst walking through there. A drink machine or two would be fantastic. Aside from that, softlines looked great, every department was neat and tidy, and everything was well stocked. I found alot of what I was looking for!

Wonderful clean store. I wish they had a better way for the lines to check out,because your in line and people cut in at the far side didnt know that there is a huge line. Once you get up there to check there are very fast and nice.

They had everything we were looking for and a yummy pizza for dinner.

The staff are very helpful and the store stands behind everything they sell, so I am lot more comfortable purchasing things Im a bit uncertain about. If things dont work as expected, theyll take them back without a problem. The store has great values on everything from TVs to T-bones.

Food was great. Not a long wait considering it was Mothers Day. Chef wasnt entertaining at all.. The issue we had, was that we all ordered the lunch hibachi, when bill came was charged for dinner. When we asked was told no lunch specials, dinner all day. We had seen they were offering dinner all day, but no where did it state no lunch specials. Pretty slick to make more money on Mothers Day. Not happy with Wasabi.

The guys in the tire shop were wonderful, especially Austin. My husband and I were pulling our 5th wheel and traveling to Gatlinburg and we had a tire go bad. They were able to get it fixed so that we could continue our vacation. Thank you for your excellent service we greatly appreciated you.

Very disgusted. Spent $7. for a watermelon. Threw it all away because it was no good. SPONGY. Would not return my money. Had receipt.. Wanted me to bring it back. Whoever heard of such this day and time. It had done been picked up by the garbage. I was told people has to bring back everything that is bad even if its rotten.

First time ever at Costco! This place is fantastic. Ive been to Sams Club and they have NOTHING on Costco! The meat is better priced AND better looking, as well as tasting. They have wagyu beef which is hard to find anywhere around here. They have a larger selection of everything at a better price.

Very disappointing! We drive 90 miles to shop here only to find our favorite Kirkland brand items not in stock.

A spur of the moment trip, late on Saturday afternoon. Suggestion:. Give yourself a couple of hours to go through the store. WAY too much to look at! Even though we were there around closing time and everyone was checking out at the same time, the lines went quickly. Employees were very pleasant and helpful. I believe that the annual fee is well worth the price, if you go and purchase many of your grocery items there. If you only go once or twice a year, then maybe, not so much.

This Costco is pretty clean, standard, bathrooms are aged maybe 6/10 but really? It’s Costco. I really don’t know if you’ve been living under a rock if you’ve never been to a Costco. It’s like in every city over 10,000 people.

Overall fairly happy with this location. Like most warehouse stores, products change all the time. So if you find something you like, dont count on it being there the next time you come. Also have noticed a big difference in product selection from one location to another. I would like more consistency. The sad thing is that if they get in something that is really good and it sells out, many times they never get it again. It should be the opposite, if it sells quickly, get more.

Very good prices, did some online comparisons against Walmart and Amazon and saved a lot on some things. Store is clean and well organized. Staff are friendly.

I’ll give this Costco a five star review. The drive for me is much farther than going to Georgia’s Costco just across the border. (Could Costco open one more some where in the middle?) This Costco had more variety and an efficient checkout. Also for small orders, they have SELF-CHECKOUT!!! Genius for the folks who come In for milk, eggs and baby diapers!

We got our membership months after this store opened and love it! The service has always been exceptional, the store always clean, the staff always helpful, and the pharmacy has always been great with fair prices and prompt refills. I would give 5 stars but due to recent changes with the express checkouts changing to self checkouts like that of other stores I subtracted a star. I will not use the self checkout so now I stand in a long line to buy just a couple of items, not happy with the recent change.

I think they are prejudiced against handicapped persons. Not enough spaces or powered carts. When challenged, managements answer is always very busy or thats corporates call.How many are turned away or give up as they cant walk the distance Costcos size demands? Obviously Is Corporate incompetent or doesnt it care? Its the only one around.

I have been a member for years, and like many products that I can only purchase here. My daughter was treated very poorly by a member services associate and a manager last week, and my husband was treated rudely and aggressively by a store associate while shopping yesterday. This location doesnt seem to have good management and/or customer service training.

Dont buy the chicken!! Its cheap for a reason and is NOT safe! Costco continues to buy abused chickens given doses of growth hormones that cause organ failure, heart attacks, unnatural growth-causing many ailments that compromise the meat! Conditions in factory farms are rife with salmonella, listeria, COVID, avian flu, and others-virus in Russia jumped from chickens to humans-spanish flu others also from chickens! Workers are also abused-died from COVID-these facilities are FULL of risks-Costco refuses to adopt the Better Chicken Commitment-that will cause more food-borne illnesses, more risks of variants, more deaths to humans-not to mention that chickens are the most abused farmed animal and billions are killed every year in evil, violent ways! DONT support this and DONT shop at Costco until they higher standards and protect both chickens and humans!!

The staff was organized and they were expecting me, making for a very smooth and efficient purchase. Very happy with the customer service!

I really love the deals I find here. But I feel like the store layout lacks creativity and flow. Products are not necessarily grouped with similar products. This sometimes makes shopping for specific products a pain.

I went to Costco today with intentions of buying a membership and shopping while my sister filled an instacart order.. As I started to go into the store a male associate yelled at me because I didnt have a membership card...the one I was on my way in to get. He never asked if I wanted to get one, just assumed whatever and yelled at me to get out! What an aggressive way to handle potential customers! I have worked in retail for years and that has never been the way to provide good customer service. I definitely dont want that membership anymore.

We went on a Friday night and it was not busy at all. We were in and out in 45 minutes with no waiting in line. It was the best!

Went to this store with some friends. Due to having a severe breathing issue I can not limit my breathing by wearing a mask. We entered and not one person said anything. I would have not stayed if I was told I had to wear one. Shopped the whole store. Others also did not have masks on. All the way to the check out everything was a great experience. Got to the check out and right in front of everyone I was accosted by 2 employees. Totally embarrassing. They were so obvious about the whole thing. They would not let me check out. They made a big stink on and on. Ill never become a member. Ill never shop here again. Our state governor does not require masks. So why are these buisness still not allowing us to get back to normal. Give me a date. Or is this never going to end. I so disgusted.

We always make our weekly trip to Costco for supplies. They almost have everything we need. Parking, however can be a little bit of a challenge here.

Wow! This Costco Knows what theyre doing. Awesome Service! Just one hitch was Not being able to find the dog food which was apparently at the back wall. No need anyway, since home is 2,100 miles away. Really Enjoyed the Customer Service provided by Jeanine in the Food Court! Best smile and most amazing service throughout the store! No surprise there, considering that fact that Im sure through the years, she has probably worked in the food service or hospitality sector.The Gas station needs some improvement, but other than that, good Job Costco. Perhaps yall can take a trip to My neck of the woods and give My Costco some training! Bobette hasnt made much of a dent in the poor service experience I have on nearly EVERY VISIT!!
