They were not only significantly less expensive than other companies, their response time to calls is AMAZING, generally within 1 hour or less. Everyone from administration, to techs, to the owner have been wonderful and helpful. My business is very happy to have found them and I plan to use the for my own home!

Beware, Hurst Heating and Air does not stand behind their work. Called Hurst out due to my unit freezing up. A tech came out, said it needed Freon, he added some. Received a bill for $125.00. A few days later, unit froze again. Another tech came out. He says he needed to replace a part, but didn’t have one on his van, it would be Monday. Monday, another tech came out, and informed me the drain is clogged now, and unit needed more Freon. I received another bill for $195. 3 days later, unit froze AGAIN. Hurst sent ANOTHER tech out, and he was at my home for 10-15 minutes, discovered a Freon leak on the coil. Tech made the comment, “I’m not sure how the other 3 guys didn’t catch this.” Hurst called, and wanted over $1000 to replace the coil. After talking with the office, they decided they would delete the previous 2 invoices, and I would just have to pay for the parts and labor for the coil replacement. I received a 2nd opinion, and it is now replaced and warrantied our for 3 years for $600. Very unhappy with how things have been handled. I told the office I understood paying for the part, but not labor when this would be the 5th time someone would be out.

Excellent company! We’ve been in our home for almost 10 years with various companies coming to service our AC. Never have I received such great service. Honest and fast! I know who I’ll be calling from now on. Thank you Hurst heating and air you are wonderful!!

Excellent service. The crew worked hard all day to get the new unit installed. They answered all my questions as they explained every step. They went the extra mile by doing duct repairs in a difficult crawl space. I recommend them.

We have used Hurst and only Hurst for many years for maintenance and repair work on our H & A unit. Due to the quality of work they provide, and with minimal expense on our part, we were able to get 20+ years out of our unit. One of the things you can count on is that they dont try to upsale when you have a repair issue. If the problem can be corrected with a $20 part plus the service call, then thats exactly what is offered, and the repair sticks.We decided to replace the unit along with the duct work, and they are finishing up this morning. Dusty and Anthony have done a superior job. They have been prompt, professional, courteous and polite. They were patient and willing to answer any questions that I had - and I asked quite a few, lol. This is what you get with every person that works there. Jeff should be the standard that all service industry business owners model themselves after.To sum it all up - if you want prompt, reliable, and superior service from people who know what theyre doing, that stand by their work, and are affordable to top it off, then Hurst is the only place to call.

These folks are the best! We bought a new home and had them install a new thermostat. I had called some of the companies that advertise often on the radio, but neither of them would give me even a ballpark figure on cost. I had heard of Hurst through my employer so gave them a call. They told me on the phone straight up what the cost would be. And their cost is a Lot less than the popular competitors! This morning we woke up to no heat, but Hurst came to the rescue shortly after I called them and replaced a fuse that had gone bad. Great company to work with! I will recommend them to everyone! Gave me a timeframe with which work would be started (a week). after not calling or starting work, would not return calls. after longer than a month, i told them to forget it. never received an apology or offer to make anything right. serious waste of my time & huge source of aggravation. horrible! buyer beware.

What a great experience! From the lady I spoke with who scheduled them to come out, to the gentleman, Wessley, who repaired the unit—everyone was so nice and accommodating. They were backed up with customers with issues but said they would definitely come out tonight...working overtime. And, just as importantly, they are extremely trustworthy. I will definitely recommend them in the future to anyone who needs HVAC help.
