Huge selection of anything and everything you could imagine. Staff was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Prices were a little high, but that seems to be the norm for Adult stores.

It’s 8:55 and the store closes at 9. The doors are locked and the workers will not open them even though the sign says they are open. Also the store hours posted say they are open. So I would never recommend going somewhere that acts like this as a business. I get that it’s 5 minutes to close. But a quick stop in when I know what I’m getting would have taken less time than this post.

Extremely poor customer service.

I’m 24. I went in there just to LOOK at tobacco products. While I was standing there looking at the inventory the lady got up in my face and said in the most rude way possible “show me your ID.” I said “no thanks, I’m leaving when my friend is done looking around.” I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a place especially when I was planning to spend $200 if I could find pieces I liked. The place was smelly and skanky anyway.

The place is Clean, good variety, and reasonable prices, but what sets them apart is the staff. They are The BEST!!!!

Best adult novelty store my wife and I have ever been to.Went to buy a glass tobacco pipe. Two hours later we leave with pipe, legal lean*, sexy lingerie, and a few adult novelty toys. There was no hard selling hustler movesWide variety of of Vaping products and services.

I work at a local business with similar hours and therefore end up scheduling my visits either before they open or just as they are closing. They ALWAYS greet me at the door with a smile and never rush me. Not only do they answer all my questions, they are knowledgeable about EVERY product they sell. I wish more businesses treated their customers the way these folks do. I am sure I can be a pain with all my questions but, Fantasy World without a doubt is a great one stop shop with a great staff. It really is like a Toys R Us for adults...

We went to this store after the one we usually visit was a let down. Im very glad we did! They had a good selection of lingerie, massage accessories, toys and the kinkier stuff. Prices are great. Friendly, helpful staff. Excited to visit again.

If your gonna take the time to do these things in person, I absolutely promise you that this is the very very best place to visit first. They have better quality, better prices, theyre friendly, but my absolute favorite is theres all kinds of touchable displays and varieties you can actually touch, hold, and see. My wife and I went here the other night and we had an excellent time. The lady Jennifer that works there helped us with a few things and she was nice enough to explain everything to us. This is one of the best adult store Ive been to in Knoxville. They are a classier store compared to the other ones. They were nice, store was clean, and they were discreet about what we were looking for. I recommend this store over the others. This place Rocks! I lost all my stage gear going to a show and happened upon this place during the trip. When I explained that I had lost all my stage wardrobe for my show that night they helpful staff was quick to point me in the right direction. This place is too expensive its to the point of unfair, 20 grams for $19? come on. I can get a pound for 60 and a kilo for 90 and its just as good.... major RIP off but the kratom is pretty good.

Went in expecting to feel a little awkward and to find a minimal selection for men but the staff was very pleasant and helpful and I found way more than I expected. Left with something quite interesting and fun for my boyfriend. Ill definitely be going back and highly recommend this place.

Very large section and loved the little short red headed employee was very nice and helpful with what i need to get. I am not sure what the fuss about the kratom was, but it is def top notch. They always weigh my kratom and its always over by a couple grams. I love everyone who works here, they are fun to joke around with. The kratom has no fillers, which means you can take less and it lasts longer.

This store is by far the best store and one stop shop came in to one thing left with 4 things. Thanks Lisa for the laugh and help!
