Let go on my 3rd day because I was slow. I was tossed on the line with very little training and it was also my 3RD DAY so of course Im gonna be slow. Management also wasnt very good with communication skills. Was told that if I wanted to get off earlier then I could come in earlier and leave earlier. The shifts are Monday through Thursday with 10.5 hour shifts but the half hour is your lunch. Anyway its 7am to 5:30pm so I was told that if I wanted to come in at 5am I could get off at 3:30pm they told me it was optionial. Well that was told to me on thursday, So come monday I come in and they get onto me saying I was supposed to be there at 5am and they explained that it was NOW all of a sudden its mandatory to be in at 5am. I explained I was told it was optional and all the boss said to me was okay. He didnt speak to me at all for the remainder of the day. I was going super fast that day I thought cause I was doing WAY BETTER then the previous days. I had a nice flow going. I finished my shift was told see you tomorrow then I got home and got a call from my staffing agency saying that they ended my assignment because I was slow. The thing thay upsets me the most is that if you were gonna fire me then why didnt they just tell me and not send me home not knowing I was going to be let go.

For truck drivers I delivering 1palet it was 15min👍

Its an excellent source of work and good management

They dont let people go for no reason so idk what this other guy is talking about. This place is like a big family everyone helps everyone, your never talked down to like some places, theres room for growth, hours are steady, pay is great. I have nothing bad to say about hardcoat or management.

Let go for absolutely no reason. These people suck
