You might as well go to another store. I walked into this one and waited at the counter for a little. But no one would come up to help. There was one guy stocking the shelves but even when I spoke out to get their attention they seemed to not hear me. Second time Ive had some issues that are annoyances like this at this store. And its really unfortunate to one see how.... common this kind of stuff has become at places. I recommend other places or at least other locations. Cause I havent had any issues at other Autozones. Just this one.

I dont know if Ill ever go back there we walk in grab the stuff we need and walk up to the counter while the clerk was on the phone did not say a word to us just stood there talking about a battery witch he has no clue what he is talking about but we stood there for 20 minutes he was still on the phone finally another employee came from around back and asked if we needed help yeah we have been here for 20 minutes waiting while he was still on the phone and did not say a single thing to us horrible customer service.

My son got me an Auto Zone gift card about 3 years ago. I still have it because every time I go there for something they never have what I want in stock. I always end up going to O’Reilly who usually has the part. Save yourself time and drive past this place and go to O’Reilly by the Dollar Store.

I went in needing help with a blinker light bulb. I asked one of the workers if theyd come out and help me, they gladly came out to the parking lot and helped me replace all the lights that were out. Their help was above and beyond what I expected. Ill definitely go back for future automotive needs!

So I did!After the purchase I had difficulty putting them on so I went back in and David came out and helped me put them on in less than a minute!Thanks

I bought a set of wiper blades for my car back in November but unfortunately they were the wrong ones. I took them back finally in February sans receipt and with no questions asked they exchanged them for the correct ones. Very easy process. Will go there again.

The guy who helped us was surprisingly very helpful and informational. There was a deal on the oil and filters we needed which seems to happen often enough to make it worth it to change our own oil.

The stores are usually fairly decent but the customer service line is a joke. The in store price is also significantly higher than other online markets like Amazon. If you have prime like I do shipping is often free. The enormous difference in price makes a day or two wait well worth it.Might be a good time for the local box stores to step up the game to become competitive.

Had a gift card from Christmas which would not go through their system. Had to get an empty gift card, call the company, give them both card nos. So they could transfer the remaining amount on the new card.

Always great service. Bought a battery. They put it in. Got military discount.

They were pretty busy when I went in, but I was still greeted as I entered and asked if they could help. Had to wait in line for a few minutes after getting what I needed but was happy to wait as I was treated kindly as I entered.

Bought a new starter a month ago, and it ended up going bad yesterday. My product is under warranty, so I go back to the store to get a new one. Of course, they dont have any record of me purchasing the starter, so the warranty is no good. Also, why can I not give them the part number for my starter for them to see that it was purchased? They put stupid little stickers on that are obviously going to get taken off before the starter is installed into the vehicle. Anyways, bought my new starter from ORiley and I will not be returning to AutoZone. Waste of a hundred bucks.
