Do not use for a Covid test! I, my wife and my kid all went in for a Covid test at 9:45am on 8/21/2021. It is now 8/25/2021 and we had not heard anything. When I call them to check on it I am informed that they were supposed to give us paperwork that would instruct us on how to check the results of the test. I think it goes without saying that they never gave us this paperwork, or told us that was how the system works. Not only that but I sat on hold for so long while they tried to figure out what happened that random people started answering the phone in different parts of the store, then the line went dead and I had to call back. Just for them to tell me that there is nothing they can do to get my results or to help me out. But of coarse they then offered to sell me a rapid test at full price. The gal even went so far as to say she (the one who manages the pharmacy) has no way of knowing what the Saturday crew does when she is not there. In my opinion if you manage something you are responsible for it. Period. Train your staff or if they are not trust worthy to be open without you, dont be open.
Worst experience ever with the current pharmacist, she was so belittling and rude to not only the staff but to me when I went in to get a flu shot and potential Covid booster shot today. It’s one thing to explain policies, but the manner that she dealt with me was so condescending and rude, there’s just no excuse.
The store is fine for typical transactions but the staff is easily confused if they have to think. I have an OTC card from my health care provider for non-prescription medication. The provider says that Walgreens honors the card but the young lady at the counter says NO. Maybe it is some sort of joint scam? The health care provider put me on permanent hold when I called for help. No medicine and no information.
I had a ton of pictures printed. The employees really worked hard to make it all right. Thank you!
Since jen the pharmacist at walgreens has not been there, they have gotten to be so bad. My son had an allergic reaction to medication ( Yes i took him into the doctors ) but nothing was prescribed for his rash all over his body, so we asked the pharmacist what she though and she recommended benedryl .. she recommended 6 ML every 6 hrs, he is only 11 months old ! Thats the dosage for a 6-11 yr old !! They also did not have his prescription both times they were sent to their pharmacy & it is one of the most common medications around. They lack communication, and had me waiting 1 hr and 30 minutes just to tell me that they didnt have a bottle for his prescribed amount. RIDICULOUS!
They have a great selection of makeup and body washes, over the counter drugs. They also have a pharmacy.
Called to get some info on their photo dept. Told me their printer was down ho somewhere else and hung up on me. I still had questions. HORRIBLE customer service.
What happened to this pharmacy in the past couple months?? I expect a little human error in all things in life, but this shoddy behavior in the pharmacy is just not bothering or caring at all! So done!
Just moved to Kuna from Boise, was having a issue with my dosage, Jennifer and the pharmacist were amazing and got everything figured out for me!!! They are very helpful and very kind!!
To slow on the drive thru
Not one to really write reviews online but Ive been into this pharmacy three times and was treated unkindly everytime. I will not be going back.
Sat in the pharmacy window for over 10 min and think I should have gone inside cause they dont pay attention to the drive thru. And then the guy that helped me wasnt very friendly. Very disappointed in the service here!
I am so pleased to have such a caring and thoughtful pharmacy so close! They have called to check on me, as well as to confirm refills. A really lovely staff!!

1) Loading money on my prepaid debit card is easier here than anywhere 2) the staff is super friendly 3) they saved me from getting scammed by mentioning that they saw a customer, a week prior, in my same circumstances, get scammed [by probably the same guy] 4) Thanks! 😊

My husband went here to get Tylenol for our newborn because he just had a circumcision and was in a lot of pain. We are first time parents and my husband was in a hury so he asked the female pharmacist for help. She said its down that way in a red box. He was looking and looking and he grabbed a red box of childrens Tylenol and the pharmacist walked by and said a newborn cant have that and she kept walking. So my husband who has been looking for 10 minutes after being told what not to get finally asked the male pharmacist for help. The male pharmacist walked him directly to the infants tylenol. My 12 day old baby was in excruciating pain and had to wait longer than necessary because someone was to lazy to help. Do your job.... youre getting paid......
Jana in the pharmacy is wonderful and I have never had a rude individual there.
I dont know exactly who the pharmacy staff thinks that they are at this location but I was very saddened to be hung up on earlier by one of the pharmacy techs. I now refuse to do business with this pharmacy in the future even though theyre the only pharmacy in my town . Whoever was working at 3pm on 06/26/17 in the pharmacy & took my call regarding a diabetic question....you should be ashamed of yourself & I hope this is not how you treat all of your customers that take 15 seconds of your time to ask a simple question :)
Pharmacy staff is incompetent and rude. I take 6 medications each day. They treat their customers like drug addicts if they happen to take pain meds. I’ll be taking my business to Rite Aid on Eagle Rd. South of Overland from now on.They ran out of one of my medications so only gave me a partial and said it would be in on a Saturday. Well, they don’t get deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays. Waited until Monday, then wouldn’t give me the rest of my refill because of the date. HORRIBLE!
I went here for some facial cleaner and I was reluctant to find a lot of great deals and sales. The employees here are very nice!

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. Honestly Ill never return to walgreens again because of how they treat people. They judged me for my prescriptions and illnesses. Never again will I allow someone to make me feel bad about my diagnoses. Shame on the pharmacist.
