My check tire pressure light came on after running errands on a super hot day. I checked my tires to see what was going on and discovered that my front tire was completely flat! The people here were fantastic. They helped me out, fixed my tire, and sent me on my way! The guys who helped me were so kind and answered all my questions. 10 stars from me!

In the day to day of doing business we always try to be kind and help those we serve. Yesterday our technician was broken down on the freeway with a bad tire and a spare that did not work. A Les Schwab truck stopped to help. They took the care of the situation right on the freeway. Our motto is Do Good Be Kind, Les Schwab did a great job hiring TJ. He made our day so much better by Doing Good and Being Kind.

Chad and Pete helped me out today after I came in on a spare because I got a flat tire. They fixed up my tire, checked the air in all four, made sure my spare had air in it, made sure the spare was situated in such a way that I could check the air in the future easily by putting the gage forward when they put my spare back up under the car, and got me in and out within 15 minutes! Les Schwab as a whole has been taking care of my rigs for 25 years. Fleet account and all. They leveled my truck, got new tires on, and aligned it in about 2.5 hours and did what they said the way they said and did it well. Always appreciate the crew there in Kuna and drive out of my way to buy there.

This LS in Kuna was actually a huge let down, for the first time!Instead of repairing a possibly compromised tire by removing an object, the associate was so focused on selling me new tires and wheels!He put air in the tire minus a repair!Oh gee thanks.And I told them in the past that I would have liked to do business with them, so I went out of my way to return to LS ...but I left empty handed.Very disappointed and dont think I will be back.

This place is great! No matter where I have traveled I have always received first class service and a fair price at Les Schwab.Free flat repair even though the tires werent purchased from them. Asked about balancing my tires, they asked where the vibration was and suggested balancing just the front, if that fixed it no need to pay for all 4 tires. The front tire balance fixed the problem and saved me $30.00.

Always friendly and helpful staff. It was suggested to me that I get the Federal Himalayas WS2 studless winter tires when I came in looking for reliable winter tires that arent ridiculously priced. Now that weve had some winter weather, I couldnt be happier with how my tires are handling the conditions. Ive been to this location a few times now and theyve always gotten me back on the road quickly. Definitely check them out.

Les schwab has been our go to place for years. We needed an alignment, so we made an appointment. They got us in right away, fixed the problem and sent us on our way. Happy customer!

They take care of you without question. Its not even a personal thing. That goes for any Les Schwab. This is truly a great company.

I came in to the Kuna location to get an alignment because I had some front end work done by a different company. They asked if I had the work done by them, I said no and had to make an appointment for the next day because they supposedly had several vehicles to get in. There were 2 cars in the shop and a couple guys standing around. The next day at my appointment, I was sitting in the shop and waiting for them to take my truck back, 3 people walked in and because they were former customers, they took them right in. Just because my front end work wasnt done at Les Schwab, doesnt make me any less important than anybody else coming into that shop. This is very poor management. I will not recommend Les Schwab for any business.

Every time we come in the store we are always greeted with a smile and professionalism. Jo is always really nice too. This morning I was getting ready to head into work and found I had a nail in my tire! I was already running behind and I was hoping to get this resolved in a timely manner. I brought my car in unexpectedly and they got me in right away. They had my car in and out of there before I could blink. Les Schwab Tire in Kuna lives up to their customer service reputation! Im diving into a strut replacement and appreciated their education of the problem and promptness. Knowing personally several guys in the center I highly recommend them knowing their honesty. Im looking forward to getting new tires next your with them too!

I recently purchased a new (used) vehicle and brought it in for the free inspections which unfortunately resulted in a long list of needed repairs, but after pulling each suggested part it was very clear they truly needed replaced. People like to assume that mechanics and auto shops quote things that dont need to be done but I have never had any reason to doubt or suspect the Kuna Les Schwab of this. The staff is always super quick to provide answers and resolutions, theyre very knowledgeable, honest and they go above and beyond to ensure youre a happy customer.

I came in today, New Year’s Eve literally 1 min before your store closed and was Greeted by your employee Jace. I had a leak in my tire and rather than schedule me for an apt after the new year Jace quickly took my keys and went to work. My tire was fixed so dang fast and I can’t express enough my gratitude towards your employee Jace, your company and work ethic! I was greeted in the parking lot and the individual who greeted me took care of what I needed from start to finish. I even came back with questions about some warning lights that came up on my dash and they helped me understand them and recommend what to do about them. I will definitely be back!

Friendly staff, quick service and quality work. We stopped in to get 4 new tires for my daughters car with no appointment. We were able to drop the car off for the work and picked up the car 2 hours later, as we had the alignment checked. I love that my daughter can go to the Les Schwab in Moscow and get service and rotations done easily. Yes, they may cost a bit more than the discount places but I find they have better service and products. Im a repeat customer and will continue to be. Thanks Les Schwab!

Called was qouted $96 for winter tire swap out, showed up, qouted $145. Told them the difference in the phone qoute vs in person, they told me its bc the tires werent bought through Le Schwab and that I should of told them the tires werent from there (so its my fault). Absolutely outlandish! Walked away, went to discount tires instead, only paid $20 per tire and they didnt care where the tires were from. TL;DR They charge more for tire mounting if you didnt buy from them.

Highly recommend Les Schwab in Kuna. Saturday called Steve (Manager) just before closing and told him I needed a rear tire on my tractor. There were no tractor tires my size in the treasury valley. The following day, Sunday, Steve traveled to Burley Idaho (170 miles one way) and picked up the tractor tires and we were farming Monday. This is beyond customer service. I dont recommend ever going through Les Schwab. They will try to overcharge you for anything they can. Simple fixes will cost you hundreds of dollars. Things you can do yourself. Their tire prices are outrageous. You can go to any other tire shop and save $200. I had an account with them for a long time I would routinely pay on every month. After some time paying them I stopped receiving emails for my monthly payment so I just assumed the debt was settled and thats why they were no longer sending me monthly bills. Around this time I also switched bank accounts. However, some guy came to my sisters house unannounced trying to find my car so he could repossess my tires. She immediately called me and I talked to the man saying I wasnt aware of any out standing debts. To which his reply was that for the past 5 or so months they had continued to bill me INCLUDING late fees which took my total from $800 to $1900! They in no way would work with me even after I became unemployed during Covid. I had to have my mother pay them $50 at times because I had no money in my account. Then I still wasnt receiving email confirmation so I asked one of the employees to check my email address and for some reason at some point in time someone had deleted a letter in my email. Very odd since I had previously received emails and then all of a sudden they stopped. I never authorized this change and not sure how the computer would go in and change it itself.Also the endless phone calls I received from them asking if I could pay them more money or when I was going to pay them triggered my anxiety every time. Setting the tone for my day sometimes. The total lack of compassion or care when dealing with peoples personal financial situations over the phone was also upsetting. I had one employee straight out say, I know its Christmas but can you pay more?? To which I responded that the $50 I was paying them was all I had in my account. And all he had to say was Oh.I even went as far as to call their customer service number but they also were no help saying that I basically took out a bank loan and banks wouldnt make exceptions either. The manager was also no help and even cited a bad review I had given them months prior, like that was reason enough not to help me. Very shady business dont take your hard earned money here take it to a mom and pop shop where they wont overcharge or harass you about paying them $800 extra for their computer error. They didnt even offer to take off any late fees or any kind of discount for being paid in full faster. I will NEVER do business with them again unless Im buying the company outright.

Had them replace the tire pressure sensors, for 300 bucks you would think that they would have adjusted the tire pressures on all the tires the same.They were slow when I arrived and they were busy when I left so they may have overlooked it?

Showed up at their door 5 minutes before they closed with my mothers wheelchair accessible van with a flat tire. My mother needed it the next day to get my wheelchair bound father to a doctors appointment. They welcomed me in with a smile, took care of our needs even though it took them past their closing time. Great customer service!!!

I just stopped in to buy some tires and wheels and except for a smile from one male employee l was completely ignored, even though at one point I was the only customer at the counter. After the female employee helped two others that came into the store after l was still at the counter l left and will not be returning. Ill still go to Les Schwab, but not in my home town of Kuna which really bums me out because l always try to support the local community.

A few nights ago I slammed my car into a curb. It severely damaged the alignment of the tires and they way the car steered. I took it over to this store the next morning. As I pulled into the parking lot, one of their auto mechanics came running out of the garage and helped me. He got the car into the shop right away. I left the car with them for a few hours and they had it fixed and working perfectly. It cost under a hundred dollars which shocked me. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the mechanic I spoke with and the quality work he did. I would definitely recommend this store to a friend!

Just stopped in with a not Schwab tire with a nail in it. Fixed the flat no questions asked and free of charge. Les Schwab is a little bit pricier for the tire and mostly their name brand, but so far, I think I owe them $50 bucks for flat tires fixed for free, so I’m getting convinced to get their tires with such a great warranty.Customer service is worth the price!

Horrible service. Bought new rims only to come out the next morning for work to two flat tires. Valve stems put on wrong. So two hours late for work. The cherry on top was after they fixed the mistake they left two brand new rims covered in grease and dirt. Thanks Les Shwab

These guys checked my flat tire out in no time flat. Called last minute and they got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Luckily, it was just a screw in my tire, but they fixed it, aired it back up, checked the rest of my tires, then had me back out the door, all at no charge. All friendly and efficient.

I was stranded when my battery died I bought two years ago. A nice man came and jump started my battery for me and escorted me back to the store to get a new one. I appreciate the help I was stuck with my young child so it was amazing to have the help and prompt service.

Kuna Store has always had great service. They repaired a flat on my new car (stock tires) at no cost since I was a repeat customer. Done in minutes and great service. I know where the 1st set of replacements will be purchased, they earned my business time and time again.

Been buying tires and service from Les Schwab for a long time. The most recent experience was noteworthy.Initially I took that car to Larry Miller honda in boise for a punctured tire and to change the oil. The tire only had a small finishing nail in it and it lost air pressure extremely slowly, which I didnt notice until I got a tire pressure warning on the same tire in the same month. They said that the tire did not have enough tread on it and they cant repair it. In addition, they suggested that I buy 2 new tires to replace the front tires. I could easily tell they were lying since the tire has plenty of tread on it, and repairing a finishing nail puncture should be easy. I tell them to not bother changing the oil and Im going to take the car elsewhere.So I take it to Les Schwab in Kuna near where I live, and they patched and repaired the tire in about 10 minutes free of charge! Now thats customer service, and that means Ill keep buying tires from Les Schwab for a long time!. Ive driven on that tire for several thousand miles and tire pressure is still good, no problems.As for the oil change... Ill just do it my self :)
