I hate leaving bad reviews, but I had a horrible experience with this retailer. The employees were all kind and did their best but the policies that this store and Verizon itself have in place are ridiculous.This store sold me a defective phone that I have had for less than 30 days. Because I dont have the original box it came in, they said theres nothing they can do. I went into the corporate Verizon store by the mall and they said because I purchased my phone through this retailer they couldnt replace it, but had I originally purchased through their corporate store then they would have replaced it immediately with or without the original box.Highly recommend going into the corporate store for new phone purchases - not this location.
The employees here at the Kuna store location has it hands down! Very patient and understanding! My wife and I love our new phones!!
It was my best experience with the cell phone store yet. I was thinking to switch over from Tmobile, stopped by the Verizon store to get some info. Darrison, the manager, and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. They walked me through the process very patiently. And here I am, with the brand new iPhone! I’ll definitely come back for all my future needs. 10 out of 10!

My husband and I went in to purchase phones, 2 weeks ago and decided what we wanted and they told us we didnt need to put money down. We have called to check on our ordered phones at least 4 times, with no one ever calling us back. We were told a manager would call us, ....nothing! We called the apple store and they told us they could have the phones to us within 2 hours. We were told by an Verizon employee, that we could mess up our account if we decided to order direct from apple. So again, extremely poor customer service from the Verizon store in Kuna, Idaho. We do not recommend them!
Outstanding customer service from Daryson. He helped me get logged back into my accounts and addressed multiple other concerns.
Went in an hour before they closed, two employees were working. One on the phone and one helping an in store customer. Was told they wouldnt have time to help me and I needed to go to a store that was opened later.
I went in after my phone did a factory reset and Jess was AMAZING! Needless to say I was a bit panicked about losing everything and she got me back up and running in minutes ... all my apps, Google photos, contacts everything. Thank you so much Jess you are very good at your job!
One of the worst Verizon stores not even open the days they say they are. And really dont know there equipment and promotions.

After talking to several apple support people for numerous hours and over two weeks i was told my photos and all my info was gone and they tried everything to retrieve it but sorry they cant find it.I talked to jolene at the kuna store who we have dealt with in the past and she managed to retrieve everything i had she was a miracle worker hope she stays with verizon for years to come

I had an outstanding experience at the Verizon store in Kuna ID. My husband and I were greeted from the start. We did not wait long at all before being approached by Miranda. Miranda was so helpful. She explained the difference in phones and plans to help customize what would be best for my kids and my husband. She took the time to make sure everything was set up properly when we switched over carriers. I would definitely go back to this location and ask for her.
I always go to see Des no matter what location she is at. I am always treated amazingly. She handles all our issues with a smile and always makes us feel great once we leave.
This place is the best..... been with Verizon when it was air touch. This store and Dystinee is the best, best. She spent an hour trying to help me recover my lost passwords. Anytime I need help, which is a lot she always gets me out of a bind😁😁😁👍👍👍
Very knowledgeable staff! Go in knowing what you want though and stick firm to it. As all companies, they will try to sell you the most expensive things (like screen protectors-oops). But its not the staffs fault! Thats what theyre supposed to do ☺

Visited this Kuna store 8/15/20.Replacing an OLD S6 that I had inadvertently master reset ( phone was having previous issues) and lost pics/vids, contacts etc.JESSICA stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park! Retreived all data and set to my new S10e.This young lady is a great asset to Verizon. Me and family wanted to move from T-Mobile to Verizon and we had 5 lines to transfer and there were a lot of complications on our end. Destiny made it go so smoothly! She was SO patient. It took us a week to get our stuff together but she changed it around many times to make it work for us! I HIGHLY recommend the Kuna store! And make sure you see Destiny! She’s wonderful!
I went in due to my charging port not working, (fully expecting to pay an arm and a leg) the wonderful staff looked it over and was able to help me get it working like new for $0.00. Amazing crew, amazing people, This will always be my go to store for any mobile needs!

On June 27th Sat my phone locked me out I tried my password 6 x! I was afraid if I put it in so many times it would clear my phone out so I headed for the Verizon store at the mall at about 4:15 pm. I arrived to locked doors no sign stating they were closed so I headed for a store in the mall! There were 2 people working one being Dystinee available the other working w someone! She helped me reset my Apple password and tried to set up an appointment for me at the Apple Store. Next available was the following Friday I said I can’t wait that long! She offered me her number and that she worked at the Kuna Verizon. She gave me instructions how to reset my phone from I Tunes and if I needed her help just call her. I don’t have a computer or know anyone who does! I’m 60 years old can’t afford a computer and my phone does what I need. Wednesday I got off work at 3 went to mall Verizon main store there were people in parking lot! I stood in line w 1 person ahead of me, a woman ask me what she could help me with I told her my phone locked me out! She said what did it say I told her she insisted on turning my phone on to see the message I said NO I can tell u I don’t want to risk loosing my info! She said Sorry u need to go to Apple Store I told her they were booked up for weeks she said I can’t help u! I ask her to call a number Dystinee had given me if she could help me. So she called since I had no means to! That is the only help I got from them! I drove over 20 miles to go to see Dystinee at the store she was working at! She got her laptop out and started the process to get my phone back and running! Dystinee went Above and Beyond to get my phone back for me! My phone is coming time to Upgrade and I will be going back to her as well as recommending all the people I know On Verizon to go there since there is NO Customer Service given at the main Verizon Store at mall! I will be posting on Facebook the lack of Customer Service from Verizon at Main Store at mall.So “Thank You” to Dystinee at Kuna store on Deer Flat and Linder! Sierra was exceptional. She went above and beyond to save my contact and personal data from my old phone and took extra time to set up my new one. She was willing to look outside the box to find an innovative solution and is still my hero. Best new phone transition experience Ive had.:)
I went into the Kuna location today. Both service reps were busy with someone. The first one that finished was invited by her last customer to go out to his car to look at something - related to his dog, I think. Eleven (11) minutes later she was still outside looking at whatever she went out to see and showed no signs of coming back in. I left.

Went in to switch to a business account and found that Miranda was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ended up buying a new phone and getting an extra line. Everything was taken care of while we were there and in a timely fashion.
Stephanie the manager definitely knows her stuff and is very helpful and patient. I felt very confident when I left after purchasing my phone with her. The whole group is always nice and seems eager to help, even when I am not buying something. (Ive had to get my glass replaced twice and they got right on it.) Im thankful new management came in to town!

I switched over to Verizon from T-Mobile and Alexis helped make the process fast and simple, she was a huge help and saved me a ton of time. Alexis explained all the different plans and told me what information I would need while waiting for my phone to be unlocked. I would highly recommend both the store and Alexis.

My friend and I really needed help with his iPhone - lots of issues were preventing access and full use of his phone. We had poor service and no help with another store. Yet, from the moment we came into the Kuna GoWireless store, we knew we’d come to the right place. The staff were warm, receptive and very much interested in helping with the phone. Indeed, this impressed us so much. And, when we were told of the great deal on an early upgrade and real benefits of their GoGuard and GoAdvantage programs, my friend walked out with a new iPhone and lots more knowledge about how to use his phone. Place is a JOKE!! Would give a negative star if possible.This is the 2nd time I have been screwed over because people working there do NOT know what theyre doing. Twice now I have been told something by an employee just to find out on my bill later they did not do what they said the would do. When I go back to fix the problem they tell me sorry theres nothing we can do. Im over it! Take your business elsewhere. Plus the manager... So Rude
Meranda is by far one of the most awesome employees I’ve ever seen in action. The woman can multi task like nobody’s business. I came in earlier in the day to upgrade my Hum, and she made sure I was taken care of. Came back later in the day to upgrade my phone, and she was able to take care of me AND two other customers during a crazy busy time of day. They were slammed and she still kept her cool along with an upbeat attitude. She didn’t show any signs of stress or frustration. She just rolled with the punches! All while keeping me informed of all the changes I’d be expecting with my bill. 10/10 would recommend this location ESPECIALLY if Meranda is working!
I went in with the expect that I would have to but a new phone because of the issues I was having with my phone but Joe went above and beyond to fix my phone and save me hundreds of dollars. I would recommend this store to anyone needing help with their phones or a new one.

Word of warning! Be aware of the details. I was told it was easy to switch from AT&T to Verizon. WRONG! Couldnt be anymore difficult and the cherry on the top was that I was told that I would receive a visa prepaid card to pay off my AT&T bill. Well hopefully one day I will but my bill was due two days ago and its only been 4 weeks in a process that Verizon states can take up to 8 weeks. So be aware of the details! I have to pay $880.24 or face fee charges now. Yeah! Thanks Verizon. Oh - and I know that one day I will hopefully be reimbursed, thats NOT the point. The point is that I was sold a pain free process and told I would receive a visa prepaid card to pay my bill, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! I just paid the bill myself, and having to fork out $880.00 for anyone is a lot! So thanks again!6/8/2017I wanted to make sure I took the time to provide an update to this situation, so you don’t just have half the story. The ending of this story is not rainbows and butterfly’s, but this store has tried to correct the situation. I was contacted by their support and branch manager. They both apologized for the unfortunate circumstances I have had to endure. They are also going to in the future inform their new clients that they will be responsible for paying their other providers bill and then they will be reimbursed, NOT that you will receive a prepaid card and then you can pay your bill. Also, you should know that the actual service I am receiving from Verizon is great. No complaints about that. My complaints are around my induction as a new client and the information I received which ended up putting me in an unfortunate financial situation.
Joe and Gary were extremely helpful in setting up a plan and allowing me to be able to connect with my brother again in a way that was affordable for me. I would highly recommend them and this location to anyone!

Meranda is one of the reasons why the company I work for, has stayed with GoWireless for our Verizon service. She always is professional, nice, goes above the standard for customer service, and gets the job done. She has even taken care of my family like they were her family. My company has switched between several GoWireless stores over the years because of who was the store manager so we would always get the best customer service, not just because a store was near our office. We have followed Meranda from 2 store locations now, and will stay with her even if she gets moved again. She is a high water mark for customer service, and has earned my companys business, and my recommendation to anyone that asks who they should go to for anything wireless. Anyone can buy a phone from anywhere, but when you go to this GoWireless store in Kuna, and ask for Meranda, youre getting more than just a phone, youre getting pinnacle customer service thats always got your back. If youre not going to this store in Kuna and talking to Meranda for your business or personal cellphone service needs, dont bother getting a cellphone at all.

Alexiz helped myself and my hubby with new phones this week. Super fun personality and She goes above and beyond to help out her customers. Everyone that works here were so extremely helpful and nice. Alexiz takes the time to walk you through your new phone, setting up Bluetooth on your vehicle, etc, she is even available to her customers anytime you need help with your phone. Truly great people in this store. Highly recommend to everyone to go see her for your phones, top notch Employee😁

Was helped in the most easiest and helpful way got the phones and accessories I needed I sincerely appreciate their customer service and time definitely recommend Verizon to get what U need. So great having this store and this caliber staff in Kuna. I went in worried about garbage on my phone, Tanner reset my securities and assured me that it was garbage. ML upgraded my Jetpak, her instructions for me to connect at home were so easy to follow. Their customer service is awesome.

Staff was very helpful & did a wonderful job(5 STARS)., Verizon Corp.. on the other hand has several issues, changing promotions & plans with out notice (often), the billing plan (was $40 basic 2gb to $35 basic 2gb) has changed to look cheaper(compared from the beginning of the year) but is actually charging a higher shared fee(from $5 to $20)& cutting data for more than one user & never been a fan of sharing data (just do a single user as theres no fees for sharing), cut out sharing and have one fee for any serice plan period, its no longer convenient but, thats why im only giving one star, for coverage, one star for local staff, one star for staffs understanding and one star for staffs willingness to help!, As the billing is a joke and the service charges ..changing often or forcing customers to pay higher rates for a few extra gigs & having a family plan and paying higher fees or not getting any support calling Verizon C.S. directly or waiting a very long period on hold (removing a star).
