Use to love coming to this Starbucks but lately the wait is way too long they have one poor girl working there by herself an they do there best but when you have to take an order make a coffee for every single customer and theres 10 people in line it takes a while. Very sad cuz Im a Starbucks girl!

I used to love this location, not anymore Unfortunately the prices went through the roof. The Starbucks down the road costs less. And customer service...sigh so very very sad.

I want to be clear, I normally Love this location....Mimi is absolutely amazing, but there was one employee(wears a mask with a skull face) who was so insanely rude and unwelcoming. Yes, it was labor day and they were busy, but her attitude lost this location business because she was so rude. Very clearly upset that they were busy. Very unfortunate.

This is the first time I am giving a Starbucks location a bad rating. I am a Starbucks regular and have never seen such poor service. The 3 young people were far too busy talking to each other to even properly take my order. I have a staple drink I have been ordering for years now and what was handed to me was nothing like it and was quite awful.

Gave the checker a 20 to put on my Starbucks card, ordered 2 drinks. She then says I owe $30. The 20 never went on my card, wouldnt hand me back my 20. So I paid $20 for 2 Grande drinks.They need to better educate their management.

Extremely poor quality. They add ingredients not asked for. Thankfully i dont have any allergies. Ive been ordering the same drink for 3 years and this location is nothing but Inconsistent. Not only is my drink NEVER made right but they are rude to customers and discriminate. I would never think a small town in Idaho could have such terrible customer service. Workers were talking about a guests but left intercom on so the conversation was heard over speakers throughout the entire store.. Unacceptable Disrespectful .Also machine for star points or to pay with phone never works and they couldnt be happier cus that means less guests less drink they have to poorly make so no one comes back.

Excellent service, excellent tasting coffee, prices seem out of this world high though.

I used to have a great experience every time I came here. Recently it seems the customer service has gone down. Between messing up my order multiple times and acting like me ordering a drink ruins their morning Im not a huge fan. I dont know what happened to the nice employees that worked here a couple months ago. I only get grumpy, too-good-for-you baristas now.

Other then the liberal attitude of the owners and pegan symbol for their logo, and anti military stigma. Their coffee is good

Despite what initially appears to be a smaller than usual menu, drinks are available in more than one size, only Tall is shown. Bear in mind that because it is located inside a supermarket, not every item found in a seandalone location is available.Mobile ordering via the Sbux app is not available, but both the app and Sbux cards can be utilized to pay.
