Really, really happy I called Dan at Treasure Valley Garage Doors. First of all, he came to our home within a day of my call--way faster than other companys projected. More importantly, Dan fixed the issue way faster than I expected. His rates were super reasonable, and he really went above and beyond to help me out. Happy I found this company to add it to the short list of contractors to call when things break!

Our spring broke on our door. Other Companies couldn’t come the same day but Treasure valley could. They were very responsive. Actually came several hours earlier than expected (they called first which was appreciated). Did the work very quickly with no hassles and didn’t over sell me on things I didn’t need. I will recommend Treasure Valley Garage to everyone! Last week I was with my15 year old daughter working on night driving practice and well, the car went through my garage. It only went through about a foot and caused a lot of damage. Mark at Treasure Valley garage made my day by coming out first thing the next morning and removed it. Have had a remarkable experience with Mark and Daniel, owners of this company. Mark came out and gave me the estimate himself. No salesman or middleman to deal with; gave me the estimate right there on the spot. They both came, on time, to install the garage door and the opener. In two hours the total job was complete. They are very professional and great guys, who definitely are customer service oriented and want to ensure they do an excellent job at an affordable price, which they did. Everything that needed to be loaded up and hauled off was, leaving no garbage or mess behind. I had my garage door replaced about a year ago. I started to have issues with the sensors.Dan came by and said Id need a new board in the opener. So 5 trips later we finally figured it out. This company is an amazing group. I had to replace weather stripping and seal on my garage door, but couldnt quite get the vinyl strip off the bottom of it. After some time I tried to contact a few garage door places and these guys were the only ones to actually respond. An odd thing to say, I know, but with how new construction is going up and all of these types of companies being focused on that, it can be hard to get someone to come out for the simple problems. These guys came out, fixed my issue and even tuned up my door for a very reasonable price.I highly suggest them.

A couple of months ago my spring broke. I called in the evening after work and they were available to come out about an hour later. Fixed the door, no problem.Then when the weather started getting cold the door would stop on the way up. Im lazy and left it for several weeks in this condition, but I should have called them right away. They were able to come out about 20 minutes after I called (and on New Years Eve, no less!) and fixed it with no charge.Would definitely recommend.

Our tech Daniel was friendly, professional. He said he would call within 15 minutes of arriving and he did. He helped us out in a pinch on. Saturday afternoon. The installation was good and professional looking. It did NOT look sloppy, and he cleaned up what mess if any he made. He even took the old opener to the dump at no charge. The only thing is I wish the product had a key pad. Other than that I would recommend them again.

I would highly recommend Daniel with Treasure Valley Garage Doors. After a power outage ruined the motor in our garage door opener I called my insurance company who contracts with Treasure Valley GD. When I called and talked to Daniel and explained the urgency of getting the door working properly he made arrangements to be at my house in an hour. After arrival he assessed the situation and handled all technical issues with the insurance company for me and had a new opener installed in a little over an hour. Excellent customer service and the installation was scheduled after I got off work - so I did not need to take time off. Everything was completed much earlier than I expected. Kudos to the my specific installer Mark - he walked me through all the additional features the new opener has (replaced a 25+ year old one). I have an app on my phone and have alerts setup - he even went as far as checking my vehicle to see if it had a button to program. I will definitely recommend and use them again.

I called during my lunch break and was pleasantly surprised to hear the technician could come out this afternoon. We had an issue on a Sunday afternoon. I called and spoke with Mark. He was very polite and said he would be by later to take measurements. I was shocked at how soon he would be able to come by. It ended up being another employee, Dan, that came by within a few hours of that call. He was so polite and got it to where our garage could close for the night. Less than 24 hours of our garage door being broken, he had it fixed the next morning. Since I had to work he was more than happy to swing by in the afternoon to finish putting on the seal. This company came out in less than 2 hours to fix a garage door motor that was completely broken. The service was done in about 30 minutes and the system worked perfectly. The staff were very helpful and double and triple checked to make sure everything was in working order. I cant overstate how helpful they were. They helped solve my problem in no time.
