This is a nice store; small but pretty nice. My complaint is with the deli. The lady that waited on me did not put on fresh gloves before she sliced my meat order. She handled every slice and I don’t have a concern about that as long as they put on new gloves before they start slicing. I don’t know how long she had those gloves on but I noticed while I was waiting that she waited on other customers and also handled non-food items with those gloves. I ended up not taking the meat home because I just couldn’t wrap my head around the possible dirty gloves. It only takes less than a minute to change gloves and hopefully the staff at this location will do that regularly.

Great staff, good selection, shelves are always stocked. You can literally ask any employee for help and they will oblige and go above and beyond to assist you. Recommend trying the deli counter for quick bites, new sandwiches are great, bakery has a fast turn around time on cakes and requests. Our son wanted monster trucks on his cake and they let us bring in unopened toys to put on it, turned out awesome. Its also one of the few places I still see cookies being hand out to behaved kids that ask :). This company equally supports the community through charitable events throughout the year and the trunk or treat every Halloween is amazing. Thanks Albertsons.

The person who made my experience tonight was Gary in the deli. Whenever I go to the deli Gary is always fast, efficient and courteous. Tonight when I came to the counter an emploee offered me help and I told her I needed one moment. She walked away and about a minute later I was ready. My husband and I tried to get her attention. She continued to ignore us. Gary noticed we were ready and came in to help with our order!!

I dont like shopping here because there isnt a wide selection of products and they dont enforce wearing a mask in the store so theres always a handful of people ignoring it and not social distancing, but its one of the few stores closest to my home so I occasionally go in for small grocery trips.The last time I went was the week before Christmas and I had bought a Signature brand enchilada frozen dinner. I just went to prepare it tonight when I noticed the seran wrap was ripped and the plastic container was severely busted. It smelled bad and after analyzing the packaging it had an October 2020 expiry date. This food item was expired two months before I even bought it.I wont be shopping here ever again. Theres no excuse for a chain like Albertsons to be selling expired food. Not to mention the prices are outrageous. They sell Suddenly Salad for $3.50 a box. Unbelievable.

We use to love their donuts. Now they are hard and literally half the size for the same money. Sadly I wont be buying any more donuts there.

I miss Paul’s! If they didn’t carry something, they would get it for you. Went into Albertsons tonight.... they didn’t have 1/2 the stuff on my list: TERRIBLE. Whoever is doing their buying needs to be fired!

No bad experiences here YET! Wish the prices were as good as Grocery Outlet on fairview in Boise tho. 😭 I can buy groceries there for about 40%-70% less. Worth the drive for the monthly grocery trip!!

Great selection of fruits and organic produce. Assortment of gluten free bread, pizza and other items. Non dairy alternatives including yogurt and whip cream. Slightly higher price but good quality.

Nice and clean place.

The store is great but the one star is for the fire wood they sell. It’s super toxic smelling. It’s almost unbearable to be around. It’s a very staunch smell that the wood produces as it burns. Gives us a huge headache every time. The packaging says it’s seasoned, not sure what that means or why you would need to season wood but that may be the problem. We will not be purchasing this wood again.

Terrible pickup service. When ordering, you have the option to accept or reject substitutions on each item, which seems nice, except they cant be trusted to substitute with anything remotely similar to what you want. Then the real kicker is that you are not allowed to reject the substitutions: you either have to accept their terrible choice, or reject the entire order. Which is annoying, but just as well, as I dont want them to get my money now anyway.

Nice folks, great for when you need something and dont wanna drive all the way to Wal-Mart for produce or other things of the sort. Open till 12 which is also nice for when I get off work and need a few things. :)

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced several times have I gone there thats always bad just like the one on 12th Street Albertsons has really gone low now on hiring good people very sad because Albertsons was such a wonderful place to go before now I just avoid it because it cost too much and why bother going somewhere that cost too much when am I going to get good excellent customer service. that is the reason why I went to Albertsons no matter the cost before because Albertsons had excellent customer service now it doesnt this is two locations right around me that I can go to any more because it has that bad customer service so very sad Albertsons what happened to you

Decent store. Wish it was bigger. Some beautiful woman shop there ;)

Some prices seemed high, but good sale items available too. Bread for example. Orowheat varieties were over $4 per loaf, while milk was only $1.39 per 1/2 gallon. Employees were friendly and greeted me with a smile. Service deli had Turkey pot pies that were still warm for around $3.30.

Had lunch fried chicken yum but the gentlemen forgot our coleslaw

Cashiers and clerks are very pleasant and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized. Produce is fresh with lots to choose from. I also enjoy the bakery and deli. Prices are little high but worth it.

My son who is an active duty Marine, who came home from a 10 month deployment came into this store to surprise his sister who is an employee. Clay told my son that he could not go through his sisters line because employees are not allowed to serve family. When my son responded, Clay followed up with telling him he would be removed from the store! Clay is a disgrace to the Albertsons name, and the United States Marine Corps, who tells an active Marine they cannot go through there sisters line when they have been on a 10 month deployment! Keep in mind, every time we shop there we go through my daughters line and no one and I mean no one has ever told us otherwise. Shame on Albertsons and especially Clay!

What can you say ?😊 They carry all the top name brands that you like and keep very well stocked, to boot !! They are definitely on the pricey side in comparison to say Wincos or Ridleys, but, everything is fresh and you dont find any outdated goods on their shelves ! Only place I do my grocery shopping at nowadays! Give them a try you wont be disappointed!! 👍👌

Shop regularly at Albertsons know most of the people who work there and most are quite helpful. The meat cutter is pretty helpful when you need help with meat choices

I go to Albertsons several times a week. I have an app on my phone that lets me check what I might get on my next visit. It has a coupon that goes with that item. Every little bit of money saved is a good thing!

Love your store but was in go ight in a hurry and only one guy working in the deli!! Finally, the other guy stopped whatever he was doing and finally came over to help. There were four customers waiting for at least ten minutes! I made it to my appointment 6 minutes late! Grrrr...

Great service. Even if you need something special from the meat counter. And the staff is friendly and the store is clean. Kind of expensive but great sales.

Used Drive up pharmacy. Line went quick and did not notice her name, very nice and quick.

While I find the groceries pricey, the pharmacy staff is great, now the deli, i am not impressed with at all. Chicken is always dry because it sits in that stream table without any water in it, OR out under the lights just drying out. They changed the large salad cups and I just went up there and now they have no lids for the salad cups. And with the exception of a few deli staff, the people working in the deli are clueless. And please, teach the badgers how to bag groceries properly.

My wife and I went in looking to get a few apples a few minutes before they closed. Their price per pound for apples was obscene. I believe it was $1.29/lb for red delicious apples. The two guys running the registers were really funny though! They had a fun banter going back and forth and it just made it fun to be there. Most people arent that cheery right before they close up shop

Love the grocery store. Almost always have what I want and great service. BUT, the gas station is not so good. They seem to run out of fuel way too often. Very frustrating!!! Maybe a new person scheduling would help?

Albertsons is the worst store ever to their employees and Ive worked in the grocery business for 15 years. I will never shop there again, theyre all about corporate and not about the customers they wont be getting my money go to Ridleys grocery store!!! I wouldnt have gave them even one star, but I have to give them 1 star in order to post a comment

I absolutely love their staff! They are very energetic and accommodating. Their price is okay.

The groceries are a little spendy. But I went to the deli to get the number 2. Its chicken strips, potato wedges and a side. It says coleslaw, but I get the deviled egg potato salad. Its superb! And its surprisingly cheap for how much food you get. I also get the party bucket there. Its a heck of a deal!

Went to the pharmacy window and they were real nice when I got there.

Better selection than the other nearby grocery store, but feels cramped, too much stuffed into too little space. The most expensive option for local groceries, but at least it feels alive.

It is a good local store. I really like the pharmacy and the folks in the pharmacy. The prices are high compared to WinCo and Walmart, but its a lot closer.

Very nice and helpful employees store kept extremely clean

I Tryed to surprise my sister after being away in the military for a year. Clay wouldn’t even let me go checkout with my sister and threatend to kick me out of the store. Clay made my sister cancel the payment and go to another check out. Clay also said family can’t be checked out by family. What kind of lie is that? Clay is a disgrace to our military and my family. I will never shop here again.

First time going to this Albertsons since we just moved to Kuna. It is a really nice store for quick purchases.

Clay refused to allow my brother to be served by my older sister who works there. My brother is active in the military; and just came home to surprise everyone for Thanksgiving after being gone for almost a year. Every time we shop there, my sister always serves us and no one has ever prevented that from happening till today. Clay is a disgrace to your business as well as the United States Marine Corp, shame on you Albertsons for employing such heartless person!

Good deals, the one in Kuna used to be a Pauls so it has the bomb donuts. Yum!

Have shopped here dozens of times, but today was the last! Have had quality issues with the deli and bakery. The stock is limited and a bit pricey. Some employee attitudes reflect poorly upon the people management their subjected to.

The service there was the best in the valley I go out there every chance I can get because he produce is the best kept and fresh that I can get today I met the produce manager and Im by that Thoughts by can say hi to him for me he never got my name but I got his and to Jeff hes hard-working and I think it shows you see something thats wrong let him know you have a question hell sit there and hell answer it you want something and produce and he can get it for you hell try it best you can and if you cant heal explain why
