The storage facility is great. Clean and well maintained units. Extremely secure facility. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also rent U-Haul and have products for you to buy. The locks for the units are supplied. I thought this was weird at first because I already have numerous locks all keyed to one key but it actually works just fine. The automated kiosk is easy to start up you contract process and you can make payments online for no extra charge.

Kind, convenient, and considerate! I was having a very busy week, the manager saw it on my face and, after learning what I needed the uhaul for, told me to go home, take a nap and relax because she was able to let me have the truck until the next day at no extra charge. I was SO relieved!

Last weekend I had the pleasure of reserving a u-haul with Candace Moore. She was amazing! She helped me determine what size rental I needed for my job and she was also a wealth of information about how to hook up my truck. I have rented a couple of storage units here for many years but no one has matched the professionalism of Candace.

Staff is super friendly. Prices are good and the entire facility is clean and secure.

The people seem friendly enough. But the lady quit helping us when another customer walked in and asked to have a lock cut off? We ended up waiting a good 15 minutes before we were finished being helped!! When we finally got to the storage the lock didnt properly fit into the storage unit! It was incredibly rude of her to quit helping us and help another customer.

Awesome new and modern storage place. love that you can self serve at the kiosk to start a rental agreement and stop the rental agreement. place is clean and easy to get in and out of. Overall, very happy with Kuna Caves Storage.

Clean units and grounds, secure facility, friendly staff, ease of ability to make payments, what more could you ask for when renting a self-storage? We have rented a unit for several years from Kuna Caves Storage, and we really wouldnt go anywhere else!

Nice facility, 24 hr access, easy payment methods for convenience; including kiosk. Friendly-ish female associate can be rude, and will talk down to you if you bring call her out on something you dont agree with. Older gentleman I have seen there also is very very nice! Did go above and beyond when he didnt have to, and could have easily turned me away and offered no help at all. And he was NICE about it, when most people in the same place wouldnt be so. Prices are pretty much the same as most other storage units with similar sizes and amenities.

Great storage facility. Easily accessible yet still very secure and very clean.

My RV was broken in to less than a week after parking it there. Thieves broke down the exterior fence to gain access. Management refused to return my calls to discuss how they were going to improve security. I also rented a storage unit which required their special lock that I had to purchase from them. When I vacated the unit I had to return the lock with no refund. If zero stars was an option I would habe chosen it.
