Needed a new alternator for a 2000 Dodge Dakota.Part was the same price as if I bought it at AutoZone. needed a new battery too, it was actually less than AutoZone and their labor rate is excellent! They even cleaned up my battery terminal cables that I had Jimmy rig together with no additional charge. Dont be put off that they specialize in high performance cars they seemed happy to work on my old clunker.

I purchased a Mazdaspeed 6 that was modified by Smiley Autowerks from a person in Round Rock. Through a series of unfortunate events, the motor blew due to a incorrect tune (unrelated to the Smiley shop).Since The Mazda was built by this shop, it was only natural I take the car in, for their in-depth expertise in rebuilding the motor. The owner was very flexible and helped out my unfortunate situation tremendously.They got the Mazda back into working order, and corrected all of the laundry list of mechanical problems, and nursed the broken car all the way back into fighting shape, ready to run quarter-miles.The owner is a great person to work with, emulating all the qualities of a small town, no bull small business owner, versus some sleazy large chain or an overrated arrogant shop. The attention you get is great, and in addition to feeling like a customer, you get treated as an individual and not as simply incoming cash revenue.For anyone wanting their car turned into a monster, and speed around through the great state of Texas I would definitely recommend you to go to Smiley to get that build done for superb quality, however for a fair price, and with wonderful customer service.

Custom parts for the new civic Type R?The owners of shapeoko table top CNC had to fly out to interview Vince because he was CNCing car parts that has never been done before. Talk about breaking barriers.Anything turbo or non turbo bring your car here! Affordable turbo kits, in-house fabricators, custom in house CNC parts. I was just blown away of the type of work they are doing here and the quick turn around time at a reasonable price! You will not be disappointed! I’ve heard good things about this place from many people..... Soooo I decided to check it out. It was not enjoyable what so ever. They treat some customers better then others, I was the others side of that treatment. So I was told things other customers didn’t have to follow while at their shop.The lady there is super rude. I was not happy with anything. My vehicle had more problems leaving then when I arrived. I was very disappointed with all work and level of service done to my car.Also when you post a review that’s less then 5 stars to Smily autoworks on Google they lash out and post fake reviews.This is the final notice of correspondence.Any further retaliation from any employee or friend of Smily auto works will result in legal action.
