Comfortable shoes at affordable prices. Although, I wish their sitting benches had more room around them, maybe in front of the shoe bays towards the registers would be ideal. Still, it wont eliminate any stars. Nice job, Rack Room!

In and out. Had what i was looking for got the BOGO for 1/2 off. Overall average experience. Pretty good selection of shoes. I didnt get asked if i needed help but no big deal.

I ordered a shoe I liked in the women’s area because.. well I’m a woman (important) in a different color because they didn’t have it. The guy decides to order a men’s shoe in my women’s shoe size and didn’t tell me it only came in men’s sizes. Thanks for the heads up dude because I wasted a perfectly good bogo and have to make another trip to find a different shoe when I had originally loved the fit of the shoe I got. Management was sweet but I’m still upset at the issue because I was prepared to have some really nice work shoes and didn’t feel like there was a good enough resolve other than shopping again for another shoe and maybe losing a bogo if I don’t find one.

Jessica was very nice and helpful when we were trying to find the right pair of shoes. She looked up shoes that we wanted at other store locations, gave us options to order online, and helped us grab boxes that we needed from the top shelf.Great service all the way around.

The salesman Daniel was very helpful with me & my boys. Bouncing between my 11yr old & 7yr old plus answering all my questions turned Daniel into Superman in my book. I spend less here than I would at Kohls when I shop on their sales days. A break in life a momma definitely needs.

Nice verity of shoes

Friendly service, good selection, clean and accommodating with competitive prices. Just dont like all those extras to be pushed at the cash register. Dont want to join a shoppers club, dont want to contribute to some cause, just want to pay and leave.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes on the 6th. I called on the 7th because one of the pair of shoes were hurting my feet. I called and one of the ladies said I could exchange them for a bigger size, and they would hold them for 3 days. Well, on the 3rd day, I went in to exchange them. The young lady who was very helpful, started working on the transaction. Connie, the store manager grabbed them out of my hand and claimed they had been worn and they would not exchange them. The shoes I purchased had a rugged, grey, sole on the bottom, so they look used. Thats the way they came. She rushed me out of the store as if she was busy. The store was completely empty. I called when I got home and spoke to her. My wife heard her raising her voice at me while I was explaining to her the situation. She didnt want to hear it. She was very rude! I will not be going back there anymore.

Horrible staff, lady at the register was very condescending as soon as you walk in and would just follow you around staring, never asking if you needed any help. I planned on buying a couple sets of shoes there today but took my business elsewhere

As I went into Rack Room Shoes, for the first time, I was pushing my 9 month old daughter in her stroller. The front doors are not automatic, so it was a challenge getting through the door. As I struggled and made it in, I looked at the counter and two employees were standing there, watching me, doing absolutely nothing. No reason that they couldnt have walked over and helped open the door for a customer in need. We looked around, didnt find anything that fit my daughter, and on my way out, the same two employees, still standing behind the counter talking to each other, and watched me struggle to open the door and push the stroller out. Really?Terrible customer service, so I will never spend a dime in there!

They had a lot of different styles but not a lot of wide width in my size.

They dont have the shoes my dad got me in my size and to top it off I had to ride the bus all the way through Austin just to get to the only location in this city. The two by my house arent in Austin. This is terrible service in my opinion.

You can get a lot of these same shoes cheaper on Amazon, what keeps me coming back is the bogo and rewards points.

Theres never a big crowd but they never have the shoe size which is ok because they just deliver it to my house 2-3 says later..
