Low quality ingredients and taste is not that great. Overall, a pretty underwhelming experience.

This place is good but the heavy set African woman with the dreads is completely rude!! Saying things that don’t need to be said, the first time I let it go, but this is the second time she has an ugly attitude! You don’t know how bad I wanted to slap her across her face, just rude & stupid the way she talks to customers especially me!

The black lady there was terribly rude and obnoxious. she did not make me feel welcomed or even comfortable. she threatened to spit in my snow cone and made unneeded sarcastic remarks. i will never take my kids there again.

Would give it 5 stars for their picadilly but the afrian american woman working there with the red dreads is super rude making rude remarks & saying stuff that was very unprofessional made us feel really uncomfortable was really bad service on her behalf! Sad to say my family & I wont be going there anymore as long as shes there!

I love this place. They have the BEST snow cones. The ice is always so soft and more like snow. Over 200 flavors and they are never stingy with it! So flavorful. The Extreme Piccadilly and Mangonada are two of my new favorites.

They have soft ice and good flavors! A Small is $2 and a medium is $3. It’s a great deal for a good summer treat. They also have ice cream they put at the bottom which is amazing.

Theres a million bees everywhere to the point you cant even enjoy your snow cone. They attract the bees and they are flying all around - the moment your snow cone is made and they set it on the counter - theres instantly 3 to 6 bees zoning in on it that you have to fight and fend off to even pick up your snow cone. Its a real problem they dont seem to be worried about and i am not going back here

Extreme Mangonadas are delish! The staff are nice.

Took what seemed like forever to get one small strawberry snow cone - at least 10 minutes. My 4 year old and I were left standing in the heat waiting, along with many other people. I have never been to a place that takes thus long to make a snow cone.

I bring my little sisters to Mambo Freeze all the time, we love the flavors, the amount of syrup, and the prices!! However, recently they’ve been messing up our orders every single time we’ve gone. I tip every time regardless and try to be as understanding as possible given that I also work in the service industry, during busy times or super complicated orders, I understand a couple mistakes. Today, though, we were the only people in line - I order a large tigers blood mangonada without chamoy and two medium rainbows with ice cream. My mangonada was not tigers blood and came covered in chamoy, both of my sisters rainbows came without ice cream. I’m not sure if it was an error on the part of the girl taking our order not properly relaying the order, or on the girl making our order.We will be back, but next time I think I’ll have them repeat the order back before making it!

They have over 200 different flavors plus you can also add different toppings such as cream or ice cream. The ice they use is really soft and not hard like some other sno-cone places. The prices are very reasonable too and they do accept plastic which is pretty much expected everywhere. There is also a picnic table to enjoy the sno-cones, but I prefer to eat inside the H-E-B. The only bad thing is that they dont have any shade outside their stand. It would be a much better experience if there was a couple of umbrellas outside.
