I am very happy to say that Midwest TV & Appliance has the two appliances I needed to purchase in stock! How lucky am I? They are always courteous and helpful and their service department is also great.

I bought a fridge off the floor and delivery would be 4 days out so my husband and friend picked it up. The fridge was plugged in all day and all night but still never cooled down. We got the run-around and I went in bought a new fridge and again my husband and friend went and got the new one. Twice my husband had to call and explain to his work since I do day are it was very important to have a working fridge.They acted hostile and rude even the girl at the desk at check out was rude. They never apologized and when the men came to pick up the old fridge they left grease all over my door ways and doors.. They were not kind or friendly what so ever. Next time I will not shop local with them. Lesson learned

Very friendly staff and prompt service. Been looking for a small freezer just to find out theres non to be had because of covid. Called them last night to find out they had what I was looking for. I was willing to pay for it over the phone just so it would be available first thing in the morning. The sales person said that wasnt necessary that it was mine. Sure enough when I got there this morning it had sold on it with my name. I would recommend them for your next purchase.

Very helpful! Safety measures during the pandemic were also evident, including the salesperson wearing a mask and maintaining a safe distance from us while telling us about the dishwasher we wanted to purchase. When that dishwasher we wanted wasnt in stock, the salesperson offered up the floor model for a discount. That, along with delivery and installation being available for the following week is what ultimately sold us on Midwest.

Very knowledgeable. Walked in with model number of refrigerator and they knew right away what it looked like. It died and I was in desperate need of a new one. Was able to purchase a new refrigerator and picked it up within two hours. I love my new French doors with the freezer on the bottom. Thanks to my SIL who was able to help with the pick-up and he installed it.

A good place to buy appliances in an old fashioned setting of talking to a salesperson and finding out the pros and cons of an appliance. Much better experience than the big box stores. Majority of the sales people seem to know what they are selling. There are a few outstanding sales people that have been here for many years.

We made a stop in over the weekend ready to purchase a GE Café dual fuel double oven range. I did all my research online but being a business owner in a small town I wanted to support our local stores. Not sure what the problem was, maybe because I wasn’t dress to impress but no one acknowledged we were there. We even walked past two sales associates and three people sitting at desks, and not a single welcome or hello or can I help you. Not to mention we walked around not once but two full rounds. No one said anything to us till we were leaving. We finally got a goodbye, thanks for stopping. I would take your business somewhere else but maybe you’ll have better luck or maybe they’ll see this review and do better business. We were very disappointed in our experience. We purchased the range we wanted somewhere else and excited to see it in or brand new kitchen!

Salesman Jake spent almost an hour helping me pick and price out a refrigerator. He could not have been more patient with my questions and was very well informed about the products Midwest sells. Very interesting learning about the green egg line of grills they retail as well.

Stopped to get a Weber Grill, it was on sale for 439$ Asked for help and the lady said she would send help..I stood there nobody came. I asked again she shrugged. So I left and gave my business to a big box store. I always rather buy from local places but that was the rudest place Ive ever been!

I bought a Maytag dishwasher. I researched it online, called them and Marc helped me out, they had one in stock, went and paid for it. It was delivered and the delivery guys brought it and were very professional and excellent. There was a little snag on our end but those guys went out of their way and got my dishwasher running for me. Thanks so much guys!! I love the Maytag Heritage dishwasher already, great machine! Came in at 540 pm to get a washer coupler. Guy says, i dont know, you have to come back when the parts guy is here from 8-5. That would have been nice to add to the site so I didnt waste my time coming out here and leaving disappointed. Better yet, having a knowledgeable staff during business hours would be great

This is the second time Ive been here buying TVs and appliances. They work hard to do better than just match other stores prices. Mark helped me get the best prices and get rebates on top of that. The appliances were available within a week. The only thing that I didnt like was that I had to call and find out if they had the appliances available instead of them calling me and letting me know. Overall would highly recommend this place for best prices and great salesmen.

We have purchased many appliances and most recently our new Weber grill. We are extremely happy to have a local appliance store with excellent customer service. Most recently, Cathy was our sales person and knew her grills. Happy to be a repeat customer!!

If they had a zero star I would give that.by far the worst service I have ever delt with.waiting over three weeks for a range I still havent received promised three different times it would be here and nothing but excuses.they want to tell me how great they are but do absolutely nothing to deliver the product I ordered.

Tried to buy local. Stop in around, 8:00pm sale person more concerned about the next day than a sale. Went to Best Buy the next day and saved about $200.00 on the exact same appliance. Will try again someday, still want to buy local

Walked in knowing they closed in 7 minutes because I only had a quick question to ask on my way home today. I was greeted by a man who stood up and looked at his watched and said we close in 5 minutes. Great way to welcome a guest. Not impressed. Will not step foot in the business again. Oh, and he couldnt answer my question, although my patience were worn pretty thin at that point.

Very unhappy about how a damaged item was handled. I’m expected to wait 1-2 weeks to get another so they don’t have to pay freight. I can just get one cheaper and faster online myself. Why go through the bother, I’ve made three trips to the store for one item which I don’t even have know. I should have just ordered online in the first place but I was trying to shop local. Now I pay with gas and time.

Currently looking for a washer/dryer combo. Was there about a week and a half ago to look a discuss price and was advised to take a look at your website about availability and price. Kind of hard to do when EVERYTHING ON YOUR WEBSITE SAYS CALL FOR BEST PRICE! You guys were recommended to me by one of your repeat customers but I feel as if I just dodged a bullet.

I was just there intending to replace all my appliance. Sales guy comes over and I tell him what Im looking for. Not sure what happened but everything I wanted seemed to make him mad. Pretty soon hes yelling at me. When I asked questions he spoke down to me.

Walked in pointed to the one I wanted and walked out with, they even proceeded matched homedepot. Definitely going to go back.

Purchase a $2500 refrigerator from Midwest appliance in November 2011 And now it is eight years old and has quit completely and I tried to get my local service man to service it but he said Samsung will not let him service it I have to go to the dealer. Called Midwest appliance and they said I’m out of their service area. I said what do I do? They said call Samsung or buy a new refrigerator. Thanks for nothing. Would never have bought this refrigerator there if I had known they wouldn’t service it!

The whole point of having a webpage is for consumers to shop. Why do I have to call for best price? Save the consumer time. Put the prices on the web page.

These guys are extremely experienced and helpful. They carry a huge array of appliances and the parts to repair them down the road. They MAY be a bit more expensive then the big box retail stores, but their service more than makes up for it. Have a problem with something, just give them a call, Im sure they can be of assistance!

I know they are there to try to sell something but to be approached by 3 different sales associates in 5 minutes is a bit much. Then to have one keep coming over repeatedly even after I said i didnt need help. Not the friendliest associate either. Kinda rude.
