Kind of pricey for me so I hit Walgreens instead

Standard Sephora. Wife and I went in to buy cologne and perfume. The 2 sales girls didnt talk to us or offer assistance other than to turn off the theft alarm stuck to one of the cologne boxes that kept going off. Otherwise, they seemed irritated that we were there. We still had fun smelling all the scents and we purchased 1 each.

They were clean & welcoming....Altho they have a wide array of products they did not have the hair pic comb I was looking for at this time.

I came in the other day and was greeted right away by a friendly guy with amazing eyebrows👏 He asked me if I needed help finding anything but at the time I didnt. Lindsey later assisted me and she went above and beyond to help me find the best deals! Definitely the best help Ive had from any sephora member from all of the sephoras Ive visited.

Staff was friendly, but their prices were so high it was ridiculous. NO comparison to online shopping. Sad 😢

I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN! RUDE MALE associate approaches my sister and I with our children, mind you them not touching anything, and doesnt ask if we need help but then proceeds to tell us to make sure the kids dont touch anything because they have to sanitize it, first off they should be doing that regardless. Secondly I approached him telling him he just lost my business there and he told me that the makeup was worth more then my business! Shame on you! Never again. Shaming customers who have children!

Went there last Saturday to get perfume. When I saw the male staff, not sure if wanted to go in, but thinking, well Ill give it another try. I said hi to him, but he TURNED AROUND & WALKED AWAY. Mind you, this is not my first nasty experience with this guy! One time he even told me to find someone else when I only asked a quick question. Turned out my friends at work had similar experiences with him. Other staff kind of hit and miss also, though not as extreme as this guy. From now on Im going to Ulta. Cant understand how Sephora can hire someone like that.

The last time I went in I was one of a few customers, I went in found what I needed and stood at the checkout. I waited for five minutes while one worker was sweeping the floor one was changing garbages and one was with a customer. Really disappointed that I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged for such a long time. Ulta will be my go to place now.
