Phenomenal experience. My wife and I saved tons of money on our new bed, and we were treated fairly, and no one tried to upsell us. All in all it was very stress free. Upon delivery, which was timely, one of the gentlemen brought a nick on the stairs to my attention, and took responsibility for it. After that, the owner contacted me directly, without prompt. He immediately made it right. I wish more businesses would respect customers the way PM does. Thank you very much!

Such a nice experience! Called them to see if they had what I wanted in stock, and they did, so I drove there right away, and the gentleman loaded it into my truck and used the tie downs to tie it down in the truck because I had no idea what I was doing! He also gave me a better product for the original quoted price because they ended up not having the specific brand in stock. Will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade our mattress!

Really great service! We came in knowing we wanted a queen sized firm mattress, but didnt really have any other preferences. The guys at PM had the perfect mix of knowledgeable explanations, and being hands off so we could compare mattresses on our own. We had expected delivery in a few days, but they were able to drop it off within an hour of choosing our mattress! Delivery guys were also sweet and even had a dog treat for our pup!

I absolutely, 100% HIGHLY recommend this business for a new bed! My husband and I were on a tight budget and timeline to find a bed that would suit our needs. Wed shopped four or five other mattress stores before finding PM Sleep Center. We walked in on a Saturday and happened to speak to the business owner, Mark. We told him what we needed and our budget. He brought us to the beds that fit our criteria, invited us to lay down on them, and then left us alone to make our decision. He didnt hover, and he didnt put on any sales push...at all! Mark was very welcoming and helpful when we asked questions, and he was personable. As for pricing, from what wed seen compared to other bed stores, PM Sleep beats the competition! Awesome prices on beds!The queen sized bed we wanted to buy wasnt available to take home with us, but Mark assured us it had already been ordered and would be delivered to our new apartment the following Friday. We had made arrangements for the delivery to arrive while we were moving in. The delivery guys were prompt and professional. Theyd set up the bed frame, box spring and mattress in under 20 minutes. Ive already recommended PM Sleep Center to our friends, and I wouldnt hesitate to buy there again! Very happy customers here!

We had a great experience with Al M. at PM Sleep Center when searching for a new bed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked us thoughtful questions to get us started, then left us alone to try the various beds.We shopped around, but found that his service was great and the prices were reasonable. We ended up purchasing a bed from him.Delivery was great--the drivers phoned in advance by request and then quickly assembled the new bed. They were polite and careful. It was a great experience.

Good selection of futons, so your holiday guests dont have to sleep on the floor, or in the bathtub. Very helpful loading on my trailer, but they offer delivery too.

They have great bedroom furniture at reasonable prices. Found the same exact night stands at 2 places and PM sleep center was more than $100 less on both pieces. Very helpful staff and good location.

I bought a bedroom set from PM Sleepcenter. Loved it. Waited 6 weeks for it.I figured it was worth the wait to get good quality furniture. It would have been if it would have been good quality furniture. It was not.The manufacturer was Wolfcraft. The first problem was that one of the dressers had a big flaw in the wood right in the front. I contacted the store before the delivery men left and the store says keep it,use it like you normally would and well order you another one and deliver it when it comes in.I was disappointed but figured they would make it right so I wait. After 2 months still no call from the store saying my dresser is in so I call them. They say yes its in and will be delivered in 2 days. It gets here and the delivery men take it upstairs to my room and I look at it and there is a big run in the stain right in the front between the top 2 drawers. I call the store and again they say theyll send me a $50.00 check to make it right or order me another one. Well I dont think that is acceptable. They finally offer $75.00 or a replacement. I am tired of waiting and whats to say number 3 will be any better.How did these 2 dressers leave the factory like this? I will go elsewhere for my next purchase and I will make sure the manufacturer is not Wolfcraft.On the upside the delivery men were very good I would recommend them to anyone
