Used 6 hours in my time. 3 hours in the loaded. 3 hours go to CAT scale. Go to back reload and loaded one more time. I was telling him in problems that load. Because they have scale. But they need that the βCAT scaleβ
First time pick up. My appointment 10 pm but I reached there 2 pm and checked in. They give me door after 30 minutes and load me in 2 hours.On site scale available for axle to axle .Parking available.Portable bathroom available.Nice experience.Thanks
Beer pick up (dry load). Saturday early morning. Checked in 6-7 hours before appointment. Got the door right the way. Loaded in less then hour. OVERNIGHT PARKING AVAILABLE. SCALE AXLE BY AXLE on the property.
So far this is one of the worst places to get a load from. Loading guys take their sweet time loading. Takes up to 5+hrs to get loaded.OTR drivers be ready to waste your whole day and loose money+time.Parking is good, Docks ok.No scale. 45k beer loads.

Decent loading. I always plan on at least 2 hrs to load. Plan on waiting if yiu are late for your appointment. Ive sat for 30 from arrival to 8 hrs, eeally just depends on how busy they are. Unbeknownst to me, my appointment was at 0800 this morning, checked in at 1600 pm. Loaded amd scaled out 1945. Ive also been 12+ hrs early and been loaded. Good facility overall. Parl across the street, tham check in. Porta John outside around towards the back. Scale available east of docks past all yhe dropped trailers.

As long as youre not late to your appt time they will get you in a dock in decent time. Even if youre a few hours early. Just dont be late or youll be work in.

I had a 17:00 appt time, arrived at 15:00, in dock at 16:00 loaded at 17:00. People in office are not the rude people everyone is saying. Park across street walk in gate and check into office by door 12. Follow their instructions and you wont have any problems.
Its an excellent Warehouse. The best. Every warehouse wishes it could be as good as this warehouse. Lots of storage space, high ceilings, cement floor. Everything one would want in a warehouse. Incredible.
The place is huge. There are 3 different gates and 4 different offices to check in at. If you never been here before youll go building to building trying to find the right one to check in at. I go to one building. Man says wrong building, go to other building. I go to other building. He let me sign in and then tell me go drive back around to other building and park across street and walk across street to other building. I then do all that and check in at 3rd building. Broker tell me its first come first serve between 7am and 3pm for pickup. I find out its by appointment only and my appointment is at 4pm. I arrived at 6:50 am. They say they may be able to work me in but highly unlikely because its Friday and there are over 20 trucks waiting to be loaded now. So now its 11 am and I am still just sitting wasting my day.
Been here for over 7 hours so far. Lots of trucks waiting. There is parking if you want to get here early.
The load was 4,000 pounds heavier than what was posted on the load board. They did not include dunnage in the weight posted on the load board. Listed weight 38k, actual weight 42k.They made me sign a bunch of stuff stating the I would strap the load and use dunnage to secure the load. Van drivers dont carry dunnage around with them. I just put a strap across the back. There are also notes on the bills stating that it is the drivers responsibility to not allow the load to be exposed to extreme cold or extreme heat. There were so many requirements listed for this load I cant remember them all. None of this stuff was listed on the loadboard. The only comments on the loadboard were the pickup numbers.I arrived at 1600 for an 1800 appointment. They said they were running behind and may be late to get me into a dock. They called me with a dock 30 minutes before my appointment at 1730. I was loaded in about 30 minutes.Lots of parking, lots of room to back into dock. They have an axle scale at the exit. This place was really busy when I was there.

Hope this review gets to the head office and finally starts wrapping pallets well and putting air bags between the trailer and the load.they save money wrapping one layer of pallets and do not put air bags make you sign a document that the cargo is well loaded and in good condition if you donβt want to sign they will just unload the cargo back and when asked to put the bags they answer we will not do this as a result, no matter how carefully you did not travel your cargo will be shifted and spoiled and there will be big problems during delivery I would not write this review if it was the first time the fourth regular load and again a problem during delivery
11/16/20 I got a load at this place, I tell them to be very happy with them because my appointment was at 1pm and they gave me the door at 7:30 am and I left at 9:50 am and the staff worked very Attentive I give you a 100

The one in lacrosse wi needs to be overhauled of its procedures. Sat for over 8 hours at that horrible place. No restrooms, nothing but two people behind a glass saying well get to you when we can.Put this place on your never again list.
Busy lot with trucks and trailers parked everywhere. Since I didnt load out of here, I cant speak to their efficiency.

WARNING! You must first park across the street (big empty paved lot) from the facility then walk over & check in by door 12. You will be turned away if you immediately drive onto the property & try to check in. Other than this particular rule this place was very accommodating. I thought I was 2 hours late for my pickup but according to the person checking drivers in I was actually many many hours early. Either way, the staff was able to get me into a door 1.5 hours after arrival & I was loaded 1.5 hours after backing into a door. In total I spent less than 4 hours here. I was very pleased. You will need straps or bars. WARNING! They DO NOT provide those plastic protective walls that Budweiser or Coors tend to provide. Be careful when tightening your straps. I used corner protectors that you see the flatbedders often use.UPDATE AS 9/13/19ROAD CLOSURE due construction in the area. Careful when it is dark as you do not want to turn into a residential area. Trip plan carefully and double check Google Maps as this will show you what streets are closed. Also, this facility does have a SCALE on site.

Yesterday I picked up the load at this company. I had an appoitment at 8:00, I arrived at 7:45 and I was waiting in line because there were 3 drivers before me. I approached the window at 8:12. Shipper gave me dock number 53, so I took back and waited almost 3 hours for loading. When I asked why they were not loading me, I was told that I was 12 minutes late. Very mean and unpleasant service in this company. Avoid this company.

Easy check in easy loading average time was 3 hrs the previous drivers said there was a scale but I never saw it make sure you hv straps or load locks because you will have to sign paperwork saying you have secured the load also there is overnight parking you need to park across the street then go check inStay safe drivers

Show respect and you shall earn respect.All truckers need to park across the street before you check in. When you are checking in, please read the posters on the wall. It clearly states the rules of the facility. If you donβt follow these rules, you get a bad experience. The staff didnβt tell me all the rules.For me, my eta was 13 hours before my appointment time so I called warehouse and they rescheduled my appointment time. If you will be too early or late, please call them and let them help you figure out a solution. Donβt show up and expect magic.Staff were very fast to offload my trailer. They are respectful and professional.

Its OK. Make sure to come a little before your appt and park across the street from the driveway. Walk to door next to dock 12. They dont seem to be the quickest but its OK. Hard to hear in the S.O. though.

Follow the rules and it shouldnβt be too much of an issue. Park outside on the lot. Check in before your appt time. Back up. You can chill in your truck until they unload. Overnight parking is available.

Ive loaded there twice in the last month, both times I was in and out in under 2 hours. Dont show up more than an hour ahead of your appointment time youll probably just set.

The guy at shipping told me that I was late even though I was dispatched as being able to pick up from 1500-2359.
Truck driving. Sometimes youll get to that one location where youre treated as less than human. Thankfully it isnt terribly cold out. Theres no indoor restrooms for drivers. Thankglfully theres drivers willing to haul anything from this place. Otherwise Im sure theyd be hauled right out. Need I mention theres one portapotty for about 25 people.
Poor customer service. Zero courteousy, very standish, arrogant, rude people represent this company. If their employees act that way then it tells alot about management as well. Too bad there are no negative stars on this app. They dont deserve even one star. Besides my wait time was 5 and half hours before they gave me a dock. Disastrous business.
This place sucks. You will be waiting for a while. Every time I come here, never got loaded before midnight, only been here 3 times. No matter when I get here, could be 10 am, dont matter. Deserves -5 stars. And the staff are rude, they offer a dirty Porter potty, I just use the parking lot, a little cleaner
The shipping office is apparently overrun by gay men who spend all day entertaining themselves by using passive-aggressive abuse to cause problems for the drivers. One of them refused to give me my bill because he wanted to argue with me about some stupid little misunderstanding he had manufactured, so I went back out to my truck, emailed the agent, and sat in my loaded truck waiting. 30 minutes later they called me back in and gave me my bill no problem, but then the original troublemaker came out to my truck as i was about to leave and tried to start another fuss in the parking lot by claiming Id been upset earlier, when the real reason I left was because HE was agitated and upset. So i just closed my window and pulled away without a word.This whole time there was another driver who was working on his FOURTH dock assignment because the first THREE docks they gave him were already occupied. He, like me, was already short on hours and needing everything to go well to make on time delivery. The worst part is people like these shipping office clowns behave this way all day long outside the view of management, causing unseen problems and increased costs for their employers, then they turn around and demand equal pay.

Serious attitude with receiving lady...i swear she needs lessons on manners. Thank god shes no longer workn the shippn dept. Other than that, other lady where they issue you docks...is a helpful, polite individual.

Told by broker its 24 hour open loading. Shipper says I had an 0100 appt yesterday. 6 trucks in front of me. 21 other trucks are late as well. That sounds awfully fishy to me.Avoid this place. Too many shippers out there to be lied to.

Outstanding Customer Service
First mistake was me accepting a load that was cancelled by another carrier...because of this, they had to βwork me inβ. The original appointment was midnight the night before I accepted the load. I arrived at 5pm CDT and sat outside in their parking lot until 11:40pm when I got a door.Now, you would think that the problem was me getting a cancelled load, nope, all the other drivers that were there in the lot before I arrived had just gotten loaded just before I got my door and some were still sitting in their doors while I backed in.I only went into the building twice and you could hear a pin drop. I didnβt see any movement by loaders operating forklifts and loading trucks. They couldβve been on break, however, the wait times for trucks getting loaded tell me otherwise.Maybe it was just one of those days. Who knows. But the fact that I had to wait so long and the fact that this is such a big building and they donβt let drivers use any of their restrooms, they have to use a Porto potty which is half way down the other side of the building, is why I give this place a 1 Star rating.
