Staff was friendly. Nice atmosphere. Well stocked with what we were looking for.

Nice place, cozy environment. Nice staff, not always that busy, nice to go if you also want some coffee, they have a Starbucks inside it so that makes for a nice touch. But overall I would say one of the better bookstores out there, they also carry a bunch of possible gift ideas there and have everything a kid would want for Christmas

Very nice B&N location. Lots of selection from books to DVDs to figures & more. Also has a cafe. It is also part of a mall, which is easy to walk right into from this store.

Chill atmosphere, great place to study and parouse the selection of media. To my delight I found out they have a vinyl selection.

It was nice to go out to the mall and not have to wear a mask again. It was also great to go into Barnes and Noble and look through their audio-visual Center

Stood there for about 5 mins. Had a male worker walk by me and didnt greet/say anything. Then had the female worker walk up only to still not say anything! These young kids need a lesson or two about how to treat customers.

Love this place! Beautiful library, every genre and plenty selections. Barnes and Noble follows COVID-19 protocols and practices social distancing very well. There are toys, childrens books, vinyls and records, a Starbucks, and more! Loved Barnes and Noble ever since I was a child :)

Prices are a bit high but you cant beat a bookstore. Pretty decent selection of vinyl and an amazing selection of books. My kids love it here which is awesome in the days of technology.

I love books & bookstores..but I was shocked to find out there are very few of the smaller size paperbacks to be found. Now its mostly what used to be called a trade paperback size & for twice the money! $16 for one! Saddened me.

We tried to shop at the La Crosse Barnes and Noble..used to enjoy browsing and purchasing books for self and family. The clerks at this location were rude, unhelpful, disrespectful, and lazy...more interested in their social interactions than working...This store is going down hill..Im not renewing membership..Goodbye 👋!!!!

It seems like no matter what type of book im looking for they always have a really great selection to choose from. Thanks Barnes and Nobles also for hiring friendly knowledgable staff.

Magical place

Barnes & Noble is crack for me. Im always finding books that I never realized that I need in my personal library lol. You dont want to know how many books and ebooks I have ☺. This B&N has got to be my favorite location. My husband and I park near here because we walk in, buy books, walk the mall to our favorite restaurant, and walk back through B&N to buy more books before heading home. Theres something to be said about having a physical book to read. This store is clean, well lit, plenty of places to sit and enjoy a great book. Plus, the scent of books and coffee is comforting. Ok, now I have to go back because there are books calling me to bring home lol

I buy a book every Christmas from there, for a gift, love there store.

Its a barnes and noble. The 2 star rating comes from the fact the staff is lousy at helping, and only 1 cashier with a long line while 3-4 other employees stand around and chat. Not sure why, in the age of online purchasing, B&N continue to charge MSRP on books.

Great selection of books and general merchandise. The atmosphere is very welcoming and homely even with the size. The customer service was amazing, even if they didnt have what I was looking for, they were very helpful. The coffee and food here is also amazing! Another aspect I enjoy is the fact that one can read the books a bit to be sure it is something that intruiges one to buy it. Very clean, and always smells amazing and like books too.

Love this bookstore. So much variety in not only books but unique games and toys as well. I actually found pretty pretty princess here last time too! Kind of cool to find a game from my childhood that my daughter can enjoy now. She is 4 and she loves it!

My son and I visit Barnes and noble regularly. I love the store and having a book store available near my home. There is so much to look at and more than just books there. I hope they are never shutdown due to the rise in online purchasing and the cultural changes. Theyre wonderful!!

Very friendly helpful staff anf decent selection.

Perfect haunt on a rainy afternoon. Needed to read Educated for book club, and was recommended that I might like to buy it vs getting at the library by other members of our club. Of course, I sat down with 5 books after getting help from staff on a couple of gifts. While sitting there, another staff person walked by and commented on my selections, again with helpful suggestions. I am a happy B&N member.

The best bookstore around. Just bought my daughter some things from here for Xmas. Friendly staff and pretty good movie section too. Have found some more uncommon films there.

This is not my home store, but its always clean and friendly. Sometimes the lines are slow, but overall Ive had really good experiences.
