Felt extremely judged when we walked in after getting off a flight and realizing we forgot a tie for a wedding. We felt passed off onto an employee from the ladies at the front counter, but giving a 3 star review because the woman who actually helped us was beyond considerate. Was considering renting a full suit but not after the initial judgemental vibe.

I bought my prom dress here, and was set on getting my wedding dress from The Wedding Tree as well. We ended up getting our bridesmaid dress, and tuxes! I’ve loved being there since the first time getting my prom dress ♥️

Ordered a tux here for a wedding and it was significantly higher priced than the same tuxes for the rest of the groomsmen at a different store. They also received a $25 deposit back and the wedding tree took the whole thing. Over priced do not shop there!

I found the most gorgeous wedding dress here!! My consultant was wonderful, and I loved that I was actually able to browse through all the dresses here. They have a huge selection, the dressing area is set up really nicely, and we had so much fun! I will definitely be back for bridesmaid dresses and tuxes!!!

I cant say enough about my experience. I let our consultant, Mel, know what I wanted and the first dress she picked out ended up being The One. She was so comfortable to work with and the rest of the staff were so friendly, especially with my many questions. I received so many compliments on my dress, I felt like a princess. You will not be disappointed here!

The women are pretty nice, patient, and helpful. However, after buying your dress there is less of a priority to make you feel special and are directed to try your dress on downstairs with the carpet (which isnt super clean). I am grateful to have dress storage there though!

I had such an awesome experience at The Wedding Tree with Mel as my stylist. She was supportive and made me feel comfortable. She never pushed a sale and was very knowledgeable. I came in expecting a certain type of dress but then didnt like those styles on me. This could have lead to a very stressful experience but it didnt as Mel helped me find the right style and I was able to find the perfect dress. I was very impressed with the selection and customer service. I have already recommended The Wedding Tree and Mel to my engaged friends who asked about my experience as well.

I bought my wedding dress from here and my bridesmaids bought their dresses from here. Both experiences have been amazing and we will be back to shop for my moms dress and to visit their suit/tux area in the back!

I had a wonderful afternoon trying on and finding my wedding dress. My consultant, Kathy, was friendly, helpful, and very fun to work with. I was able to try a wide variety of dresses to make sure I found my perfect dress. Having a room to not only change, but view the dresses with my small group really helped make the time special. The Wedding Tree was extremely accommodating when booking our Bridesmaids appointment. We initially had a date to look at dresses back in May of 2020. Due to COVID everything was shut down. During that time I sent them many many messages about designers, colors, and dresses. The wonderful staff took my color scheme and put it to life. They dressed many mahicans in the colors I had inquired about. Which was an A+ for me as I am a very visual person. I was able to eventually book my appointment to get the girls in. The Wedding Tree was able to book off a time for only us as we have many girls with us. They were very attentive and accommodating. They helped the girls pick out many fabulous dresses. But, it did not stop there. I still sent many messages after asking about colors, the designers, and several calls about when they will be in. They accommodated another appointment for the girls to come in and try their dresses on prior to taking them. Even though I was a Bridezilla and sent close to 50 messages they treated me with respect and acted like I was their only Bride. Deb and Mel are truly angels!!! They make that place what it is along with all the other wonderful workers. I unfortunately did not get my wedding dress there as I had a specific wedding designer that they do not carry. But I would recommend anyone to get their wedding dress there as well. I know they have a huge selection that covers all looks and styles. Also I do have to say Im impressed with their bigger ladies section. No its not as big as the size 10 selection but they did offer more then other stores I had looked into! Good job ladies! You sure created a gem!

I bought my Morilee, Laura style wedding dress from here. Im giving the Wedding Tree 5 stars, because I absolutely love Kathy who helped me find the style that I found on Morilees website. Shes kind, funny, extremely helpful and honest. You wont find any fake sales tactics with her :) I wouldnt have wanted to work with ANYONE else.Please note though, in the basement of the Wedding Tree shop, there are independent seamstresses who offer alterations for dresses that are not employees of The Wedding Tree, but are recommended by The Wedding Tree. Unfortunately, my ending experience with one of the seamstresses ending up being extremely frustrating and caused me a great amount of stress about 30 minutes before I walked down the isle. I had done one last fitting a week before the wedding and my seamstress put pins at the hips of my dress to be taken in a bit, so the dress fit right, guaranteed it would be taken care of without a problem when I picked up my dress on the wedding day- I paid for the service before it was completed. My mistake- I was poked by the pins where she had marked my wedding dress for alterations and either she decided not to do it, or just literally forgot to finish my dress. Either way, I had an unfinished wedding dress on my wedding day. It made me extremely angry and regretful that I trusted them with my dress. I never received an apology and it was extremely unprofessional. I said yes to the dress last weekend and it was an amazing experience! I found my perfect dress the first time shopping here and I couldnt be happier about everything. I didnt even look at the price until after I picked my dress and it was way cheaper than I was anticipating. Kathy was wonderful to work with! She made me feel comfortable, she was very helpful and friendly, and made the whole experience extremely smooth and easy!

I loved my experience at the Wedding Tree and cannot say enough about how great Mel is! She makes you feel comfortable while trying on dresses and knows exactly what looks best for your body shape. I would highly recommend choosing the Wedding Tree for a stress free shopping experience!

Went there for a wedding dress with no idea what I wanted. We had tessa and she was amazing! Felt like she was our best friend the entire time. She pulled some beautiful dresses. Held the dress for visuals when it couldnt be clipped. We accidentally picked a few dresses that were too small, she didnt say a word and just got me into it because I was so excited to try it (just the zipper had to be left open). Ended up trying one on that I never thought Id love that she pulled (based off a dress we pulled)but I absolutely loved it. Going to go back to buy it soon. Hopefully the dress buying process goes just a smooth.

We visited today to look at tux and suite options. Were greeted and taken care of immediately. All of our questions were answered and we felt very valued. We did not have an appointment and the store was quite busy, yet we had all of the attention we needed and were accommodated very well. Using our gift card was also easy. Thank you Wedding Tree!

I had my first wedding dress appointment here and had a wonderful experience. They helped me narrow down what I wanted and didnt pressure me at all. I didnt end up buying my dress here, but if I had found the one I wouldnt have hesitated to purchase from this shop.

I could literally write a small novel on how impressed I was with the Wedding Tree/the Court. But as a type A perfectionist, I was nervous about the idea of a wedding. They made getting married truly about my husband and I having the perfect day. They went above and beyond making us feel so special. The entire team was spectacular, but Kelli, Haleigh, and Holly will hold a special place in my heart for making my day so unforgettable.

I booked an appointment and when I arrived, I had to wait over 10 minutes for the consultant to meet with me. The consultant never introduced herself, and I still do not know what her name was. I was asked what styles of bridal gowns preferred and I felt I had to fight tooth and nail to even try on the type of gowns I wanted to try on. I was very specific I wanted absolutely no tool and I didnt like lace on a dress. The consultant brought in so many dresses that were exactly what I said I did not want. The consultant, I felt was not personable and her attitude was off-putting from the start; that made me not enjoy the appointment from the beginning. I felt the consultant was very annoyed with me because I didnt like the dresses. Ive heard good things from this place, but if you are in the La Crosse area, I would recommend Charlottes.

Depends on what youre looking for. If you want the full service, beautiful shop with lots of selection look no further. Just be sure you have the budget. They have designer dresses with the tags to match.

I had a terrible experience there today, attempting to pick out bridesmaids dresses. It was more or less a free for all with really no service whatsoever. I, the bride, was left to try to clip my maids into their dresses and navigate the different colors for each dress. We were the only ones in the store but were seemingly a non-priority for the staff. Despite preferring one of the dresses there, we are taking our business elsewhere and recommend you do also.

I had a great experience with The Wedding Tree. I bought my wedding dress here, and we also rented our tuxes here. I worked with several staff members, and every single one was friendly and helpful. This was the third place I looked at wedding dresses, and by far the best. I received so many compliments on my dress, and I absolutely loved it. I used Cathy for alterations, and she was great as well!

As more time has passed, I am more and more upset about my experience at the Wedding Tree, and wish I would have gone just about anywhere else to buy my dress. I was planning a small, simple wedding with my now-husband, so I actually ended up looking at a lot of bridesmaid dresses, including the one I ultimately decided on. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars rather than 1 is because of one of the girls helping me that day. The first girl quickly lost interest, I’m sure because she wasn’t seeing enough dollar signs. Wasn’t the end of the world. I picked a dress, picked a color, and left after an overall unremarkable experience. I went back a few weeks later to try the dress on after it arrived. First, it was the wrong color (white, not ivory). Apparently the staff there thought I was color blind. They insisted it was ivory. Whatever, I let it go. But the bust of the dress looked...indescribably bad. The fit was terrible. I spoke with the woman who did alterations, and her advice to me was to “wear a really padded bra.” Then she informed me that she wouldn’t even be the one doing alterations if I insisted on them, because she “only works on bride’s dresses. Not bridesmaid dresses.” Had I not already paid a good portion of the cost of the dress, I probably would have just left. But, I paid for the remainder and left without another word. I found a wonderful seamstress who fixed the horrible-looking bust, thankfully. Overall, this was a pretty terrible experience. I’m not one to get too worked up about the superficial stuff...but what should’ve been an exciting, special day with my mom was ruined by a bunch of shallow, materialistic snobs. Just because I am not the type of girl to blow my life savings on a wedding doesn’t mean I didn’t deserve to feel just as special as any other bride. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone.

They are so professional, but honest. They really helped my sister find the perfect dress (in under and hour!) Gave advice on how to make he figure really pop in the dress. The prices are also great. We worked with Kathy and she was amazing

I recently was married and had a great experience with the staff at The Wedding Tree. We worked with a few different staff members and everyone was helpful and nice. I shopped in both the regular dress area as well as the Upstairs Couture which were both really fun and the selection was great. We also purchased the bridesmaids, mothers dresses, flower girls, and tuxes from the Wedding Tree and had a great experience with all of these things. The mothers were really impressed with the selection available. Our wedding planning experience wouldnt have been nearly what it was without the Wedding Tree!

Gina was amazing. I had the best experience out of all the bridal salons I had been to and ended up driving the 4 hours back to purchase my dress. They had a good selection and so many pretty dresses in my low budget range.

Kathy was so wonderful when we were there a couple weeks ago. She acted like she had all the time in the world for us and was so funny! She made us feel very welcome and helped me find my perfect dress. Thanks Kathy!!

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I forgot her name but the lady that helped me find the perfect dress made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I picked the dress that she chose out and I am absolutely in love with it. I would definitely recommend The Wedding Tree.

The service here is great, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the dress selection is equal to or better than shops in a big city. Very few stores would go to the lengths The Wedding Tree goes to in order to ensure everything is A+ for the customers big day. You dont have to go very far to find the dress and service of your dreams!

I had a great experience here this spring purchasing my dress. I felt like I could look around, try things on, and felt zero pressure. I do not like being harassed via phone and email after I leave a place- and I felt so good about the dress I found that we bought it on the spot with no drama. I was called right away when it came in, was able to come and try it on before even setting up a fitting appointment. I was measured correctly and will need minor adjustments. Thank you for a great experience so far.

I recently was at the The Wedding Tree to find that perfect dress and it was a success!!! The selection and range of prices was great! Something for everyone! The experience was so much fun! Kathy was sooo helpful and great to work with! I was there for over 3 hours and didnt feel any pressure to hurry up and pick something. Everyone that I worked with was terrific!

I cant post enough about my awesome & amazing consultant, Mel.She helped me find my perfect dress & let me try on as many as I wanted.She allowed my bridesmaid to take pictures so I would be able to show my friends and family.She also took our littlest memeber of the group (4 year old) and completely included her in the experience.I absolutely loved everything about my experience here. I absolutely love Mel & highly recommend her!!The best part? She also loves Pugs just as much as me!!When I came back to pick up my dress rhe consultants were super awesome as well but I dont remember their names.Thank you Wedding Tree for making my experience awesome & helping me say yes to the dress!

We came here to buy a Junior prom dress. The staff that helped us out were very friendly, helpful, and great to work with.

I bought my 2nd bridesmaid dress here. The designer supposedly had just redone their sizing so the dresses fit more true to size. I was measured between as fitting between a 6 and an 8, so I ordered an 8. I stated before ordering the dress that I bought a size 12 dress from The Wedding Tree a month ago. The girl helping us ensured me that the designer had just redone his sizing, so an 8 is correct. The dress is 2 sizes too small and cant be let out. It does not fit.When we called the Wedding Tree, they said they were aware that this designer was consistently running 1-2 sizes too small and that they have been getting a lot of complaints. But they would not do anything to help.My mom contacted the owner who said we could exchange the dress with an off the rack dress. Little did we know that ALL of the sample dresses on the rack by this designer (Levkoff) have the word SAMPLE sewn into the bottom of them. The seamstress working shared she would be unable to take the word out. With that, I found 1 dress that would technically work, but it would never have been my first choice.As a desperate last minute effort, we drove to Winona and Rochester to try on every off-the-rack navy blue bridesmaid dress we could find. I found a different Levkoff dress which I loved. It was about a size too big. We called Arlene, a seamstress at the wedding tree who had been in contact w us, to see if she could alter it at the zipper. She said yes. I have since bought the dress and am waiting for my alteration appointment.My mom emailed the owner again, explaining that I did not find one through the Wedding Tree and had to buy a 2nd dress elsewhere. The Wedding Tree finally offer a refund for the dress at this point.Overall, its been an unenjoyable experience which has put a damper on my sisters wedding, however, The Wedding Tree did help make it right in the end.

This was my first place to look at dresses. I wasnt expecting to find a dress but I bought the 5th dress I tried on. My consultant Sydney was amazing. She wasnt pushy, and was more than willing to help me with all of my needs. She helped me put my dress on 2 different times and helped me pick a hair piece as well. She remembered me when I came in a month later to make a payment and called me by my name. She also emailed me and informed me of sales they had going on. I was so happy with my experience!

This is the third year we have went Prom Dress shopping at the Wedding Tree We Love working with Katie she is so much fun. We always find a beautiful gown.

The upscale Bridal Suite is breathtaking. Brides are treated like a queen here and prices are a little steep but fair.

Terrible. I can imagine how a business can stay open with employees who are so unapologetic and apathetic about their own mistakes. My bride came in 3 days before our wedding to pick up her $150 veil only to find out that the wrong one was ordered. Instead of doing what they can to fix it right away, they suggested (to the bride mind you) that her veil she spent $150 on was not a big deal and they would simply find one off the rack (at which point they presented her with a white veil for her ivory wedding dress). When the staff was informed that we wanted the veil we purchased, they reluctantly agreed to call the manufacturer and have it overnighted but made sure we were aware that sometimes overnight doesn’t mean overnight and not to be surprised if it doesn’t show up the following day. Furthermore, when my groomsmen and myself went in to try on/pick up our tuxes more mistakes emerged. My (the groom) whos neck measures 16” was given a shirt w/ an 18” neck. The best man whos neck measures 18” was given a 15” neck (we swapped and I gutted it out for the ceremony). Another groomsman was issued pants that missed the tops of his shoes by a good 4” and yet another was given shoes that were 2 sizes too big. We left the tuxes that needed alterations there for the night to be picked up the following morning, which we were told could, in no way, shape or form, be picked up prior to 10am even though we needed to be dressed and ready at the church by 10:30. For some reason, they were completely unable to bend this rule and let us get them at 9:30. Upon picking the tuxes up the following morning (at 10 sharp) we all went to the church to change only to discover that the one groomsman whos initial shoes were 2 sizes too big were, still, 2 sizes too big. As well, my (the groom) pants needed to be let down a mere 2” and this mark was met … on the left leg only. The right leg was let down 6”. Thankfully we had safety pins on hand at the church. This was an awful experience from beginning to end. The staff was horrible and rude but still, the most surprising part was their apathy about the entire situation. They did not care about the mistakes they made and moreso, did not care about fixing them when they were discovered. Men, in the future, go w/ Men’s Warehouse. At least there you get the option of getting your tux rental free or a free suit. After this S#!t-show, a free suit would have made me feel better.

The main floor was dirty and very disorganized. Our consultant was MIA during most of the bridesmaid appointment. Hardly any sizes for people to try dresses on.
