We worked with Amanda 15+ years ago when building our new home. Amanda worked with us again to install replacement carpeting throughout the main floor. As always, she was very easy to work with! Installation was done by Mark and Darien. They were extremely polite, on time, and cleaned up everything at the end! Thanks Decker team for another job well done!

Decker Design is amazing! Dan helped me chose a new countertop and backsplash for my kitchen and new countertops for my bathrooms. He walked me through the process, explaining every detail. Dan was always available to take my phone call or answered my emails quickly. Decker Design has tons of samples to choose from and Dan let me take samples home, so I could see what they would look like in my house. I cant thank Decker Design, and Dan, enough for their wonderful service!

We do a lot of business with these people.I send most of my customers there as the service is very good, the pricing is very good, and the quality of the merchandise is very good. If I have a complaint its that theyre often very busy and its hard to find someone to talk to about what youre trying to accomplish. Id recommend making an appointment before you go.

We had a small project of installing two sheet vinyl floors with one subfloor replacement. The ordering process was easy and the installation was very efficient and high quality.

Gave my salesperson the exact measurements of material I needed and they shipped and charged me for a extra box of tile. They have a no returns policy, so think twice before you order. I needed a total of 25 sq. Ft. And they sold me 35 sq.ft.

I would not recomnend them. There was a lot of miscommunication. My products are still not right. The doors on my cabinets are not lined up. My carpet still has seams that show, even after they came back. My floor tile is already popping loose and it has only been 2 months. I have tried to contact Brian, but apparently im not important enough to get a return call. I would steer clear of this company!!!!!

Worst customer service we’ve ever dealt with!! Amanda was not helpful at all and a lot of mistakes were made on our order. We spent a lot of money with them and they do not value there customers at all. They never answer or call you back. The quality on our stuff was great but that is the only thing going for them!
