I personally had an outstanding experience here. I recently moved to LaX so only been here once, and it was just to buy whole bean, but the people behind the counter were very friendly, and the dark roast coffee beans I brought home are AWESOME.. will most definitely be back!

Great place, and costumer service was top notch. The only reason they lost a star is I had to wait in line for quite some time because the person in front of me was trying to order food and I just wanted a coffee. Perhaps there is a more efficient set up for this?

We were excited to try coffee and breakfast. The bacon egg and cheese croissant was amazing. However, after out meal was finished 20 minutes after we ordered, I went to get our coffee and was told oops, we had a communication error. An error that ensured three people who ordered after us got their coffees before us. To me the communication error was not notifying us of this earlier. Having the 4 employees eyeballing you as they walked by behind the counter each time was more unnerving, than having someone say hey your order was forgotten about, were on it now. Instead we got a super lame excuse on just ok coffee. No excitement to return, enjoy the rewards program, or recommend anything other than go elsewhere to someone.

We absolutely live this place! Best fresh roasted beans. If they dont have what you want they will do their absolute best to make sure to roast some for you fressh!!! Coffee and food and even the baked goods are great. The baristas are always super nice and very helpful.

This is just the cutest most well stocked and well laid out local coffee shop I’ve seen in some time. It’s close to everything in Downtown LaCrosse, only 3 blocks from the river and a block from public parking. Forget Starbucks.

Food was very good. Coffee was good. It took 20 minutes to get two coffees as there was one girl working and three or four employees having a meeting in the corner. Found it very strange that coffee shop employees would be having a meeting at 8:00 in the morning.

This is a really cute shop. Cowboy theme great food and coffee. We had breakfast here. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience! Friendly staff! It was cold outside (I was walking around waiting for my windshield to get fixed), & I was pleasantly surprised to see that even with CoVid, they were open for dine in. I was even more surprised to find they had gluten-free options (I have Celiac). The food was cooked perfectly, the decor was so inviting & the service was wonderful! Will definitely be giving them my business again! 😁

LOVED the southwest breakfast wrap! Went in expecting a simple wrap like from Dunkin’ Donuts, but got something tasting home made, fresh and mighty hot! Chai latte and turtle frappe were also to die for, can’t wait to go back!

Normally this coffee shop is worth the wait, today 15 minutes while the girls chatted up their friends at the counter and I got a cup of dishwater😒

Love Cabin! The consistency of the beverages are spot-on, and their cold brew is exceptional! They also have an excellent sandwich selection menu (really like the simple sausage biscuit for breakfast) and their pastries are delicious. Ed and Kathy have done a wonderful job with this shop, and I always look forward to my visits.

Have always been pleased. Everything has been very good. Love the white coffee beverages, something I cant find at other coffee shops. Dont like the parking situation and usually only go when Im with someone who has errands and will drop me off so I can spend some time there. Comfy, cozy place to spend time.

I was surprised at how good and reasonable the sandwich I ordered was. Simple but very good. Coffee was good as well. What I loved most was that they had a little teepee set up in the corner making it a perfect spot for the kids or kid at heart (like my sister) to relax and read a book.

Came here after discovering 30+ min waits at neighboring breakfast spots - and am so happy we did!! We arrived drenched in rain and a little grumpy, but the entire staff was so lovely and friendly. Went out of their way to accommodate dietary restrictions (gf bread was some of the best I’ve had), food came out super fast, and breakfast sandwiches (and coffee, of course) were delicious. Deborah totally turned my brothers mood around when ordering, and I cannot thank you enough for that. Will definitely be stopping by if we’re ever passing through again, and would happily recommend to anybody looking for good coffee, great staff, and yummy food :)

They have the best customer service, amazing drink selection and customized drink options, fresh roasted coffee on site and InBru flavoring for coffees (no chemicals/additives). Not sure what to get? Their baristas will guide you and make something special and delicious. I love this place!!

I will happily give Cabin Coffee 5 stars, I LOVE their coffee and staff. However this morning my coffee order was forgotten and somehow lost. I got the food, but 5 people behind me got their coffee first. Having a lost order is frustrating under any circumstances, but it was my morning coffee. I will say this is the first time this has ever happened and it was rectified as soon as I mentioned it. They are also training in a new worker, and things can get very hectic with OJT. So for the moment, prepare to be a bit more patient while waiting for your morning go juice.

What a wonderful experience! Had never been to the coffee shop before but from the beginning to the end, the service was incredible. Super friendly, accommodating, and courteous. The coffee was great, but Id come back for the service any day!

I like coffee, and I like small things to eat with coffee. The Ambiance is good, with natural wood tables that enjoy the grain of the wood before it was cut. Its got a nice open floor plan, and doesnt seem cramped.

Stopped in on a hot day when iced coffee was necessary. Baristas were very helpful and kind. Loved the flavor of the white coffee, just wished they sold it to bring home!

I ordered a small 3-shot almond milk latte. Got the worst 16oz latte I’ve ever had. The decor was beyond cheesy to the point of being uncomfortable. My boyfriend got a 2-shot red eye that was extremely acidic and watery. The barista was new and had no idea how to ring up these fairly common drink orders. Drank less than a third of my cup and our total was still 12 dollars. Complete waste of time and money.

Service was very friendly, but the coffee leaves much to be desired. My wife got a drink with over half of the cup being steamed milk. Tasted awful. They did remake the drink which was at least palatable, but not great.

I was looking for a place to get a bit of caffeine & simply walked in & found an amazing place to spend time & enjoy an iced tea while reading a bit. I believe Ive found the perfect place. Moka is a nice place as is another coffee shop in LaCrosse, but Cabin Coffee Co is perfect for me!

Love this place. Cozy up to date decor and parking ramp right across the street. Delicious Caramel Apple cider and breakfast sandwhiches. Fair prices.

Went on a very awkward first date here, luckily the atmosphere and charm of this place kept things together enough that we ended up marrying and are about to celebrate a 5 yr anniversary. Great fresh roasted coffee btw.
