Not really one to post a review, but I was genuinely impressed with Orange Computer and their services. I have a Lenovo P52, that just randomly had issues. Matt was able to fit me in right away with a fast turn around AND stayed in contact with me the entire time! The best part was his guidance and knowledge of the issue. Well done, highly recommend.

I couldnt be more pleased with Orange Computers excellent and friendly services. I have a P71 Lenovo Workstation that had complications with the NVIDIA graphics card operating properly. Not only were they able to diagnose and fix the original problem, they identified some upgrades that would greatly improve the performance. They had the parts in stock and were able to make the changes in the same appointment. Having to work with several high demanding programs for work, I can not believe the difference the changes have made to my machine! It operates more smoothly and efficiently than the day it was purchased. I plan to make additional upgrades in the future and highly recommend their work for your computer maintenance or purchasing needs.

Great place to do business. They are quite knowledgeable about their products and computer components in general, and theyve helped me out in a pinch a few times. (when I needed an extra PCIe cable and when I forgot thermal paste.) They also spend the extra money to use Arctic Silver 5, so thats an indication of some type of workmanship.

He thoroughly explained everything that went wrong with my computer and then explained what he did, putting complicated procedures into terms I could understand. Just brought my computer home from Orange and its working like new. Only place Ive taken computers for the last two years. They get the job done so very quickly and very reasonably priced. Always recommend them to people when they are having difficulties. Have had a few times when I have had a quick question and they have helped me troubleshoot over the phone without me feeling like a complete dunce :) Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Ive gone to Orange twice now and they provide awesome service. The first time was over a year ago when my motherboard got fried. Nathan fixed my 3d printer! When I came in on a whim to see if anyone there knew anything about 3d printers, he immediately fixed it, and then made it run better than it ever has before. I honestly dont know if Ive ever had such a good IT experience. No feeling of being an idiot or doing something dumb and it was my fault the tech didnt work--instead the guys at Orange were friendly, helpful, and let me watch the tinkering so I could fix it myself next time. If I lived in LaCrosse I would send all my computing business to Orange.

The employees were very attentive. The exhibited a sense of know how, that made me feel comfortable to do business with them. Despite troubles that I had with the product, I still feel that it is an excellent location to purchase a Computer! This is common in a business startup for that county anyway...

I forgot my power cord for my laptop for my visit to LaCrosse. I called and Orange Computer verified they had what I needed, I ran over and they plugged in everything, verified it worked and I was on my way. I appreciated they verified the right cord before I made the trip as my time was short. Great service.

Ive been coming to Orange computer for I think over a year now once to remove some virus I got on the web, the second time was a few months later and it was some kind of problem I was having. The third time was just a few weeks ago because I had Windows XP and needed a new computer or program. The computer I had was old and about used up. They sold me a refurbished one they had and transferred all my data they could from the old computer. Everyone I dealt with there was very nice and respectful even when I asked things that were very basic to them, they didnt make me feel like an idiot, just a valued customer. Customer Service is very important to me and these people know how to treat you, besides the fact theyre GREAT with computers AND their prices are affordable :) They will have me for a lifelong customer.

Last month I took in an aging desktop PC belonging to my father-in-law for a diagnosis of problems. Unfortunately segments of the hard drive were failing so Orange Computer Solutions assisted us in getting a new laptop computer to meet my father-in-laws needs. Data transfer from his old system to the new one was included. We were also able to leave the old PC and all its components at Orange Computer Solutions for recycling, at NO extra charge! Staff were friendly, efficient and great at explaining how to use the new laptop. I would recommend Orange Computer Solutions to anyone having issues with their computer or if you are in the market to replace your current computer.

Friendly, personal, and they get the job done. The whole staff was very kind and concerned with my computer problems. They were also very generous with their compliments of my laptop. The process of repairing my laptop took longer than expected but that is because the part took a week to ship. Once there, Orange Computer had it running over the weekend. Definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a ThinkPad T400 from Orange. This is the first laptop Ive ever owned, so I was a bit overwhelmed. But going to Orange made it easy. He was clear about what I was getting, explained the features, and didnt make me feel inept. :) The machine itself was very affordable, especially considering the neat features it has. My father has also brought his computer in for fixing, and he said that it was fast and inexpensive. I highly recommend Orange.

I suffered a home fire in which nearly all was lost, I did have a computer that did not burn but suffered heavy smoke damage and was not working. I took it to Orange to see if It could be salvaged. Adam, Collin and Steven all worked to help me on the spot. It was determined that it could work but needed a new video card which they could order. I needed this computer to hunt for places to live now so they gave me a video card basically as a loaner until the one they ordered for me came in. When ordering they asked about my needs and what I used my computer for then gave recommendations. They did not try to upsell in any way and actually recommended a very inexpensive video card that would suit my needs. They then waived their diagnostic fee and ordered what I needed at what I suspect was close to cost for them. These guys have earned my trust, respect and my business forever. I will not go anywhere else for computer needs after going through such an awesome customer service experience.

I know Im starting to sound like an advertisement, but there was something minor with one of the three computers we bought there. We brought it back, and they fixed it in the shop that day, no questions asked.Show your support for a local business that stands behind its product and thats staffed with people who know what theyre talking about. The big box stores have such high turnover that theres no way for anyone to stay long enough to know anything relevant about what they sell. Watch iut, they ripped me off.My internet was coming from a business below me, and I couldnt get online.I took my computer to Orange...The next day they charged me 60$ .Ha, I then find out that the internet was down for two days.Theyll scew you too!
