Dave was extremely unprofessional towards my daughter and I when we did absolutely nothing than exist. I came to this 1333 Rost St kwik trip at 5:48pm on 6/3/2020. I was standing in line and as he was doing something I paused and waited for him to finish and call me over. I paused and realized he wasn’t busy but he refused to make eye contact with me and I heard the lady behind me laugh at me when I walked up to the counter. I looked at him to see him roll his eyes at me and continue to help me purchase my stuff. I immediately got upset what have I done to deserve this disrespect from Dave who I read on his name tag is a leader? Leaders set examples for others to behave and do not humiliate or make fun of guests in front of everyone. He ruined my mood for the rest of the day and I will take this as high as I need to. Perhaps he needs more customer service training. I understand customer service can be a certain way for some folks... but I did NOT deserve the disrespect. As I walked away with my daughter he snickered as the lady behind me came up to him and he said “she knows we’re harassing her THAT one.” As he gestured towards me.

My favorite Kwik Trip location other than the Lang Dr. location. Always has tons of great options for food choices always stocked. Great deals in the Summer and all year around. I do notice with this store it seems to have better deals than other locations around not sure why but they are always very busy. A hot spot for Parades and festivals on the North Side and at a very convenient location.

Full sized Kwik Trip. Has a few fueling bays and a spacious yard. They have an air pump that works decently, deli cooler is always well stocked and has fresh food/fruit. Hot spot has breakfast and lunchtime quick grab sandwiches etc., lots of options for drinks here- better than going to starbucks!

They have most quick stop and minor grocery items youll need. But their quality has gone down so bad on their hot spot food that Ive started going elsewhere. I have received cold soup, a cold brat, and the last thing was two slices of pizza with RAW DOUGH! Seriously some of the easiest things to make and they mess them up. I used to stop on my way out of town every day. Now I just stop at BP when I get to West Salem.

My favorite Kwiktrip is now bigger and better than ever. It is the perfect one stop shop for everything.

Just stopped in for morning caffeine drinks. Clean, orderly, since the add on, has an interesting flow to it. Kwik Trip is convenient.

All the good things about Kwik Trip. One is the fact that they send staff out to assist physically challenged and elderly pump gas

For sure Kwik Trips have the best bathrooms than any other gas stations.

The newly remodeled job is ok. The inside has more room but alot of open space. The employees were quick to cash out and thier hospital comparable to a jailer. The area invites a variety of people which makes this store the last on my list to go to. KT is a great store to shop at. Thankfully this store doesnt represent all KTs

Google says that this is a Truck Stop, but its nothing more then a gas station. Dont bring your 18 wheeler here.

Kwik trips are amazing. Wish they had them in illinois.

Bathroom is always dirty. Went this morning and it had poop on the seat. Employees where standing around talking when I went to pay.

Most everything you need on one quick spot

All the Kwik Trip stores are conveniently located within miles in La Crosse so if you miss one you can always stop at the next along the way in or out of town.

Rude, nasty women with no manners work here! Will never be back. Zero customer service and just plain rude employees!!

Although Kwik Trip is the main gas station in the La Crosse area, go to one or two of the other gas stations, and see the unprofessional dirty gas stations, Kwik Trip employees are friendly, kind and professional.
