My husband and I went there not really sure. What we wereooming for a gift for Valentines day.Ladonna took care of us great service. Ended up buying two rings and sending one of my rings thAt was 20 years old out to be repaired. Service was excellent the ring that I had sized only was back in less than a week and was called immediately. My ring that was getting repaired and sized they found more prongs with damage and called to let me know. They wanted to make sure I was ok with the extra amount I would be charged beforehand. procef
Chris was great to work with. Came in for a small repair and purchase and he took time with me to simply browse watches even as all other stores in the mall were closing. Overall great experience and will continue to use Zales exclusively.
I came in and had no idea what I was going to get for my fiance for a ring. Ladonna was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Her customer service was excellent and that is hard to come by these days. I will be back in the future.
I have had to have my wedding ring repaired and replaced a couple times. The Manager Chris, excepts nothing but perfection on a repair or replacement.Thanks Chris
I left them with my wedding ring to fix the prongs. Delayed once, delayed twice. Never got a phone call for updates. NOW called all day and no answer or to leave a message. I want my ring back!!

I think she was a lady manager. She definitely acted as a manager. I was treated rudely and made me feel like I was nothing to them. They just lost a customer for ever. Go anywhere else but this horrible store.

Went to get my ring resized in October and was told that it would take around seven weeks. Today, December 11th, I got called for the first time in two months and was told that the company doesnt provide that size in that ring. Im pretty irritated that it took over two months to hear this news when it could have been looked into the same week and taken care of then. Poor customer service.
