Amazing service from the first phone call. Trent was very helpful and great customer service. The guy who came out here when we needed to get our garage door picked out was amazing. He even called to find out a price quote for us which was exactly what we paid in the end. Also the guy who installed it did an amazing job with everything. We couldn’t be happier.

Our garage door spring broke this morning so the door was completely inoperable with my car stuck inside. I called at 8 this morning and they had a guy here by 11. His name was Alex. He did an excellent job and was very nice and professional. I highly recommend this company. I would give more stars if I could.

Alex made repairs on my garage door this morning and is work was superb. He followed through on every question that I had. He was knowledgeable and efficient and had a very positive disposition.

Just had La Crosse Glass replace 2 of my windows and all around it was a great experience! They were super friendly with e-mailing, stopping out to measure, and installing. Talked with Dan on the phone with scheduling and he was the nicest guy ever! Very happy with the service and professionalism of this company.

We received excellent customer service. Our window screens were measured on site and ready the following day. We also had two new garage doors installed. The installer worked efficiently to complete the job and were very happy with the high quality of our new garage door system!

Not very good with communication or showing up to their scheduled install days.Called to request our bay window have a section replaced. They didn’t let me know an estimate after someone came out and measured the glass. Thought they just forgot about me.When on my way to work one morning, they called and said they could come same day to put in the glass (that I didn’t even know was ordered). Didn’t give me any warning (so I wasn’t going to be home). They called back and rescheduled for a Friday (never showed up). Then they called to schedule for another day (didn’t show up). When I asked if they’d show up for the 3rd time, the boss man didn’t even have record of the 1st day they missed and didn’t give me an reason for the second missed day. Didn’t even bother giving me a deal for 2 days of my missed work and charged me full price.Wouldn’t use again.Window that was replaced looks good at least....

Trent and Todd and their install guys are the absolute best at what they do! Absolute professionals! Amazing! It took no time to figure out exactly what I wanted and I walked in not knowing anything about garage doors or what I was looking for. It only took like 15 minutes to figure out the size, window design, hardware, color, how insulated...you get the idea. There are a lot of variables as I mentioned and their selection is the best on the market but none of it was overwhelming. I owe that to Trent for being a total pro and just a great guy to work with. Its obvious he really enjoys helping people and thats rare anymore. Working with these guys is the best move I made. I wish all projects could go this smooth! Its pretty awesome to be able to open and close your garage door from your smart phone while at work so UPS delivery guys can leave your packages inside rather than on the doorstep. The garage door is beautiful and completely silent. Im really happy! Thank you Trent and company!

Trent was the easiest guy to work with. Our sales experience took less than a half hour start to finish. The install went flawlessly and my new garage door is so beautiful and so quiet, and I love the smart opener. He was honest and made a point to not sell us more than what we needed. To top it all off a top of the line door was so reasonable. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I was SO happy with the response and work done on my damaged garage door. Within hours after requesting a repair Pat was in my driveway and worked for a few hours to get it done right. He versed me through every option that was available and gave valuable tips on what I should do with the repairs. It was done right and its working better now than it has in years. He also cleaned up the garage area after repairs were done like he was never there. Overhead Door is THE company to call for your door work!

Used La Crosse Glass a few years ago to replace some windows and solve a problem with a garage door opener. Liked the fast, friendly service, so went back to them for a new garage door. It was installed quickly and they did a great job. Professional service. Reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Love the new look and the operation and options on the Chamberlain opener is awesome! Dont waste your time calling the others (tried 2 others) who wont even call you back. Go with the good guys.

I called because our garage door got hung up and wasnt closing right. They were there the next day and did fantastic work. It works better and more quietly now than it did when we bought our house! Im really glad I called La Crosse Overhead Door and will absolutely work with them again.

Late in writing this review, but about a year ago we had requested a quote for 3 overhead doors for our new garage, 2 with windows and 1 without. The quote came and had an image of doors with windows and seemed like a good deal, so we had them ordered and installed. Came home to find all doors without windows. Contacted La Crosse glass and were told the quote was for all doors without windows. The image showed windows, we requested a quote with windows, why would we expect anything else. My husband was told multiple times the owner was out but finally did get an email response... Our only option was to order new panels and the needed springs all at our expense, no exchange of the panels incorrectly ordered and installed. We sure were willing to pay the cost of the doors we requested but didnt feel that it should cost us more than what that quote would have been. We didnt want to pay for extra panels, that should have been ordered originally. Eventually gave up and accepted that we wont have windows for now and will at some point replace the doors with another company. Its frustrating when the mistake made by an employee becomes the customers problem.

We had a residential garage door installed by this company. Our experience with them was fantastic from begining to end! The door was installed in a timely fashion as promised, and the installer was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and had all parts necessary to get the job done. Since then, we have had no issues whatsoever with the door or install work.

I had a challenging situation installing a glass showers door with a chair rail in place. They gave me one option. When I started asking questions about other options, they fired me as a client and told me to look somewhere else. I am actually so glad they did. Their competitors in Winona were wonderful and so willing to work with me!!! Lacrosse glass didn’t want to take the time to try to do anything different or just have a conversation about options. I was very disappointed.

We were getting ready to leave for work and heard a thud when we tried to get the garage door up. Something snapped and would not go up. My car was stuck in the garage. I called and explained the issue. They had someone there within an hour to get me out. They stayed, fixed the issue, called me with the reasonable price, I paid over the phone, and they locked up. Fast, professional, reasonable! They will be my 1st call next time too!

Ive always had a positive experience with the staff and installers. Bud is my go-to guy for overhead doors.

Made an appointment to have spring replaced on garage door. Service person came to house and said they were short handed and he couldnt fix until next week but would make a temporary fix.The last time we had made an appointment for a broken spring and same thing, temporary fix until they could come back.Guess we are not very important on their list of people to help. Lesson learned.
